Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran budaya literasi dalam pembentukan karakter religius anak di Kampoeng Batja Patrang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis interaktuf model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensai data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Karakter membaca yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter membaca reseptif, reflektif, skimming dan scanning (2) Budaya literasi di Kampoeng Batjadapat membentuk karakter menulis cerita, menulis ayat-ayat Al-quran, menulis kaligrafi, menulis sinopsis, menulis pantun, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan bernuansa keagamaan (3) Karakter berbicara yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter berbicara di depan publik dan berbicara interpersonal.  Kata Kunci: budaya literasi, karakter religius The purpose of this study is to describe the role of literacy culture in the creation of the child's religious character in kampoeng batja patrang jember. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenon. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses miles's and huberman and saldana analysis for data collection, data condenser, data presentation, deduction/verification. To test the validity of the acquired data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The study is (1) the character reading through the literated cultures already applied in kampoeng batjais the character of prescriptive, reflective, skimming and scanning (2) of the literated cultures in the kampoeng batjadat forming the character of storywriting, writing of the quran, writing calligraphy, writing synopsis, poetry, The activity was carried out in a religious (3) speaking character through literacy cultures already adopted in kampoeng batjais a public speaking and interpersonal speech.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This thesis attempts to review how the Young People of Tattoo Alley interpret tattoos and social movements carried out to fight stigma. The process of extracting data is done through a qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is in Tattoo Alley, Kemantren Village, Malang Regency. The process of data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was examined using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: First, there are two types of meaning of tattoos that are distinguished by phase, namely the first phase of meaning of tattoos tends to be negative, while the second phase of tattoos is more positively interpreted. Second, forms of social movements undertaken by Tattoo Alley Young People to fight stigma and discrimination include: conducting tutoring, training in mask craft, training in traditional musical instruments, and implementing teaching programs conducted by thugs.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara melalui pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain  keterampilan dosen dalam menulis KTI sudah cukup, walaupun ada beberapa aspek yang harus ditingkatkan. Beberapa kendala Widyaiswari dalam menyusun KTI terkait dengan peluang, penelitian pustaka, fasilitas pendukung yang terbatas dan motivasi yang kurang. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penyiapan KTI adalah melalui pelatihan pelatih, pelatihan, mengikuti webinar, bengkel kerja, memperbanyak literasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan mengikuti kegiatan tutorial di YouTube. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of widyaiswara's competence through scientific writing training. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Technique validity of data using source and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study include the skills of lecturers in writing KTI which are sufficient, although there are several aspects that must be improved. Some of Widyaiswari's obstacles in preparing KTI are related to opportunities, literature research, limited supporting facilities and lack of motivation. Some of the efforts made to improve skills in KTI preparation are through trainer training, training, attending webinars, workshops, increasing literacy of previous research results, and participating in tutorial activities on YouTube.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Sekolah Model pada Jenjang Pendidikan Dasar di SD Negeri 1 Menteng Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam peneltian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah, Ketua TPMPS dan Guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi dan Member Check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan SPMI meliputi: (a) Sosialisasi program SPMI, (b) Pembentukan TPMPS dan Tim Monev, (c) Memetakan mutu, (d) Membuat peta masalah, e) Membuat rencana aksi, (f) Membuat jadwal, dan (g) Menentukan anggaran; (2) Pengorganisasian SPMI: (a) Pengawas: Dinas Pendidikan, TPMPD, Pengawas Sekolah, Penanggung jawab: Kepala Sekolah, Pengelola: TPMPS dan Tim Monev; (3) Pelaksanaan SPMI dilakukan dengan mengikuti jadwal, menentukan Sarpras, mengadakan kegiatan workshop dan TOT; (4) Pengawasan SPMI dilakukan oleh: kepala sekolah, TPMPD, TPMPS, Tim Monev dan Pengawas Sekolah; (5) Evaluasi SPMI dilakukan dengan menentukan jadwal, membuat instrumen/alat ukur, melakukan peninjauan kembali, dan menyusun RTL. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Model of School Management at SD Negeri 1 Menteng, Palangka Raya City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data in this research are: Principal, Head of TPMPS and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Validation of data using Triangulation Techniques and Member Check. The results of this study showed that: (1) SPMI planning includes: (a) Socialization of the SPMI program, (b) Establishment of TPMPS and the Monitoring and Evaluation Team, (c) Mapping quality, (d) Making problem maps, e) Making action plans, (f) ) Make a schedule, and (g) Determine the budget; (2) Organization of SPMI: (a) Supervisor: Education Office, TPMPD, School Supervisor, Person in Charge: Principal, Manager: TPMPS and Monev Team; (3) The implementation of SPMI is carried out by following the schedule, determining the Sarpras, holding workshops and TOT; (4) SPMI supervision is carried out by: school principals, TPMPD, TPMPS, Monev Team and School Supervisors; (5) SPMI evaluation is carried out by determining the schedule, making instruments/measurements, conducting reviews, and making RTL.
