Abstract: This study aims to determine the pattern of utilization of information technology within the framework of the diffusion process of innovation to empower business actors. This study uses a descriptive approach through qualitative methods, the design of this study uses a case study research design. The unit of analysis in this study is the sasirangan business in Banjarbaru. The informant in this study were the sasirangan business people who were considered important to explain the extent to which technology and information were used. The instruments of this study are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and secondary data. Triangulation analysis is to explore the truth of information from the business actor sasirangan in Banjarbaru through various methods of data collection. Besides through interviews and observations, researchers use secondary data documents. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the majority of business actors in the city of Banjarbaru, as much as 60%, have used technology and information to support the promotion and sale of their products. But it is still not maximal considering the various obstacles faced in Sasirangan business. Keywords: innovation diffusion, information technology, creative economy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam kerangka proses difusi inovasi untuk pemberdayaan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui metode kualitatif, desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha sasirangan di Banjarbaru. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha sasirangan yang dianggap penting untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan data sekunder. Analisis triangulasi ialah menggali kebenaran informasi dari pelaku usaha sasirangan di Banjarbaru melalui berbagai metode pengumpulan data. Selain melalui wawancara dan observasi, peneliti menggunakan dokumen data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaku usaha sasirangan di kota Banjarbaru sebagian besar yaitu sebanyak 60 % telah memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi untuk menunjang promosi dan penjualan produk sasirangannya. Namun masih belum maksimal mengingat kendala yang dihadapi para pelaku usaha sasirangan yang beragam. Kata kunci: difusi inovasi, teknologi informasi, ekonomi kreatif

This study aims to analyze the increasing potential for poverty in the city of Palangka Raya from the perspective of SMIs due to the impact of the 19th COVID pandemic. The data was obtained based on the results of in-depth interviews from February to April 2020 with 10 SMIs and supported from secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The data is processed based on qualitative research principles based on the type of case study research. In the results of this study it was found that the SMIs experienced a very detrimental impact in terms of sales and marketing of products so that employees who come to work are terminated indefinitely, in this connection it appears that there is potential increases in poverty that can occur in the future come.

This study aims to examine factors that affect a child's ability to recognize letters of the alphabet and distinguish several letters that have similar sounds and shape. By using alphabetical card (flashcard) researchers want to improve the ability of objects in recognizing and distinguish letters. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case study research in action research design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Semi-structured interview used by researchers to obtain the completeness of the data and find out the problem in detail. The results obtained that the development of the alphabetical is increasing because of stimulus with a alphabetical card. With a child's card game it becomes more fun to recognize the alphabets and can directly play with the alphabetical card directly. In addition to recognizing the alphabets, with a child's alphabetical card can also explore his knowledge through the pictures, colors and shapes that existed in the letters. It indicates that subject has achieved good results in recognizing the alphabet, since from the beginning he has not been able to distinguish the present letters than subject can distinguish letters of similar shape. In addition, subject also able to know the initial letter of a word and can read it.

This study aims to analyze Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) in night clubs in the city of Palangka Raya with a review of social construction. Data obtained based on the results of in depth interviews during the months of June to August 2018 with three CSWs who are willing to be interviewed are supported from relevant secondary data. The data is processed based on qualitative research principles based on the type of case study research. In the results of this study it was found that the CSWs could be independent or take shelter under the agency in the night club. This CSWs network generally starts from working as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or song guide to the sexy dancer at the night club.

AbstractThis paper investigates the internationalization of education, specifically technology education in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). Through a conducted case study of a course in a Master of Information Technology (MIT) program development, it investigated the challenges that TPU faced and how they could overcome the challenges in internationalizing their programs and curricula. The research adopted a qualitative case study research method. It used survey, observation and documentations as the data collection techniques, as they are best suited for this research. Ten students were involved in a delivery of a course in a developed internationalized MIT program. The research team observed how the students learnt, whether there were challenges and difficulties in the delivery of course learning and how they were overcome. The results showed that the students were highly satisfied with the course developed and they believed they greatly benefited from the developed course.

This research is focused on the impact of the existence of inland fisheries business in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency in 1989-1998. This research is a type of historical research that is qualitative in nature and is a type of case study based on a micro, commercial and social group theory approach to identify and interpret Land Fishing Enterprises in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Methodologically, the data source in this study uses the type of historical study sources in general, namely primary data obtained from observations and direct interviews with informants who are then supported by secondary data in the form of written references such as archives, journals, books and various media and documentation. Data analysis is descriptive, that is to describe in a systematic and factual way related to the phenomenon of research so that it can draw a conclusion. The existence of the Fisheries Business underwent several phases to be able to survive until now. some of the impacts of the existence of the Inland Fishery Business namely, the birth of a number of local entrepreneurs, an increase in the community economy and regional income. In the economic field, although not all of the welfare felt by business people is evenly distributed. Some business actors such as farmers, collectors and distributors are sufficient and have even reached the point of a successful economy. Of course the success points also have an impact on the region, both in terms of regional income and of course the good name of the area that has been dubbed the City of Bolu.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Mudharabah Financing in the Al Abrar Islamic Financial Services Cooperative in the city of Surabaya. Sharia financial services cooperatives require a series of procedures and methodologies that can be used to identify, assess, mitigate and evaluate risks arising from Mudharabah financing. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. The technique of collecting data uses direct interviews, documentation and observation. Purposive techniques are used in determining the unit of analysis. The analysis technique used is narrative-descriptive analysis, which describes the results of interviews and direct observation. Then to find out the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques by matching the findings of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Al Abrar Surabaya Islamic Financial Services Cooperative processes the risk management at the stage of identification, assessment, mitigation and risk control. This can be indicated through the way the Al Abrar Financial Services Cooperative deals with customers who fail to pay.Keywords: Risk Management, Risk, Customers, Islamic Financial Services Cooperatives

This research investigates the internationalization of Master of Information Technology (MIT) education in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). Through a conducted case study about a course (also known as a subject or a unit) specially developed and delivered by a foreign researcher-teacher for the internationalized MIT program, it investigated how TPU approached internationalization of MIT education, why the approach was adopted and how TPU overcame the challenges in internationalizing their MIT programs (offered in two languages) and curricula. The research adopted a qualitative case study research method, which involved the data collection techniques such as survey, observation and documentations. Ten MIT program students were involved in the course delivery. The research team observed how the MIT program worked, how the students learnt from the specially provided course by a foreign researcher-teacher in the MIT program, the challenges and difficulties in the delivery of course learning, and how they were overcome. The results indicated that the students were highly satisfied and greatly benefited from the specially developed course in their internationalized MIT program.

The ability of prospective teacher students obtained in lectures needs to be developed to be applied in learning in schools. One of them is by applying the TAI learning model. The application of the TAI (Team AssistedIndividualization) learning model is implemented to analyze the student's evaluation ability in the implementation of school assistance and and to add to the experience of students in the real field. This effort was carried out with four stages of TAI namely Teams, Placement Tests, Student Creative, and Teaching Group. At each stage of the TAI model, students provide a description and analysis in the form of activity reports and presentations. The research conducted is a description of collaborating with experimental research, one-shot case study research on students of physics level 5 and data collection techniques with observation and interviews.The results showed that students had the highest ability to evaluate the ability to provide solutions to the obstacles found in partner schools and the lowest ability to find a settlement procedure that was suitable for the scope of the implementation of school assistance.

Abstract Pyramid House in Palembang is one of the works of art that is still very interesting to be researched today. The problem raised in this study aims to analyze the cultural message of the Pyramid House in Palembang. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study research design. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document study. The results showed that in the manufacture of the Pyramid house, the main construction of traditional buildings used wood construction and a stilt system. The foundation used the construction of piles, the walls used boards, the roof used a leaf or shingle roof. The core parts consisted of the roof of the house, the door, the window, the stairs, and the floor of the house. In general, the typical architectural form of the Pyramid House, namely, the roof was shaped like a severed pyramid. Besides, the uniqueness of the house located in its multi-storey shape (kijing) and the walls were made of wood shaped like planks. Then related to the house name Pyramid, it contained two special meanings, namely, Five and Gold. The word five means the number five, while gold means the precious metal of great value. This is also a symbol of the function of the Pyramid house.

This article discusses the extent to which Cultural Heritage management involving various sectors can contribute to increasing tourist visits. The research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu, the location of the research was the legacy of Bung Karno's house. Data collection was carried out through secondary data and primary data. Primary data was carried out by interviewing related parties, namely two of Bung Karno's house staff, the Head of the Jambi Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency (BPCB), the Head of the Bengkulu Province Education Office, one cultural expert, four tourism activists, and six communities. members who were visiting Bung Karno's house. The steps in this research are data collection, classification, analysis, and data processing, making conclusions, then narrating in depth. The results of the study explain that the Heritage of Bung Karno's House is one of the historical tourist objects visited by many tourists. Bung Karno's heirloom house is a historical tourism object that has an attraction and has an important role in increasing tourist visits. For optimal Cultural Heritage management, it is important to strengthen the capacity of Cultural heritage management sustainably by optimizing technology and involving five partnership sectors, namely government, private sector, universities, media, and society.
