This study aims to determine and analyze the Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously and significantly to Employee Performance. This research is qualitative research. The population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the Surabaya Tropical Disease Institute were taken as many as 59 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test result is 16.703 greater than the 2.00 table simultaneously. Partially the Leadership Style obtained a significant value of 0,000 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, Career Development obtained a significant value of 0.025 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, and Job Satisfaction obtained significant value of 0.049 (less than 0.05) has a significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial work environment and transformational leadership style on improving the performance of employees of PT. Excelso Multirasa Outlet at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to employees of PT. Excelso Multirasa Outlet in Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya was taken as many as 45 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially the work environment and transformational leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the employees of PT. Tozy Sentosa Surabaya was taken 63 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study, incentives and motivations simultaneously and partially significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya with significance value <0.005.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Career Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at PT. P&P Valley Karet. Methods of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 77 respondents PT. P&P Valley Karet. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, statistical test and MRA test. Based on the results of the study found that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant level (0.009 <0.05). Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant level (0,000 <0.05). Career Development moderates the relationship of Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance with a significant level (0.041 <0.05). Organizational Commitment moderates the relationship of Job satisfaction with Employee Performance with a significant level (0,000 <0.05). Career Development Contribution and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance is 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Finally, the authors suggest to the management of PT. P&P Lembah Karet that Employee Performance will improve if management enhances Career Development, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction through its indicators.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers Online. With a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the Influence of the Effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers on positive and significant results. The f test results were known at 214,590> f table 17,354 simultaneously. Partially compensation amounted to .211 t table 3,985 Significant effect on motivation of .119 t table of 2.689 has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction of .253 t table 4.194 has a significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work skill, work spirit, work satisfaction, and employee performance in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Kendal; and to know the influence of work skill, work spirit, and work satisfaction on employee performance in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Kendal Branch Office. Methods of data collection used in this study was questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank of Syariah Mandiri, Kendal Branch Office. Samples taken in this research were 40 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, statistical test through T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R ), classical assumption test, and path analysis. Ttest results showed that the partial work ability didn’t influence and was not significant on employee performance, while work morale and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Result of Ftest showed that work skill, work spirit, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance of 50,9%; the remaining 49,1% was influenced by other variables outside of this model.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal; serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, dankepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 22. Analisis ini meliputi uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji statistik melalui uji Ttest , Ftest , serta koefisien determinasi (R), uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji Ftest menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 50,9%; sisanya 49,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model ini.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem
