The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of training (X1), leadership (X2), and mo­tivation (X3) on dependent variable employee performance (Y). The population in this study are operational staff in PD BPR Bank Jogja in Yogyakarta. Most of the operational staff of PD BPR Bank Jogja is female and their ages range from 21 to 50 years. Lowest Education of operational staff is Diploma and some of them are Magister (S2). This company is grow­ing as indicated by the increase in the number of staff from time to time. Determination of the number of samples using methods Slovin, samples taken 80. The sampling method using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, the sampling technique is based on the consideration that in accordance with the purpose of research. Collecting data using ques­tionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. The results of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation classical assumption test show that there is no multicollinearity problems among the independent variables, there is no heteroscedasticity in regression models, and there is no autocorrelation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the training and motivation have a positive effect on performance, while the leadership has a negative effect on performance. T test results showed that the only variable motivation partially influence on performance, training and leadership variables were partially no effect on employee performance. The F test results showed that the variables of training, leadership, and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees.

Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

Organizational goals can be achieved with the company's HR performance. Poor performance will have an impact on the company's image and certainly slow down the process in achieving organizational goals. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance and the role of work stress as mediating variables. This study took 42 employees as respondents using a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling method. Path analysis was used. The results of the study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative influence on employee performance. This study also found that work stress mediates the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that further research is able to examine the performance of employees with respondents and more complex research locations. The results of this study are also expected to be used as a reference and consideration for companies in decision making related to employee performance. This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. The population in this study were all marketing employees of PT. Borobudur Oto Mobil which amounted to 36 employees and the sampling technique used in this study  was the census  method  and  the analysis  tool  used  in  this  study  was multiple linear regression. The regression test results show that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test produce the adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.610 which means that 61 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor and the results of the accuracy test table obtained 0,000 smaller than 0, 05 which means that employee performance variables can be jointly explained by leadership variables, work facilities, competencies and division of labor.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantu SPSS ver. 25. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  of  PT.  Smelting  either  partially  or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource accounting competence on employee performance with BUM Desa productivity as an intervening variable. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data. The population in this study were all BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this research is BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The test results show that human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on the productivity of BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The productivity of BUM Desa has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance through productivity at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency.
