Abstract: This work aims to analyze the interrelationship between verbal and non-verbal elements at magazine covers, evidencing socio-political-ideological aspects that stablish the speech content that materialize in words, colors, images, gestures, traces. For this, we analyze the utterance from Veja, magazine cover from November 27, 2013, which discusses the imprisonment of convicted in the Mensalão process. We mobilize to this research the theoretical and methodological assumptions from Bakhtin Circle and studies under Analysis/Dialogic Theory of Speech. The analysis shows that the meanings of the utterance are constructed from the relationship of interdependence and complementarity between the verbal and nonverbal. Thus, Magazine cover utterance is like a stage in which, voices, style, compositional structure and objectal-semantic content is built from the meeting between speeches.

The author of article considers the relationship of processes of information space of modernity and architectural reality. The article presents the typology of disclosure of the architectural- spatial in terms of information factor as the concept of self-organization. The author designates balance of semantic content of architectural-information space as a constant of formation of the urban environment and the city scenarios. It is established that changes of key environmental contexts result in need of revision of the tools and mechanisms of a shaping for works of the architect focused on a possibility of management of information.

The article deals with the philosophical consequences of K.F. von Weizsäcker’s quantum theory of information. It is aimed at identifying the semantic content of the concept of «original alternative», as well as analyzing the relationship of matter, form and information in the concept of the researcher. The author comes to the conclusion that information is a numerical measure of a substance or a measure of a plurality of forms, a form serves as the basis of matter, and original alternatives are the initial material for the reconstruction of an object. Keywords: quantum theory of information, philosophy of physics, K.F. von Weizsäcker, original alternative, qubit

PALABRAS-CHAVE: dialogismo, gêneros do discurso, divulgação científica, enunciados verbo-visuais. ABSTRACT: This discussion of verbal-visual utterances is inspired by the Bakhtin Circle’s dialogic theory. The “peri-text” of Fapesp Research is analysed as an element of its compositional structure. Three regularities were found in the relationship between verbal-visual “peri-text” and text: the synthesis-illustration of the global theme, the representation of the scientist’s exterior-body and the illustrative scheme. The compositional structure of the text materializes the first achievement of the utterance. Next, the verbal-visual “peri-text” achieves again what was already said in the text. Although the verbalvisual “peri-text” usually lets us see what it had already been said in the text, different authors and semiotic alterity helped the images produce meanings beyond the text or even came into conflict with the semantico-axiologial orientation of the text. KEYWORDS: dialogism, genres of discourse, scientific diffusion, verbo-visual utterances.

One of the talented writers who made an invaluable contribution to the development and development of modern Kazakh fiction is Sherkhan Murtaza. In the literary heritage of the writer, a special place in literature is occupied by stories of small genres, in which he described the tragic fate of the past and present people with his pen. More than a quarter of a century has passed since our country gained independence and received wide recognition. Serving the truth of the life experienced up to this time by the nation in order to turn it into an artistic reality is the main task of the writer. Because the noblest ideal of a writer is the interests of the people [1,14]. With this in mind, Sherkhan Murtaza's stories written after the dawn of independence, problems and disappointments in the life of the Kazakh people, individuality and prerogatives are expressed realistically, with obvious sarcasm, with a mysterious and attractive accent. The article analyzes the writer's story " Тауекел той " based on the theory of literature. Through the analysis of the plot and compositional structure of the narrative, the ideological content of the work is deeply analyzed. Defines the relationship of the author's idea in the work with the reality of life. To determine the concept (worldview) of the writer, embedded in the narrative, a study of the artistic world of the work, the significance of events and imagery, language and style of the work.

The problem of the axiology of the subject of declarative-publicistic poetry is considered in the article. The concepts of “publicistic poetry”, “declarative-publicistic poetry”, “propaganda poetry” are commented on. On the basis of a number of works devoted to the image of the “new woman”, which was actual in the proletarian poetry of the 1920s and 1930s, the elements defining the axiology of the subject are revealed. The collection of Soviet Kabardian poetry “First step” is researched. The purpose of the article is to reveal the nuances of value, which in the national “variants” of Soviet literature supplemented the canons of expression of a typical subject that have developed in Russian propaganda poetry. Attention is paid to the semantic content of the poetic “we”, the spatial and temporal aspects of the representation of the poetic subject, the nature of the relationship of the poetic statement subject to the main character. The axiological subtext of the details of clothing is demonstrated in the context of the opposition of two temporal plans, which is relevant for agitation poetry. It is proved that the representation of the subject of agitation poetry at the junction of two time plans is for the authors of “The First Step” the most functional aspect of his axiology. The relevance of the study is determined in the light of the problem of intercultural interaction, the perception by a particular culture of ways of expressiveness that are uncharacteristic for it, the formation of an unusual subject of poetic thinking.

The Mesozoic-Cenozoic coral Order Scleractinia has been suggested to have originated or evolved (1) by direct descent from the Paleozoic Order Rugosa or (2) by the development of a skeleton in members of one of the anemone groups that probably have existed throughout Phanerozoic time. In spite of much work on the subject, advocates of the direct descent hypothesis have failed to find convincing evidence of this relationship. Critical points are:(1) Rugosan septal insertion is serial; Scleractinian insertion is cyclic; no intermediate stages have been demonstrated. Apparent intermediates are Scleractinia having bilateral cyclic insertion or teratological Rugosa.(2) There is convincing evidence that the skeletons of many Rugosa were calcitic and none are known to be or to have been aragonitic. In contrast, the skeletons of all living Scleractinia are aragonitic and there is evidence that fossil Scleractinia were aragonitic also. The mineralogic difference is almost certainly due to intrinsic biologic factors.(3) No early Triassic corals of either group are known. This fact is not compelling (by itself) but is important in connection with points 1 and 2, because, given direct descent, both changes took place during this only stage in the history of the two groups in which there are no known corals.

Echinodermata is a phylum of marine invertebrates which has been extant since Cambrian time (c.a. 500 m.y. before the present). Modern examples of echinoderms include sea urchins, sea stars, and sea lilies (crinoids). The endoskeletons of echinoderms are composed of plates or ossicles (Fig. 1) which are with few exceptions, porous, single crystals of high-magnesian calcite. Despite their single crystal nature, fracture surfaces do not exhibit the near-perfect {10.4} cleavage characteristic of inorganic calcite. This paradoxical mix of biogenic and inorganic features has prompted much recent work on echinoderm skeletal crystallography. Furthermore, fossil echinoderm hard parts comprise a volumetrically significant portion of some marine limestones sequences. The ultrastructural and microchemical characterization of modern skeletal material should lend insight into: 1). The nature of the biogenic processes involved, for example, the relationship of Mg heterogeneity to morphological and structural features in modern echinoderm material, and 2). The nature of the diagenetic changes undergone by their ancient, fossilized counterparts. In this study, high resolution TEM (HRTEM), high voltage TEM (HVTEM), and STEM microanalysis are used to characterize tha ultrastructural and microchemical composition of skeletal elements of the modern crinoid Neocrinus blakei.

Electron microscopy has proved to be an invaluable discipline in studies on the relationship of viruses to the origin of leukemia, sarcoma, and other types of tumors in animals and man. The successful cell-free transmission of leukemia and sarcoma in mice, rats, hamsters, and cats, interpreted as due to a virus or viruses, was proved to be due to a virus on the basis of electron microscope studies. These studies demonstrated that all the types of neoplasia in animals of the species examined are produced by a virus of certain characteristic morphological properties similar, if not identical, in the mode of development in all types of neoplasia in animals, as shown in Fig. 1.

In RBL-2H3 rat leukemic mast cells, crosslinking IgE-receptor complexes with anti-IgE antibody leads to degranulation. Receptor crosslinking also stimulates the redistribution of receptors on the cell surface, a process that can be observed by labeling the anti-IgE with 15 nm protein A-gold particles as described in Stump et al. (1989), followed by back-scattered electron imaging (BEI) in the scanning electron microscope. We report that anti-IgE binding stimulates the redistribution of IgE-receptor complexes at 37“C from a dispersed topography (singlets and doublets; S/D) to distributions dominated sequentially by short chains, small clusters and large aggregates of crosslinked receptors. These patterns can be observed (Figure 1), quantified (Figure 2) and analyzed statistically. Cells incubated with 1 μg/ml anti-IgE, a concentration that stimulates maximum net secretion, redistribute receptors as far as chains and small clusters during a 15 min incubation period. At 3 and 10 μg/ml anti-IgE, net secretion is reduced and the majority of receptors redistribute rapidly into clusters and large aggregates.
