With the development of engine supercharging technology and the application of in-cylinder direct injection technology, engines with high power and torque have become a trend. Crankshaft, as one of the most important and expensive parts in tractor engine, plays the role of transforming linear motion into circular rotation. The damage and destruction of crankshaft will lead to the damage of other parts of the engine, which makes the engine unable to work normally, and its stability affects the reliability of the whole engine to a great extent. The main failure form of tractor engine crankshaft is bending fatigue failure, so alternating bending stress occurs in crankshaft, which may cause fatigue failure of crankshaft. Crankshaft is one of the important components of tractor engine, and its stress is complex, which is the key and difficult point of engine design. In this paper, the crankshaft of tractor engine is analysed and studied based on compound supercharging technology, so that the dynamic characteristics of the engine are deeply understood, the action law of dynamic working load is mastered, the response analysis and evaluation of the system are carried out, and the optimization method of crankshaft mechanism of agricultural tractor engine is found out.

This paper proposed a simplified modeling method of reinforced concrete based on the equivalence of dynamic stiffness, the parameters of simplified model were modified to make the error of nature frequency between reference model and simplified model as small as possible, and an appropriate optimization function was designed. The essentiality of the proposed method is parameter optimization, with the advantages such as fewer elements and calculation assumption. The numerical simulation result indicated that this optimization method is suitable for the dynamic response analysis of complicated reinforced concrete structure.

Abstract Flow-induced vibration is an important issue related to the safety and reliability of nuclear reactor, which need to be analyzed and evaluated in the design stage. In order to obtain the input loads and key parameters used in the calculation of flow-induced vibration of reactor vessel internals (RVIs) that need to satisfy the engineering requirements. The typical RVIs are selected as the research object, and the fluid exciting force characteristics are studied based on the computational fluid dynamics methods. The results show that the fluid exciting force acting on the RVIs is a wide-band stochastic process. For upper internal, the largest pressure fluctuation occurs at the guide tubes and support columns located near the outlet. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to these guide tubes and support columns in response analysis. As for core barrel, the root mean square value of the pressure fluctuation changes drastically at the inlet and outlet location. For lower internal, the lower flow field of RVIs is relatively disordered, and its pressure fluctuation possesses irregular characteristics. Each component of lower internal need to be considered in analysis and evaluation.

Power flow analysis is a method to describe the dynamic behavior of structures by taking not only the amplitude of exciting force and velocity response into account, but also the phase between the two qualities. Shape optimization is an effective method to reduce vibration level. By choosing the vibration power flow as design objective, a shape optimization method of structure is presented. The structure surface is restructured with a series of mode shape superposition. By using genetic algorithm, the weight coefficient of each mode shape is optimized to get the best surface shape with minimum power flow response. Some examples are demonstrated to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the method.

SummaryThe paper assesses the transmission of US supply, demand and monetary policy shocks between 1976 and 2008 based on a factor-augmented vector autoregressive model (FAVAR) which is applied to a newly constructed set of more than 200 German time series. The study not only assesses the transmission of US shocks to German GDP via impulse response analysis but also to a large number of variables capturing the various transmission channels. The inclusion not only of aggregate trade variables but also of variables covering trade with different partner countries/regions helps analyzing more deeply the trade channel, e. g. the role of direct trade versus trade with third countries. Another focus lies on the transmission of US shocks to specific industries such as the car and the machinery industries which were particularly severely affected by the global financial crisis. Finally, the role of US shocks for the most recent downturn in Germany is assessed based on a historical decomposition.

- The analysis of the relationships between evaluation activities and re-organization of early educational provision in Italy shows the potential role of evaluation in the processes of modernization of public administration. Local governments need both to guarantee a good quality of the public as well as subsidized early educational centers and to build up an integrated network of all the centers in their area. In this perspective, evaluation becomes a basic tool of local governance. This paper will present a project of evaluation of infant-toddler daycare centers realized on demand of the City of Rome. The project implemented an articulated system of evaluation based on a process of discussion on the definition and evaluation of quality that was shared among different stakeholders and implemented according to procedures of documentation, analysis, and evaluation of the different components of the center quality. The analysis of this experience shows that, within an integrated local network of early educational centers, the evaluation activities aimed at institutional accreditation or at excellence accreditation are likely to be the same. The paper also discusses the value of an approach to the evaluation of early educational services based on inter-subjectivity and participation of many stakeholders. Key words: early educational provision, accreditation, participant evaluation, empowerment, sustainability.

People’s interactions with the environment shape their experiences. Thus, understanding these interactions is critical to enhancing human well-being. Aural attributes play a significant role in shaping the perception of space in addition to visual attributes. It is well known that sounds evoke an emotional response, but less is known about how the acoustic characteristics of environments reinforce such an emotional impact. By adopting virtual reality as a platform for recreating 3D sounds and 360° visuals of built environments of worship spaces as case studies, this study aims to investigate the influence of the acoustic environment considering audiovisual congruency on enhancing the human experience through self-report and physiological response analysis. It also examines the role of cultural background in terms of familiarity with the acoustic environment. The convergent mixed-methods approach, merging both quantitative and qualitative analysis, provides a deep understanding of the role of the acoustic environment in enhancing the auditory experience. The results show that the acoustic environment and audiovisual congruency amplify the intensity of the emotional impact, and the amplification of the impact can vary depending on the acoustic environment of the building. They also reveal that familiarity with sound and acoustic characteristics can increase this impact.

Currently, the role of evaluating and managing the costs of the enterprise has increased, since the scale of the profit that the manager will receive directly depends on them. Therefore, their study is a necessary criterion for further promotion and success in the enterprise market. In costs, all aspects of economic and financial-economic activity in the enterprise management system are synthesized, and the results of the use of all production resources are accumulated. The article presents the main conclusions and recommendations related to improving the efficiency of enterprise cost management.
