This web-based flight ticket booking system development is focused on the problem of web databases and web design that have the aim to provide information about booking tickets online using web media that can facilitate consumers or users of aviation services, where consumers do not need to come to the CV . Global Trans Solutions or aircraft fleet only to make reservations, but with this website can directly order tickets directly via the available web, the author only discusses the problem of web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. The purpose of writing is to find out and design a web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. Data collection needed in writing this research was obtained by two methods, namely literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. Web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the field to record and input ticket booking data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions has followed the procedure and used a computer with Visual PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as its database.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires adaptation to the New Normal in its application. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Depok designed a web-based application to bridge this so that information about students reaches their parents without having to come to school. With internet media intermediaries, of course, the process of delivering information will be faster, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model in the development of academic information systems that the author uses in designing a good system is the Waterfall model. The proposed database design is Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS), for system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. With the design of a web-based academic information system at MI Nurul Falah, it is hoped that the process of delivering information will be more effective and efficient, so that school residents, especially students and teachers, can find out the information available anytime and anywhere. The development of technology is very fast and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the use of this application will be one of the solutions in helping schools to convey the assessment of students at Nurul Falah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah.

The Asset Management Information System is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Plantation Office, to obtain information about assets that is more targeted and easy to obtain. In writing this thesis, the author only discusses the problem of designing a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service. The research objective was to identify and design a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service and the Asset Management Information System Design using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this thesis is obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this thesis. Asset Management Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input asset data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Office has followed procedures and uses a computer with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP, and MySQL programming languages as the database.

Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This study aims to design a web-based academic information system at STIEM Bongaya Makassar. During this academic service to students is still done manually, for example at the end of the semester students usually queue up to see grades and class schedules that use paper media that is posted on the bulletin board, so servants to students become ineffective and inefficient. With the advancement of information technology such as internet media, it can support the academic activities of a college. So with the use of internet media students do not need to come directly to the lecture to get academic information The web-based academic information system at STIEM Bongaya Makassar is expected to provide convenience in managing student data and academic services. This academic information system will later be web-based created using the Php and MySQL programming languages ​​as a database, and white box testing as a testing method to find out whether an application has been made free of logical errors

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is a printing company located in East Jakarta. CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia started its operation in 2013. The main business of printing books, banners, brochures, and others is an affiliated company or not a group's subsidiary, but purely a company that operates independently. But the marketing system on the CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is still not good enough. The way used in marketing the product is still using print media such as putting up banners and banners and even printing and distributing leaflets. For bookings and purchases, always can not be done online, requiring customers to come directly to the company to make booking and purchase transactions, the way is considered very inefficient. It takes an attractive website to market products and improves services and transactions more effectively and efficiently. The research method used consists of observation, interview, and literature study, while the system development model used is waterfall model, with PHP programming language and database used is MySQL. The result of this research is Website Based Printing Service Sales Information System. The website created can be used to source information about products and can also conduct transactions online efficiently.

Goods Distribution Information System is one of the data processing activities at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar, to get information about the distribution of goods to be more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss the problem of goods distribution and data management mechanisms of PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar and designed the Information Distribution System for PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar by using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of Information Systems Distribution of Goods at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar as well as making aids application on the Information System of Goods Distribution at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar uses Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely a literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Goods Distribution Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff and is assisted by 2 (two) administrative, warehouse, and financial administration staff to record and input the distribution of goods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Goods Distribution Information System has followed the procedure and uses a computer with Visual BASIC.NET programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database.

Chio Medical Center is one of the services in the health sector that is engaged in special medical check-ups for prospective employees who will work and permanent employees in a company. Currently, the system that processes medical check-up report data has not been computerized properly, so that data or files are stored conventionally and it is difficult to find the required data. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and system development using the Waterfall model which starts from analysis and observation of the system running in the company. The results of the observations show that the system that runs at the Chio Medical Center clinic has not been computerized properly, namely in recording examination reports using excel and word files so that they have not been stored in a structured database. This system is designed using the Dreamweaver application as a web-based editor tool and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The result of this research is a web-based medical check-up report information system which is expected to assist employees in inputting data and improve the process of providing information services to clients so that it is faster and more accurate.

The purpose of this research is to design an accounting information system application that processes web-based salary data on Sneaklin Bandung laundry shoes, the method is done using descriptive and experimental methods. Salary data processing performed at Sneaklin Bandung Laundry Shoe is already using a computer, namely using the Microsoft Excel program, this method is still troublesome administrative staff in managing employee salary calculation, employee data, and payroll processes. The design of a web-based payroll accounting information system in Sneaklin Bandung shoe laundry using the PHP and MySQL programming languages is expected to facilitate administrative staff in processing payroll data and managing employee data.
