The role of computers in data processing to produce an information system is very influential in an organization or institution. The involvement of computer technology tools is very helpful in carrying out data processing activities, especially the making of financial reports at BTM at the Nu Salam Bantik Mosque. In recording the receipt and expenditure of shalawat money, problems often occur such as missing or scattered data, torn, and takes a long time. As a result, financial information becomes inaccurate because it is still done manually without involving computer technology. The research conducted discusses the Making and Development of the Financial Information System for the Ta'mirul Mosque of Nur Saalam Bantik. In designing an application, it is carried out by means of insight techniques, observation and literature study. This study is to create an application for the Development of Financial Information Systems for the Ta'mirul Mosque of Nur Salam Bantik using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 (VB). Microsoft Visual Basic apart from being referred to as a programming language (Program Language), Visual Basic is also often referred to as a tool (Tool) to produce windows application programs. In general, there are several benefits that can be obtained from using the Microsoft Visual Basic program itself. Computer at Mosque using OS Windows, So the applications created are programming tools that make it easy to use controls for database design.

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. The financial recording system at the Kendal Department of Transportation is still using a manual system, meaning that all transaction activities that occur are only written in bookkeeping, and do not yet have a special application used in data processing and financial reporting. Prone to cause loss of transaction data thus hampering the reporting process. In addition, it is difficult to find financial data on cash receipts and disbursements due to the unavailability of an accessible web-based financial information system. The Kendal Regency Transportation Office needs an application that can be used in data processing and financial statement presentation and displays financial reports quickly, effectively and efficiently when needed and makes it easier to obtain financial information at the Kendal Regency Transportation Office. The application of a cash flow accounting information system at the Kendal Regency Transportation Office has achieved the desired goal, namely to simplify the process of recording cash financial transactions so that the use of cash management time is more efficient and presents financial reports of income, expenses and cash flows quickly, precisely and accurately.

Modified Union credo is a cooperative-type business entity owned by a group of people in a unifying bond, which agrees to invest their money (shares) so as to create joint capital with decent business results and for productive and welfare purposes. The role of cooperatives is very important in Indonesia, because cooperatives can increase the economic growth of Indonesian society. The loan administration information system (credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar is not yet effective, because it still uses a manual system so that data is easily lost and difficult to find, and the preparation of reports takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a system that makes it easier for staff to process data for CUM Caritas HKBP members and improve staff performance to be more efficient and minimize errors in data processing, especially in the loan administration (credit) section of CUM Caritas HKBP. In this research, in the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and literature study and the method of system development to be used was the Prototype method. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use the MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of Loan Administration (Credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

For large companies it usually has staff internal auditors. Like other subsystems, this system is also equipped with the financial intelligence subsystem, which collects information from the environment.

his study aims to (1) examine and analyze the influence of Human Resource (SDM) competence and the role of internal audit on the successful implementation of the Local Financial Information System (SKID) partially and simultaneously, (2) examine and analyze the competence of SDM and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial report partially and simultaneously,(3) examine and analyze the influence of SDM competence and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports on the successful implementation of the SKID. The object of this study is all provincials and district / city governments throughout North Sumatera. The sample of this study was 34 (thirty four). The data was collected by questionnaire, documentation, and interview methods. The analysis method used was path analysis using SPSS Program. The results of this study indicate that (1) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have no partial effect on the successful implementation of SKID (2) SDM competence, the role of internal audit doesn’t simultaneously affect the successful implementation of SKID (3) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have a significant effect partially to the quality of financial reports (4) the successful implementation of SKID has no effect on the quality of financial reports (5) SDM competence, the role of internal audit, the successful implementation of SKID simultaneously affects the quality of financial reports (6) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have no effect on quality financial reports through the successful implementation of the local financial information system.

The design of the Information Systems Application System for Employee Work Target Compilation (SKP) is based on the method of evaluating civil servant work performance systematically combining the Civil Service Employee Work Target assessment with work behavior assessment. Performance appraisal consists of two elements, namely SKP and Work Behavior, with an assessment weighting of SKP elements at 60% and work behavior at 40%. From the depiction of the service mechanism at the KEMKUMHAM Aceh, an integrated information system is needed to assemble the existing subsystems into a mutually supportive unit given the still not optimal role of the computerized system in the existing service mechanism. The purpose of this study was to design an Information System for Employee Job Target Compilation (SKP) Application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as an application in interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. The test results of this application are the systems that are built already meet the needs, the input data process has met the needs and the resulting report has met the needs.Keywords:Information Systems, SKP, Visual Basic .NET.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

The speed and accuracy of the information usually takes a long time, now in just a matter of seconds the information we can already receive.  By looking at the development of computer technology today, it is very important for the business world to improve the customer service and provide facilities in the rental service of West Jakarta area. Some buildings in West Jakarta are currently booking the building is still done manually so that it can cause errors and loss on consumer data data. In this case, the design of information system will be done to help booking a multipurpose building in West Jakarta area. Design to be created using UML. Kecepatan dan keakuratan informasi yang biasanya memerlukan waktu yang lama, kini hanya dalam hitungan detik informasi tersebut sudah dapat kita terima.  Dengan melihat perkembangan teknologi komputer saat ini, hal yang sangat penting bagi dunia bisnis adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan konsumen dan memberikan kemudahan dalam pelayanan penyewaan gedung serbaguna wilayah Jakarta barat. Beberapa gedung di Jakarta barat saat ini pemesanan gedung masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dan kehilangan pada data data konsumen. Dalam hal ini akan dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk membantu pemesanan gedung serbaguna wilayah Jakarta barat. Perancangan yang akan dibuat menggunakan Unified Modeling Language(UML). Dengan adanya komputerisasi dapat tercapainya kegiatan yang efektif dalam melakukan aktifitas pada pemesanan gedung.  Kata kunci: perancangan , sistem informasi, pemesanan, gedung serbaguna, UML
