Abstract. Human Resource Management (HRM) is all activities related to the recognition of the importance of educators and education personnel in schools as vital human resources, which contribute to school goals, and utilize functions and activities that ensure that human resources are used effectively and fair for the benefit of individuals, schools and communities. Human resource management aims to formulate the needs of educators and education personnel, develop and empower educators and education personnel to obtain the optimal value of benefits for individual educators and education personnel concerned. The scope of management of human resources in schools is HR Planning, analysis of educators and education personnel, procurement of educators and education personnel, selection of educators and education personnel, orientation, placement and assignment, compensation, performance assessment, career development, training and personnel development educators and the creation of work life quality, educator and education power negotiations, research of educators and education personnel, pensions and dismissal of teaching and education personnel. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of human resource management in improving the quality of Muaro Jambi Extraordinary School. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that SLB Muaro Jambi applies two management functions in managing its SDM, namely the planning and implementation functions. Human Resource Management consists of planning the needs and development of educators and education personnel; procurement of capacity building training for teachers and staff/employees. The implementation of human resources involves committees, teachers, and staff/ employees to realize the activities that have been planned. Human Resources Management can effectively improve the quality of education in SLB.

The article deals with human resource management, its theoretical principles, and its use in practice in the era of globalization. The main goal of this paper is to analyze and describe human resource management focused on the process of human resource development and education. The article shows how the principles are applied in a selected Information-Communication Technologies (ICT) company in Slovakia as an attractive employer who is interested in satisfaction, education, and growth of its employees, thus employer branding. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey with employees in the selected company. Secondary data from corporate sources were used, too. The aim of the survey was to point out the human resources management in a selected company and to examine the perception of the impact of employees development on their performance and to design effective approaches to personnel development in a selected company with an impact on employee performance. The aim of the survey was to find out whether there was a dependence between the subjectively perceived performance of the employees and individual aspects, which are the completion of technical training programs, individual evaluation of the employee, relocation of the employee, and the number of completed training activities. A questionnaire survey was used to achieve this goal.

Questions of efficiency increase of human resource management are one of the most discussed by scientists of different countries in the last decades. This is due to many reasons and above all, the increasing human impact on the competitiveness of modern organizations, constantly changing external conditions of their functioning and the necessity of taking into account country and industry specifics. Effective management of human resources is one of the necessary conditions for the competitiveness of modern enterprises. The main tool of this management is program development of human resources. The article presents an overview of the key areas in the field of human resource development programs (HRD programs), the necessity of their agreement with the enterprise development strategy and consideration of influence on organizational effectiveness. The authors have presented a causal model of the relationship between human resource management (HRM) and labour performance and researched the procedure justifying the selection of HR practices. The article presents a cognitive map of the impact of human resources on the results of company operations. The analysis of cognitive map has allowed the researchers to reveal the structure of the problem (situation), to find the most significant factors affecting it and to carry out a reasonable choice of control actions to achieve objectives. The stages and tools for developing HRD programs on the basis of application of cognitive modelling are presented here. This fact has allowed us to evaluate the impact of HR practices on key indicators of organization performance at the design stage. In conclusion the authors have noted that it is necessary to consider the indirect effects of HR practices on the performance of organization and relationships between various aspects of human resources management . In this regard it seems appropriate to use wider application in the field of cognitive modeling and simulation. According to the authors this approach will accomplish the quantitative assessment of the impact of HR practices on organizational effectiveness at the stage of designing the programme of human resource development. At the same time it provides the possibility of"situational" factors accounting for a particular organization.

In the era of the digital revolution, human resources became an important factor in the success of the company. Companies are required to be able to turn challenges into opportunities that can be more productive, innovative, and adaptive in each generation. The purpose of this study is to determine the challenges and opportunities for human resource management at Grand Hotel Jambi and determine strategies in developing human resources to increase productivity at the Grand Hotel Jambi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are used as follows observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The validity of the data uses triangulation of examination techniques using sources. The results of this study are the challenges faced by the Grand Hotel Jambi human resource management in the industrial revolution 4.0, the difficulty in getting education staff majoring in hospitality, the low ability of technology and foreign languages. Technological advances provide opportunities for Grand Hotel Jambi to increase productivity such as increasing hotel bookings due to providing information and promotions to customers more quickly. Then Grand Hotel Jambi continues to make changes in policy and program strategies for human resource development such as applying 3 aspects of assessment namely work discipline employees, attitude in work and employee skills. In addition, organizing training programs to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes of employees. The training program must analyze 3 processes, namely company analysis, employee qualification analysis, employee performance analysis

Human resource management (HRM) is a recognition of the importance of human labor as vital resources that contribute to the goals of the organization, and utilization of multiple functions and activities to ensure that they are used effectively and fairly for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and society. Now human resource management has a unique and timely opportunity to improve productivity. Eventhough, productivity improvement does not means only increase the output. In addition, the evaluation of program responsibles and meets the special needs of employees with efficient cost. It is a very effective manner that very important, as organizations are tempted to cut costs and improve quality in their company. Without evaluation, it is very difficult to demonstrate that the development is the reason for the improvement. Human Resources Development can maintain and support productivity, as well as company isolate of lack of expertise of the human resources for the current job and future. The results are used in evaluating development programs include participant satisfaction with the training and development program development, learning knowledge or skills, the use of knowledge and skills on the job, and the results such as sale, productivity, or the prevention of accidents. Evaluation can also compare costs against benefits that receive development (return on investment).

Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Green HRM is the latest footstep in the organization. Human resource management is the major part of all organizations. So whatever the changes we need obviously we go with the human resource force. Human resource management is an important faction of management that deals with the most valuable assets of an organization which is Human Resource. “Customer is the king” is an age old business mantra accentuating the importance of customers in every business. Customer is only a part of success in the business field. For the survival of market in the present scenario we mainly focus on human resource- USP, and their environment –G HRM. This paper is an attempt to disclose, the ecstatic and stimulated working environment and unique potentiality of each human resource to enable the organization to be successful in the competitive corporate world there by enabling attainment of profit by the shareholders. Only through proper motivation and stimulus can we bring forth the integral potentiality- Passion Quotient, of the human resources for the success of the business. Thus this paper focuses on how these green practices enable to bring out innate potential and develop a powerful social conscience and a green sense of responsibility through the human resource for the success of the business.

Human resources are an important asset in the entire company operations activity. A human resources management support system should be provided to improve performance in  accordance with the company target. The purpose of this study is to design a model of operational and human resource management support systems that can integrate employee performance data, simplify management of employee data, and generate reports in the form of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Binusian Level. Methodology used in this study is using literature study, design, and test a model to make operational and human resource management information system.
