The methodology of the educational process and mathematical training of future bachelors in the field of electronics and telecommunications, in particular, is due to a large number of approaches and methods. Traditional approaches include: knowledge-centric, systemic, activity, complex, personality-oriented, personality-activity; the new approaches include situational, contextual, informational, ergonomic, competence and others. The paper analyzes the educational and professional programs of specialties in the field of 17 Electronics and Telecommunications 15 technical HEIs to determine the number of hours allocated for the study of higher mathematics. The analysis allowed us to conclude that an average of 16.5 credits were allocated for the study of higher mathematics, which is about 7 % of the total number of credits (240 credits) allocated for general training of future technicians in electronics and telecommunications. Such a narrow time frame for the study of a fundamentally radically important discipline – Higher Mathematics, encourages the search for methodologically new approaches in the educational process. The article analyzes and reveals the essence of the main approaches that help increase the level of mathematical training of future technicians, and can also be introduced into the process of general professional training of future technicians. Particular attention is paid to the disclosure of systemic, personal, activity, reflexive, competence, synergetic approaches. The modern education system provides for the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the learning process, including the study of higher mathematics. Such implementation is most effective when ICT is included in the educational and methodological complexes, i.e. the combination of software and accompanying printed materials is optimal. The use of modern ICT tools in the educational process, as well as any traditional means and systems of education, should be based on the general principles of learning; principles of scientificity and systematicity; consciousness of creative activity of students in education; the principle of clarity, the principle of strength of knowledge acquisition, formation of skills and abilities; the principle of a differentiated approach to the teaching of each student under the conditions of collective work of the group; the principle of developmental learning.

The article is focused on the problem of training future tourism specialists using informational and communication technologies. The educational process of preparation requires changing the educational and methodological support in order to give the students the opportunities to master modern professional tools, technologies, methods of creating high quality tourist products. To solve this problem, the authors propose a model for the development of high quality training of tourism professionals through the use of computer 3D-tours. The development of this model took into account the theoretical and methodological basis regarding the professional training of future specialists in the field of tourism, the results of the analysis of educational programs, curricula for training students of the speciality “Tourism” and the data of the pilot experiment. It consists of the following main blocks. The conceptual-oriented block includes concepts, approaches, principles of participation, information and communication technologies. The content-technological block includes the content of the educational project of developing 3D-tours, levels of professional knowledge and skills, as well as types of familiriazation with ICT tools. The educational content of the model takes into account the practical mastery of the student’s professional skills in the development of various 3D-tours. During this process, the ICT tools are introduced gradually in a certain order. The organization-activity block of the model includes forms of organizing the study and technologies for studying. This model entails the involvement of classroom-based and remote, individual, and group forms of organization of the educational process, organization of project development for a detailed analysis of educational topics. The assessment-resultative block includes criteria, metrics and levels. During the development of the model, the results of the activity of thesubjects of the educational process were analyzed in accordance with two groups of criteria: the criterion of formation of professional theoretical knowledge, practical skills of 3D-tour development and the criterion of the level of using modern software and technical means in creative educational development. The developed model allows for increasing the quality of training of future tourism specialists. During the practical application of the proposed model, virtual 3D-tours were developed. Their development has shown the possibility of implementing the model of development of training of specialists in tourism by using computer 3D-tours with the use of modern ICT tools in the study of special disciplines and the attaining professional skills.

In the context of the use of distance learning forms in the existing system of medical education, the authors consider current issues of finding optimal models of training content and organizational forms, methods and tools that facilitate the effectiveness of distance learning for the professional training of modern medical specialists. Based on the analysis of awareness, previous experience and attitudes of students and teachers of the First St. Petersburg State Medical University an anonymous survey of students and clinical residents, as well as teachers, students and teachers working at various departments of medical and dental faculties of the University was conducted with regard to the development and implementation of distance learning technologies in practice. As a result of the study, it was shown that students at both pre- and post-graduate levels have a more accurate understanding of the essence of distance learning system than teachers. Most students believe that the quality of the knowledge they receive is higher in face-to-face teaching, but they also believe that the advantage of distance learning is that there is no time limit on how long they can learn the material, and that they can create flexible schedules. Most teachers believe that the use of distance learning in the medical education system is most effective in training specialists for advanced training and retraining courses, as well as in training clinical residents. As the main conclusion of the article, the authors point out that in modern conditions of digitalization, it is expedient to use information and communication technologies and distance learning in a medical university only in combination with traditional teaching and methodical means and methods of professional training. At the same time, distance learning cannot be an alternative for the traditional form of professional training and retraining of doctors, but information and communication technologies and digital technologies, as well as distance learning should be integrated into the existing educational system of a medical university in the context of its digitalization.
