Along with the development of economy and business, the competitiveness of it isincreasing. Increasing competitiveness requires educational institutions tocontinuously improve the quality of graduates.This study aims to determine the effectof motivation, knowledge of accounting, and religiosity on the quality of graduatesinSTEI SEBI Islamic Accounting courses. The sources of data in this study is theprimary data obtained directly from responses to questionnaires of IslamicAccounting graduates tudy program. Data collection techniques is performed by thesurvey. Data obtained using a questionnaire administration to graduates of IslamicAccounting courses. The sample selection is done by using random sampling method.The data is analysed by the test of descriptive statistics, test of validity and reliability,the assumptions of classical test (test of normality, multicollinearity, andheteroskedastisity), as well as multiple linear hypothesis test. The results of theresearch shows that the partial motivation test is not significantly by the quality ofgraduates, while knowledge of accounting is significantly influence on religiosity at95% confidence level. Simultaneously, motivation, knowledge of accounting, andreligiosity significantly influence the quality of graduates. R Square value in thisstudy is 0.373, which means that 37.3% changes in the level of quality of graduatescan be explained by the variables of motivation, knowledge of accounting, andreligiosity, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not observed in thisstudy. The results of this study are expected to contribute towards improving thequality of graduates of Islamic Accounting courses as a consideration in determiningthe necessary policies.

This research was conducted on Special Educator Teachers (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of Teachers of Special Educators (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in the City of Padang. The sample selection technique in this study uses Sampling Random Sampling,random sampling which is atechnique regardless of the strata that exist in that population (Sugiyono, 2014). The sample in this study amounted to 78 people. Test the validity and reliability using Cronbach Alpha.The trial results show the validity coefficient in the scale of compensation from 0.309 to 0.811 while the reliability coefficient is 0.941. The results of the coefficient trial of the validity of the job satisfaction scale show from 0.301 to 0.755 with a reliability coefficient of 0.917. Hypothesis test results show the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.835 with a significant level p = 0,000. It means that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between compensation and job satisfaction. Positive values indicate that the higher the compensation, the better the teacher's job satisfaction, and vice versa the lower the compensation, the worse the job satisfaction of the Special Educator Teacher (GPK). The effective contribution of the compensation variable to job satisfaction is 70%.

The teacher is the party most often accused of being the person most responsible for the quality of education. Teachers who have the ability in four teacher competencies, will be able to show better performance. A teacher's competence will also be better, if accompanied by a strong achievement motivation. Competence that is accompanied by the achievement motivation will affect the performance of teachers in all fields that are done. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the presence or absence of the influence of teacher competence and achievement motivation simultaneously and significantly to the performance of Certified Public Elementary School teachers in Kendal District, Kendal District. The population in this study were all certified elementary school teachers in the Regional Education Unit of the Kendal District, who were civil servants. While the sample selection method used is random sampling. Data about the variables in this study were obtained using a scale instrument (questionnaire). The data that has been collected will be analyzed with the classic assumption test and hypothesis test. To test the hypothesis in this study, multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that the competence and achievement motivation did not significantly influence the performance of certified teachers. Abstrak Guru merupakan pihak yang paling sering mendapat tudingan sebagai orang yang paling bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Guru yang memiliki kemampuan dalam empat kompetensi guru, akan dapat menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kompetensi seorang guru juga akan lebih baik, jika dibarengi dengan adanya motivasi berprestasi yang kuat. Kompetensi yang dibarengi dengan adanya motivasi berprestasi akan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam segala bidang yang dikerjakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri yang Bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua guru SD Negeri yang bersertifikasi di UPTD Pendidikan Daerah Kecamatan-Kabupaten Kendal, yang berstatus sebagai PNS. Sedangkan metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Data tentang variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa skala (angket). Data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru bersertifikasi.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

This research presents an initial study of customer satisfaction as measured by five mobile banking (m-banking) quality services dimensions using descriptive statistics and mean score. The survey data were obtained from 100 respondents of mobile banking (m-baking) users by using a purposive sampling method. The data is processed using validity and reliability test to check the quality of the data. <p>Frustrations with traditional testing led a group of teachers at the English for adults program at Universidad EAFIT (Colombia) to design tests aligned with the institutional teaching philosophy and classroom practices. This article reports on a study of an item-by-item evaluation of a series of English exams for validity and reliability in an effort to guarantee the quality of the process of test design. The study included descriptive statistics, item analysis, correlational analyses, reliability estimates, and validity analyses. The results show that the new tests are an excellent addition to the program and an improvement over traditional tests. Implications are discussed and recommendations given for the development of any institutional testing program.</p>

Background: Stunting is growth failure in toddlers due to chronic nutrients deficiency and recurrent infections, especially during the first 1000 days of life and can be a bad impact to quality of widely accepted human resources, which further can decreases future national productivity. The incidence of diarrhea and family food security are indicated to be factors cause stunting. Stunting is closely related to food insecurity and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea experienced by toddlers.Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between family food security and the frequency of diarrhea among stunted toddlers in Kampung SurabayaMethods: This research was observational analytic using cross-sectional. Sample consisted of 52 toddlers 6-24 months in the Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Sample selection with simple-random-sampling. Data was collected by interview with questionnaire. Food security was measured by US-HFSSM questionnaire and a questionnaire to the frequency of diarrhea. Data were analyzed using the Spearman statistical test (α=0.05).Results: The results showed that as many as 63.5% of toddlers are stunted, 71.1% of toddlers were in families with food insecure conditions, and 55.8% of toddlers diarrhea with frequency rarely (1-2 times). Results showed a significant relationship between family food security with stunting (p=0.004). Frequency of diarrhea with stunting showed a significant relationship (p=0.01).Conclusions: The proportion of stunting events increase if condition of food insecurity occur continuously, hence, coping strategies in the family were needed to overcome food insecurity. Besides, to overcoming the incidence of diarrhea by held counseling about PHBS.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Stunting merupakan kegagalan pertumbuhan pada balita akibat defisiensi zat gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang terutama pada masa 1000 HPK dan dapat berdampak buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang diterima secara luas, yang selanjutnya menurunkan kemampuan produktif suatu bangsa yang akan datang. Kejadian penyakit infeksi terutama diare dan ketahanan pangan keluarga diindikasikan menjadi faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stunting. Kondisi stunting erat kaitannya dengan rawan pangan dan kejadian diare berulang yang dialami balita.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan ketahanan pangan keluarga dan frekuensi diare dengan stunting pada balita di kampung Surabaya.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 balita berusia 6-24 bulan di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Ketahanan pangan diukur dengan kuesioner US-HFSSM dan kuesioner terkait frekuensi diare. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Spearman (α=0,05).Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 63,5% balita mengalami stunting, 71,1% balita berada pada keluarga dengan kondisi rawan pangan, dan 55,8% balita mengalami diare dengan kategori frekuensi jarang (1-2 kali). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ketahanan pangan keluarga dengan stunting (p=0,004). Frekuensi diare dengan stunting juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,01).Kesimpulan: Proporsi kejadian stunting akan meningkat jika kondisi rawan pangan terjadi terus menerus, sehingga dibutuhkan coping strategi dalam keluarga untuk mengatasi kerawanan pangan. Selain itu untuk mengurangi kejadian diare dengan mengadakan penyuluhan tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS).

The growth of online taxi service recently becomes the threats for PT Lombok Taksi to still survive against the competition in the business this research is aimed at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the service quality of drivers of PT Lombok Taksi, at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on organizational commitment, at analyzing the significant effect of organizational commitment on service quality of drivers PT Lombok Taksi. This research is associative-causal the population is all 532 drivers of  Lombok Taksi from which 84 samples (rounded to 100) were selected as respondents by applying the Slovin formula. The samples were selected through propotional random sampling technique. The hypothesis test was conducted using path analysis using SPSS program version 16.00 for windows.Keywords : work satisfaction, organizational commitment, service quality.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota.
