This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence of the working environment and workload against exhaustion in nurses. Observed object are ministerial government agencies that district general hospitals. The sample in this study is a hospital nurses Kardinah Tegal City with a number of 201 nurses as respondents, which consisted of 140 nurses inpatient and 61 outpatient nurse. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling and analysis method used is multiple linear regressions. Results of analysis showed the environment variabel inpatient nurses working in a negative influence on weariness.While working environment variabel on an outpatient nurse has no effect on tension. Variable capacity of nurses inpatient and outpatient positive effect on burnout. Of this study obtained a value of 0,525 or 52,5%. It means that 52,5% of burnout variables can be explained by the independent variables are the working environment and workload. The residual 47,5% is explained by other variable outside variable examined.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of corporate image, service quality, and customer satisfaction on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking use. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by accidental sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. For operational variables using the Likert scale method of validity used a computer measuring instrument that is SPSS 26.0. The results showed that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage positively and also have a positive effect on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage. Thus, corporate image, service quality, and customer satisfaction have positive affect and significance on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage, where the corporate image is the most dominant variable with a value of 0.342. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas penggunaan BNI Mobile Banking. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling, pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linear berganda, dan untuk operasional variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan bantuan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan Mobile Banking dan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap loyalitas penggunaan Mobile Banking. Citra perusahaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam penelitian dengan nilai sebesar 0.342.

This study aims to examine how the ethnic influence of the board of commissioners (Chinese) on company performance, family ownership of company performance and company age on company performance. And the effect of all independent variables on dependent. The  population of this study is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. Based on observations from 2013-2017 the samples in this study were 23 companies from the LQ45 company. This study uses panel data and the method used is the Hausman Test using Random Effect Model.   The results of this study indicate that the Ethnic Board of Commissioners and family ownership do not affect the Company Performance while the Company Age has a positive effect on Company Performance. Taken together,it turns out that Ethnic Board of Commissioners, Family and Company Ownership have a negative influence on the Company's Performance in LQ45 Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Finally,  the authors suggest that the performance of the company increases the company must increase the Age of the Company by continuing to carry out or run company activities so that they have more experience and the authors also suggest that further research add variable size companies to get better research results.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of website quality, trust, promotion and price towards customer’s satisfaction at Tokopedia.com partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative research and the feature of this research was descriptive. The sample of this research was 100 respondents, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 Respondents. The analysis method used in the research was multiple linear regressions. The result shows that all of independent variables partially and simultaneously have an influence toward customer’s satisfaction to buy at Tokopedia. Hypothesis testing using T-test shows that all of independent variables proven positively and significantly influence to the dependent variable. Hypothesis F-test shows that website quality, trust, promotion and price have significant influence towards customer’s satisfaction at Tokopedia simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of product quality both on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study consist of performance, features, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality; while dependent variable is repurchase decision (Y). The research method is descriptive. Sample consists of 80 respondents who selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method is multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that product quality, consists of performance, feature, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality simultaneously have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Partially, product qualities that consist of feature and perceived quality have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. While performance, reliability, durability, conformance, and aesthetics variables partially have non-significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk baik secara serempak maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja (Performance), Keistimewaan (Features), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), Estetika (Aesthetics), dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian Ulang (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 80 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk yang terdiri dari Kinerja (Performance), Keistimewaan (Features), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), Estetika (Aesthetics), dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu. Secara parsial kualitas produk yang terdiri dari Keistimewaan (Features) dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu, Sedangkan variabel Kinerja (Performance), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), dan Estetika (Aesthetics) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This study aims to discover how the effect of the tax knowledge, tax socialization, and tax authorities service, either simultaneously or partially, on the taxpayers compliance in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara. The research samples are the whole number of the non-employee individual taxpayers in the amount of 100 people. The sampling technique is convenience sampling and the analysis method is using multiple linear regression. Simultaneously, the tax knowledge, the tax socialization, and the tax authorities service significantly affect the taxpayers compliance in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara. Partially, the result shows that both the tax knowledge and the tax authorities service significantly have positive effect and are directly proportional on the taxpayers compliance. On the other hand, the tax socialization has no significant effect on the taxpayers compliance in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara.
