ABSTRACT<br />A very rapid development of technology makes the laptop seems to have not a luxury<br />anymore. Those with high mobility and frequent travel, choose the laptop as something that<br />accompanies every job they wherever they went. But not a few consumers who are hesitant and<br />confused when trying to buy a new laptop since the laptop is not cheap stuff. Moreover currently<br />popping up various types of laptops with different specs and brand, any price varies. Not<br />infrequently the consumer to buy a laptop with good specs without thinking about its usefulness.<br />For that it is necessary a decision support system for laptop malakukan selection<br />process effectively and efficiently. Decision support system is an interactive system that supports<br />the decision in the decision making process through the alternative - the alternative obtained<br />from the data processing, information and design models.<br />Making an online decision support system using the decision tree method is able to<br />resolve the election issue this laptop, with a step - step method is simple, easily understood,<br />effective and efficient. With the web-based decision support system will be the technology that not<br />only provides convenience, but able to provide solutions to an individual in choosing the right<br />laptop and also fit your needs and budget.<br />Keywords : System, Decision Support, Decision Tree<br />ABSTRAK<br />Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat membuat laptop sepertinya sudah bukan<br />menjadi barang mewah lagi. Mereka yang mobilitasnya tinggi dan sering bepergian, memilih<br />laptop sebagai benda yang menemani setiap pekerjaan mereka kemanapun mereka pergi.<br />Namun tak sedikit konsumen yang bimbang dan kebingungan saat ingin membeli laptop<br />baru mengingat laptop bukanlah barang murah. Terlebih lagi saat ini bermunculan berbagai<br />jenis laptop dengan beragam spesifikasi dan merk, pun harganya bervariasi. Tak jarang pula<br />konsumen membeli laptop dengan spesifikasi yang bagus tanpa memikirkan kegunaannya.<br />Untuk itu sangat diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk malakukan<br />proses pemilihan laptop secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu<br />sistem interaktif yang mendukung keputusan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan melalui<br />alternatif – alternatif yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan data, informasi dan rancangan model.<br />Pembuatan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan secara online dengan menggunakan<br />metode decision tree mampu menyelesaikan untuk persoalan pemilihan laptop ini, dengan<br />langkah – langkah metode ini yang sederhana, mudah dipahami, efektif dan efisien. Dengan<br />adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web ini akan menjadi teknologi yang tidak hanya<br />memberikan kemudahan, namun mampu memberikan solusi kepada seseorang dalam memilih<br />laptop yang tepat dan juga sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan anggaran.<br />Kata kunci : Sistem, Pendukung Keputusan, Decision Tree

With the rapid development of China's telecom industry, the management of domestic enterprises are constantly changing. Operate method was closed to internationalization constantly. In this process, the technology of OLAP plays a very vital role for the development of enterprises. China's telecom industry should depend on the technology of OLAP to get an efficient decision support system to make an accurate in time efficient decision if they want to survive in the world keen competition, and then leading enterprises moving in the right direction. This paper introduced Multi-dimensional analysis technology, Illustrates the application of drilling and rotation Combined with concrete examples. <p><em>Decision Support System is an interactive system that supports decision in the decision- making process through the alternatives - alternatives obtained from the processing of  data, information and design models. The results provided by the system as a decision support can provide alternative solutions to problems for users by providing a range of possible results in accordance with the conditions of the problem parameters that can be changed.</em></p><p><em>C</em><em>r</em><em>e</em><em>ating a Decision Support System online,  using the method of Brown Gibson, is able to resolve the issue of election for selecting computer, the steps of this method are simple, easy to understand, effective and efficient. Brown Gibson methods chosen because each computer has a different character or condition, in estab- further discussion will be referred to as factors. These factors will affect the calculation to re-determine the computers that will be selected. Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.

Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT. PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa is a company in the sale of diesel engines, generators, tooling tools and engine spare parts. Many suppliers want to distribute their goods through PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa, thus demanding the company to choose the right supplier, in order to ensure the smooth fulfillment of stock items. The process of selecting suppliers is still done manually with criteria limited to quantitative criteria, so that the process takes a long time and the results are not precise. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system for supplier recommendations quickly and precisely in meeting the company's needs. The supplier selection process uses the Rank-Order Centroid (ROC) method in weighting the criteria and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. ARAS value obtained is the K value that is ranked to get the best supplier by using a computerized decision support system. The application of these two methods can speed up the results of decisions, does not take a long time and the results obtained are also maximum.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengrajin kayu di Dongkelan, Krapyak, Yogyakarta dalam menentukan kayu terbaik untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan gitar, karena sering terjadi keluhan dari para pembeli bahwa bahan yang dijadikan bahan gitar cepat lapuk dan kusam dari segi warnah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dicari suatu solusi dengan menggunakan metode <em>Decision Support System</em> <em>Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis</em><em> </em>(MOORA) serta dibantu oleh pakar dalam menentukan kriteria yang tepat berkaitan penentuan kayu terbaik yang digunakan dalam pembuatan bahan gitar, setelah berdiskusi panjang ditemukan hasil kriteria yang tepat berdasarkan permasalahan, berupa kriteria kekuatan kayu, serat kayu, tekstur, dan berat kayu. Semua kriteria tersebut, kemudian diproses dengan menggunakan metode MOORA, dengan data yang digunakan sebanyak 29 jenis data kayu, yang diperoleh dari pengrajin yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Setelah diproses, diperoleh hasil 3 kayu terbaik yang layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan gitar secara berurutan dalah kayu Bubinga dengan nilai 18,36785, kayu Bocote dengan nilai 17,33385, dan kayu Eboni dengan nilai 17,33385   dari beberapa pilihan alternatif  kayu yang ada. Membuktikan hasil dari metode MOORA<em>, </em>maka dilakukan responden secara langsung dengan memberikan hasil metode kepada pakar pembuat gitar. Dari 15 pakar pembuat gitar, 13 mengatakan setuju dengan peringkat 3 terbesar, dan 2 mengatakan kurang setuju. Sehingga ditemukan tingkat akurasi berdasarkan penilaian pakar sebesar 86,67 %.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><div><p><em>This study aims to assist wood craftsmen in Dongkelan, Krapyak, Yogyakarta in determining the best wood to be used as guitar material, because there are frequent complaints from buyers that the material used for guitar is rotten quickly and is dull in terms of color. Based on these problems, a solution was sought using the Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Decision Support System method and assisted by experts in determining the right criteria related to determining the best wood used in making guitar materials, after a long discussion found the results. the right criteria based on the problem, in the form of wood strength criteria, wood grain, texture, and wood weight. All of these criteria are then processed using the MOORA method, with the data used as much as 29 types of wood data, which are obtained from craftsmen in the area. After processing, the 3 best woods that are suitable for use as a guitar-making material are Bubinga wood with a value of 18.36785, Bocote wood with a value of 17.333385, and Eboni wood with a value of 17.333385 from several alternative wood choices. . Proving the results of the MOORA method, the respondents directly gave the results of the method to guitar-making experts. Of the 15 expert guitar makers, 13 said they agreed with the third largest ranking, and 2 said they disagreed. So that it found the level of accuracy based on expert judgment of 86.67%. </em></p></div><p><strong><br /></strong></p>
