Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. Abstrak— PT. Shamrok Manufacturing Corpora merupakan perusaan yang bergerak di bidang sarung tangan, saat ini perusahaan masih menggunakan proses manual untuk melakukan proses pendataan barang masuk dan keluar. Tentunya hal tersebut akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan proses terhadap data sehingga tidak efisien kemungkinan lainnya yang dapat terjadi yaitu data yang dicatat pada lembaran kertas tersebut kotor, rusak, maupun hilang. SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten is a school that has been around for a long time and has many graduates. Tracking graduates are still carried out in one direction, namely by filling out forms. The data obtained is then entered in the graduate ledger. This has resulted in not maximally handling graduates. Current graduate data cannot be used as a benchmark for knowing the activities and whereabouts of graduates. The current solution that is considered to improve graduate data is by developing a graduate tracking information system. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method of developing the system uses the Waterfall Model. Programming language is a Web programming language using Sublimetext and CSS text editors to create and edit and design. The databases used are PhpMyadmin and MySQL. The conclusion of this research is that the author has succeeded in analyzing and developing a graduate tracking information system in SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten, the system is made by two users, namely admin and graduates. Admin can perform system management, while graduates can enter their current condition through this developed system. The system can make reports on the results of tracking graduates, the system can make it easy to search for graduate data.

Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Currently this technology has had a major influence on the way of life and lifestyle so that it has spread to all domains, including credit applications that have made major changes to digital forms. Applications for credit at the Tanah Laut people's credit bank are still done manually starting from the credit application process, processing data and files, to preparing reports. This causes the credit application process to be ineffective and takes a long time, so that it can negatively affect customer satisfaction. This credit application system was developed on a web basis using a codeigniter framework, with the waterfall development method. This system can apply for credit online, helps make it easier to make decisions in determining the receipt of credit applications, helps in making monthly reports.

This study aims to produce Search and Booking Hotel Application in the city of Pagar Alam web-based which can facilitate Hotel Owners in managing data and also facilitate parties who want to get information quickly, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
