The design of the Information Systems Application System for Employee Work Target Compilation (SKP) is based on the method of evaluating civil servant work performance systematically combining the Civil Service Employee Work Target assessment with work behavior assessment. Performance appraisal consists of two elements, namely SKP and Work Behavior, with an assessment weighting of SKP elements at 60% and work behavior at 40%. From the depiction of the service mechanism at the KEMKUMHAM Aceh, an integrated information system is needed to assemble the existing subsystems into a mutually supportive unit given the still not optimal role of the computerized system in the existing service mechanism. The purpose of this study was to design an Information System for Employee Job Target Compilation (SKP) Application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as an application in interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. The test results of this application are the systems that are built already meet the needs, the input data process has met the needs and the resulting report has met the needs.Keywords:Information Systems, SKP, Visual Basic .NET.

The design of the land certificate filing system was built to facilitate the work process in managing land certificate records, especially in the field of archives at the Aceh Besar National Land Agency, which is intended to streamline computerized data processing to support technical implementation in carrying out more accurate land certificate data processing, effective and efficient. A land certificate is a tool or means to convey statements or information in writing from one party to another party. Such information can be in the form of notifications, statements, requests, reports, objections, thoughts, questions, and so on. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. Applications used for making applications are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. To produce employees who have the ASN profession, there is a need for ASN guidance. As a first step in conducting coaching, an assessment of the performance of the ASN is needed. This assessment will later be used as material for consideration for promotion, placement in position, transfer, education and training, and consideration in remuneration payments. The work performance assessment of Civil Servants is carried out systematically, with emphasis on the level of achievement of employee work targets or the level of achievement of work outcomes that have been prepared and agreed upon between Civil Servants and Appraisal Officials. The performance appraisal of civil servants themselves has two elements of assessment, namely the first from the Employee Work Target (SKP) and the second from Work Behavior. The problem that occurs is that the assessment of work performance is difficult because not all ASNs in the Universitas Negeri Padang environment keep a diary properly. In addition, the problems that often occur are diaries that are manually created require a lot of paper and ink, this is considered not economical and efficient and when archived there is a possibility of being scattered or lost. From the problems mentioned above, an employee performance target information system was developed at Universitas Negeri Padang. With this application, it can facilitate ASN in preparing and filing SKP, making daily notes, and simplifying employee performance appraisals.Keywords: Development, Information Systems, SKP, Universitas Negeri Padang.

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. This research aims to analyze and design a zakat accounting information system at the Bengkalis District National Amil Zakat Board which is not well systemized. At the same time to design the management of income zakat for Civil Servants of Bengkalis Regency in accordance with the Bengkalis Regency Regional Government's plans regarding Regional Regulations on Zakat. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. In carrying out system design activities database design techniques, system design and user interface design are used. With this system design is able to answer the needs of the general public, especially for Civil Servants in Bengkalis Regency and provide transparency in the management of zakat, infaq and alms funds through financial reports that can be accessed by the public.

BACKGROUND: In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is still high and far from the Sustainable Development Goals target of 305 compared to 70 per 100,000 live births. AIM: This study aims to design the mHealth concept to improve the quality of antenatal care (ANC) with features that support service workers during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. METHODS: The method used was literature study and conceptual design of the mHealth model with Rapid Application Development approach. RESULTS: The result showed that several factors influence the quality of ANC and the potential for improvement with mHealth. There are nine features of pregnancy services designed to improve the quality of ANC, such as standard operating procedure compliance, maternal health records, clinical decision aids, referral links, teleconsultation, health promotion improvement, alerts, and reminders, real-time reports, and distribution maps for pregnant women. The depicted context diagram consists of four external entities such as pregnant women, midwives, maternal and child health coordinators at Health centers and Health offices in Indonesia as well as the flow of data or information to and from mHealth, and the interface design understands users’ role and is executed accordingly. CONCLUSION: The problems of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic or the new normal were partially resolved with mHealth innovations, teleconsultation features, and improving health promotion. Therefore, all the mHealth features this helps in improving the quality of ANC.

SMP IT Nurul Huda Batujaya is one of the educational institutions for school students in Batujaya District, Karawang Regency. The research objective is to develop teacher performance appraisal. The research method using qualitative methods aims to describe the data analysis in a narrative manner. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and literature study. Teacher performance assessment is still done manually by using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Other problems are needed, namely, the high cost of printing documents from each teacher, the documents submitted to the administration department are often damaged and confused, the assessment team must carry a lot of documents during the assessment, and errors during the assessment recapitulation. This can have an impact on delays in the teacher performance assessment process. The system development method uses the waterfall, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results achieved in this study can create and design a teacher performance appraisal information system to help the assessment process quickly and correctly to reduce the occurrence of errors.

The problem that often occurs in the implementation of new student admissions is the delay in time from the decision holder who is in charge of distributing new student admission circulars that are not on time while prospective students have come to school and are ready to register, in the admission process they still use the form. in paper form so that prospective students are required to come to school and fill out data, there is no system capable of assisting the admissions process, and files used for registration are sometimes lost when they are needed to check student data. In order to create an adequate system that is able to overcome the problems that occur, it is necessary to create a system that can overcome the process of accepting new students quickly and according to the planned schedule. penelitian This provides a solution by reviewing some of the theory and field observations in order to design new admissions information system based on web. The application development methodology that the author uses is the SDLC (System Develop Life Cycle) method with the waterfall process model until the testing stage. The programming language used is PHP and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. This New Student Admissions information system provides information in the form of registration activities for new prospective students, verification of registration requirements, and announcement of written test results for all prospective new students who register at SMK Muhammadiyah 7. This New Student Admission application provides convenience in carrying out the Admission process. New Students, especially for prospective new students who are outside Jakarta, or for prospective new students who are quite far from the location of SMK Muhammadiyah 7
