Objective - The study aims to explore the effect of digital Word of Mouth (WOM) marketing on customer purchase decision. Methodology/Technique - Types of research are a descriptive analysis and causal also measuring a conclusion by using a regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. Findings – The results of this research indicated that digital word of mouth marketing is effective and also has a influenced on customer purchase decision. The results show that digital word of mouth marketing included in the criteria of "Effective", this means that customer respondents had a positive view about digital word of mouth marketing at Dusun Bambu by using these indicators: Talking, Promoting, and Selling. Novelty - It is suggested that the company can increase the quantity of purchases in one transaction by cooperating with local tour and travel agents in order to raise the number of visitors. AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards the capital structure on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The partially effect is shown by T test, except for profitability variable and the simultaneous effect is shown by F Test. The result of this research shows that the profitability and liquidity affect the capital structure simultaneously. This study aims to know the effect of discipline, emotional intelligence and communication to employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was all 35 employees of the Wiladeg Gunungkidul Village Hall. Data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that based on regression analysis obtained the following equation Y =  0,123 + 0,120X1 + 0,066X2 + 0,364X3 + e. Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test is known that joinly (simultaneously) variable discipline, emotional intelligence and communication significant effect on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial testing), variable discipline, emotional intelligence  and communication has significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image and trust on purchase intention and to analyze the effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust and purchase intention upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang. The sample used in this study was 100 people. Techniques used in analyzing the data were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 2) price perception has a significant effect on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 3) there is a significant effect of brand image upon purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 4) there is a significant effect of trust on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 5) word of mouth has a significant effect upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 6) priceperception gives a significant effect on purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 7) there is a significant effect of brand image upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 8) ) there is a significant effect of trust on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, and 9) purchase intention can intervenethe effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust and buying interest upon purchase decision.Keywords: word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust, purchase intention, purchase decision��������������������

The purpose of this study examines the effect of financial management accountability allocation of village funds, village policy, institutional and villages on the welfare of the community. It is also conducted to determine whether the allocation of funds financial management accountability village, village policies, and village institutions jointly affect the welfare of the community. Respondents consisted of 55 women and 45 men from all walks of education and work different. All data is processed by multiple regression analysis with a look at the validity, realibiltas, and hypothesis testing by F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that accountability in financial management fund allocation village, village policies, and village institutions affect the welfare of the community, and accountability in financial management allocation of village funds, village policies, and institutional berpengaaruh village together for the welfare of society.

Abstract: This study aimed to show whether the ratio of CAMEL (Capital, AssetQuality, Management, Earnings and Liquidity) can be used as an indicator in predicting the health of banks in the future. This study was carried out on the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2012. Descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis are used to analyze the data. Hypothesis testing is done with the normality test, Independent Sample T-Test and Mann Whitney test are used to determine if two sets of data are significantly different from each other. The result of this research showed that LDR and NIM variables of bank financial conditionhave no significant differents while CAR, ATTM, APB, NPL, P_PPAP, BOPO, ROA, and ROE have a significant differents. Hyphothesis testing result found that CAR, ATTM, APB, NPL, NIM, and LDR variables did not affected bank financial condition significantly while P_PPAP, ROA, ROE, and BOPO variables affected bank financial conditionsignificantly.

This study aims to describe the compensation, leadership style, and the performance of employees and also to know the influence of compensation and leadership style partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Hartria Akas Green Sejahtera. The respondents of this research were all employees of drivers and conductors of Patas Bus consisting of 75 people. The sampling technique used was census method. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple scale and linier regression. The hypothesis testing used t-test and F-test. The result of scale range analysis showed that the performance of the employees is high, the compensation is good, and the leadership style applied by company is achievement oriented. In addition, the results of multiple linier regression analysis portrayed that the compensation and leadership style influence significantly, partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Hartria Akas Green Sejahtera.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of Promotion Mix which Most Influences on Student Decisions in Choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and the observation unit is the students of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The population in this study were 4,270 respondents from Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The technique for determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and totals 135 respondents. The research method used is data collection techniques through questionnaires which are carried out systematically in accordance with the research objectives. The analysis method used to solve problems and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the F test and t test, the coefficient of determination (R2) and thetest Standardized Beta Coefficient. The results of the F test show that simultaneously Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Publicity have a positive and significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The results of the t test partially show that the Advertising variable and the Sales Promotion variable have a positive and significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, the Personal Selling variable and the Publicity variable have no positive or significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that student decisions are influenced by the variables of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and Publicity, while the rest is explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Judging from the results of Standarized Beta Coefficient, it shows that the most dominant variable in this study and the most influential on student decisions is advertising.
