This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of gadget usage on student independence learning in Mathematics Education Department of Musamus University. This research is quatitative research. The population in this study was students of Mathematics Education of Musamus University amounted to 210 students. Sampling technique used is convenience non probability sampling technique and obtained 78 students as sample. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, then the data from the questionnaire were analyzed using simple correlation and linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is influence of gadgets usage on the independence learning of students in Mathematics Education of Musamus University, in which there is a relationship between the "medium" category between gadgets usage and the independence learning of students in Mathematics Education of Musamus University. Contribution given by gadget usage variable to the independence of learning as 27.2%.

This study aims to examine the determinants of customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services at the branch offices of Syariah Madiun branch covering the principles of syariah, ujrah, and service. Sampling was conducted by Accidental Sampling technique to get sample of 227 respondents. Data collection use questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the application of sharia principle influences the customer interest who use rahn and ijarah service, (2) ujrah does not affect the customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services, (3) the service influences customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services, and (4) The application of sharia principles, ujrah, and services simultaneously affect the customers interest who use serve rahn and ijarah services. Keywords: syariah principle, ujrah, services, customer interest.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) the influence of brand experience and brand image simultaneously to the satisfaction of students of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using BB Cream Wardah (2) brand experience have partially influence to student's satisfaction and (3) brand image influence partial to student satisfaction. Population in research is student of Faculty of Economics of University of Tadulako which have used BB Cream Wardah product 2-3 times. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, with the number of samples as many as 60 students. Data collection using questionnaires. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS release 16. The result of research shows that (1) There is influence of brand experience and brand image to the satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (2) There is influence of brand experience to satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (3) There is influence of brand image to the satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh pengalaman merek dan citra merek secara serempak terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako menggunakan BB Cream Wardah (2) pengalaman merek berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan (3) citra merek berpengaruh secara secara parsial terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif (menunjukan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako yang telah menggunakan produk BB Cream Wardah sebanyak 2-3 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS release 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pengalaman merek dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako menggunakan Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pengalaman merek terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako menggunakan Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh citra merek terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako menggunakan Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah.

The purpose of this research is to find out of the effect of service quality, product variants and product quality towards customer satisfaction. this research is focused on product or buyers at Batik Fajar Indah Surakarta. This research’s type quantitative descripte. this research’s population of this study were buyers for 3 months in 2020 is 1.350 and the sample of this researched is totally 100 responden. Data collection method use questionarie method with accidental sampling technique, and analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The concluded of this researched is servive quality, product variants and quality product influencences significantly towards customer satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumen yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2020 sampai juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan bertepatan, semua sampel data telah dianalisis dari analisis regresi linier berganda memperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 4,9 % variabel produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan selisihnya 95,1 % berdampak oleh variabel lain seperti ikatan emosional, kepercayaan, kemudahan, kepuasan pelanggan dan pengalaman dengan perusahaan. Hasil pengkajian ini merumuskan bahwa produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan uji secara parsial memiliki dampak berdasarkan relevan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, service quality of Azis Birdfam in Boyolali. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and document studies conducted in May 2020 to July 2020. The sampling technique used was coincidental, all data samples were analyzed from multiple linear regression analysis to obtain an adjusted R Square value of 4.9%. product variables, price, service quality have an impact on customer loyalty, while the 95.1% difference has an impact on other variables such as emotional ties, trust, convenience, customer satisfaction and experience with the company. The results of this study formulate that the product, price and service quality using a partial test has an impact based on relevance to customer loyalty to Azis Birdfam in Boyolali.

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The population in this study were all 156 ASN employees. Through the Proportional Random Sampling technique and the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 people was determined. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The influence of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable is 38.1%; while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

PT. Bee Logistics Transworld has service quality that each variable can influence customer satisfaction such as Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research is customers of PT. Bee Transworld Logistics Surabaya. Samples of 100 respondents were taken using purposive sampling technique and methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Tangible variable (physical evidence) significantly influences the variable customer satisfaction. While the Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy variables do not significantly influence the customer satisfaction variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax authorities, tax sanctions, and tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. This research was conducted at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers. The method used is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and nonparticipant observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the awareness of taxpayers, tax authorities, tax sanctions, and tax amnesty had a positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers at Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The results showed that the awareness of taxpayers, tax authorities, tax sanctions, and the implementation of the tax amnesty policy could increase taxpayer compliance at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of internet provider service to customer satisfaction, using linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the people of Bandung who use or subscribe internet access. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by taking samples using quota. The sample of research is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaire. The amount of influence service quality to customer satisfaction that is equal to 0,538 or 53,8% change of customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variable, while the rest equal to 46,2% explained by cause or other factor not examined.

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality on the interest of muzaki (study at zakat institutionsSurabaya). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all muzaki registered at zakat institutions in Surabaya. The sampling technique using convenience sampling. This study uses 6 (six) zakat institutions that have been selected by taking a sample of 120 muzaki. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study show that accountability, transparency, and service qualitypartially have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat. Abstract The objectives of the research are to find out determine the effect of the general manager's leadership style on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. This research was conducted on 38 employees of Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi who were respondents, data collection was done by questionnaire. Sampling is determined using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using secondary data from the hotel. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The data in this study were processed with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi.
