Although corporate financial performance is important in economic perspective, companies have to focus on environment, social, and governance responsibilties. This is because if the companies aim only profit without people and planet responsibilities, they will not accept all stakeholders' demands. Therefore, financial performance is not enough for needs of stakeholder groups. In Thailand, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has adopted environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures to classify listed companies as Thailand Sustainable Investment (THSI). It is showed that croporate sustainability can create long-term investment rather than short-term investment. In addition, the environment, social, and governance disclosures allow the companies to develop more efficiency business and if the companies have transparency and quality of internal management, the corporations will reduce the risk of fraud, cost of training new employees as well as increase the quality and productivity of the products per employee (Association of Thai Securities Companies, 2018) There are fews prior related studied in Thailand investigated and examined influence of environment, social, and governance disclosures on firm value. Moreover, the literatures have provided conflicting results of the influence of environmental, social, and goverment disclosures on firm value. Keywords: ESG Disclosures; Firm value; THSI; Thailand

Managers who are responsible for the management of companies are faced with two important decisions - investment and funding. The right investment decisions and choice of funding sources are important because they affect the company's financial performance. The selection of the types of assets to be invested and the right types of financing sources result in optimal returns for the company. It reflects good company performance and future prospects. In addition, optimal return is a good sign for investors. Companies that perform well experience increase in the value of their firm. This study examined the effect of investment decisions and the selection of appropriate sources of funds on the performance of the company and the consequent impact on the firm value. The study was conducted in two parts. The first part examined the effect of investment decisions on long-term assets with long-term funding on the rate of return and firm value. The second part examined the effect of investment decisions on the company's short-term assets and funding for financial performance and firm value. The case study used in this research is a consumer goods sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010 to 2017. Path analysis is the data analysis tools that was used. The results of data analysis showed that the asset structure has an effect on financial performance and firm value. The capital structure affects the financial performance but does not affect the firm value of the company. Financial performance was measured by ROI.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indonesia as one of developing countries should prepare for intense business competition in international market by continuously improving their financial performance which reflected by profitability enhancement. In order to achieved this goals, companies should build synergic relationship between stakeholders. Implementation of corporate governance is believed can assist companies in improving firm value by minimizing cost and maximize companies’ profit. This study aims to investigate the effect of corporate governance implementation on Indonesian companies. Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) which establish by Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) used as proxy for corporate governance implementation, and ROA used as proxy for firm value. All the data obtain from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) database and period 2008 to 2012 used as observation period. The result show that implementation of corporate governance has significant effect with firm value proxy by ROA. This study also concludes that market will be more concern on CGPI which generated through documentation and presentation indicators and also observation indicators rather than self-assessment indicators. This indicates that market would trust the information which comes from independen external parties. The result will be useful for investor in making their investment decision which based on profitability consideration. Keywords: Corporate Governance, CGPI, ROA, profitability

Human Capital (HC) reflects the knowledge capital of employees of an organization. In this era there was a huge changes in the economic field where human capital would be a factor of production that has a vital role. One way to increase human capital for companies is to increase expertise through learning experience programs. Profitability is a reflection of the financial performance of a company and a company that is well aware of the management of Human Capital, because the good and bad of Human Capital will affect the company's financial position directly and affect the company's profitability in the end. This study aims to determine whether the influence of human capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable in the banking companies on the IDX registered in 2012-2016. This study uses two approaches, namely descriptive approach and explanatory approach. The technique of determining the sample of this study was purposive sampling carried out on banking companies which during 2012 to 2016 were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Investment is a delay in consumption now to be allocated to productive assets which are expected to generate profits in the future, which is called stocks return.  Mining company in Indonesia is an attractive sector to invest in stocks because from a geographical perspective, Indonesia is an archipelago structure that contains mining products. There are risks that will be experienced by investors when investing, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Unsystematic risk can be avoided because related to management decisions. Knowing and analyzing the effect of debt policy, firm value, company size, investment cash flow on stock returns on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is a mining company that has go public and published audited financial statements 2013-2017 with 84 data processed consisting of 28 companies each year. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that debt policy and firm value have significant effect on stock returns while firm size and investment cash flow does not have significant effect on stock returns. Investor will be interested in investing in companies with good financial performance rather than bad financial performance.

The company's financial performance that demonstrates the success of the company is a matter of interest to the public. While the Sustainability Report is a non-financial report that is beginning to draw public attention today. This study aims to examine how the influence of financial performance on corporate value through Sustainability Report that can be used as a Reference for User Financial Statements in the decision of the right decision. The sample of this study are Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2016. Independent variables in this research are Profitability Variables, Liquidity Variables, Leverage Variables measured using Financial Ratios, Mediation Variables in this study is Sustainability Report measured by using Index Disclosures derived from the Global Initiative Reporting (GRI) and Dependent Variables are Corporate Values measured using Tobins'Q. This study uses secondary data obtained at Indonesia Stock Exchange.The results of this study indicate that net profit margin, current ratio and leverage (X) have no significant effect on both sustainability reporting (Z) and the dependent variable of firm value (Y). The results of this study also proves that only the sustainability reporting (Z) Intervening variable has significant effect on the dependent variable of firm value (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy on  financial performance of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Policy debt is proxied by short term debt (STD), long term debt (LTD), and total debt (TD), while financial performance is proxied by return on equity (ROE). This research carried out for 3 (three) years, namely 2015-2017. This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach, whereas based on the level of exploration of this study, including associative research. Population research is a coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Samples obtained were based on purposive sampling technique, and obtained 21 company. Data analysis technique used panel data regression. Regression with using the free variable short term debt (STD), long term debt (LTD), and total debt (TD). Based on the results of data analysis, STD has no significant effect on ROE. Variable LTD has a significant effect on ROE. The TD variable has no significant effect with ROE. so the STD and LTD variables are able to influence the ROE variable explained by other factors outside this research model.

<pre>The objective of this study is empirically identify the impacts of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. We operate quantitative approach within the scope of manufacturing company of metal, chemical, and plastic packaging sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 periods as the population. Samples are chosen by purposive sampling method inwhich the company must report the financial statement in a row, obtained 79 observations. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis to determine the condition of the business financial ratios of the variables studied. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and capital structure influence the firm value, moreover the use of institutional ownership ratio and capital structure will increase the value of the firm. The result also shows that the impact of Corporate governance and capital structure on the company value are mediated by financial performance. It means that the value of the firm can increase if the company able became an effective monitoring tool.</pre>
