Abstract The objectives of the research are to find out determine the effect of the general manager's leadership style on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. This research was conducted on 38 employees of Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi who were respondents, data collection was done by questionnaire. Sampling is determined using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using secondary data from the hotel. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The data in this study were processed with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi.

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. Human resources play an important role in every company, because of that the company must be able to improve performance in the company by providing compensation in accordance with its achievements. This research is a quantitative approach because this research is presented with numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. In this study, the population studied was 60 employees. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis concluded that compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t-test).

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, the sampling method used was the technique of total sampling and sampling was done using a Likert Scale, then the data was processed using SPPS version 17 with a simple linear regression analysis technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 26.133 + 0.269 (X). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the discipline variable (X) is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the value of t count, (X) = 3.070 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.5 so ha is accepted and ho is rejected. R Square figures of 15.9% indicate that employee performance can be explained by disciplinary variables, while 84.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: Discipline and Employee Performance.

This study aims to describe and determine the effect on employee performance behavior of leaders in Kendari city GAPENSI Office. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, namely by taking all of the total population to be sampled totaling 38 people . Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees in the office GAPENSI Kendari city. That is the behavior change towards a better leader by providing support and encouragement, response to complaints subordinate leader, the leadership of the response on the advice of subordinat , facility leadership to the creation of a cooperative relationship between subordinate , the response of the leadership over the work of subordinates and fault -led response to the success of the work of subordinates can improve employee performance when observed from the indicators work, the development of competenc, commitmen , additional tasks and critical events.

Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to Lion Group Distric Kalimantan 112 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 27. A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic  assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style have a positive influence toward employee performance. Motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance  and   work  discipline  have  a  positive  influence  toward  employee performance.

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.
