Abstract- FIF group is one of company that moves in financing motor vehicle in the city Bandar Lampung .One of the activities done by FIF group is conducts an auction motor second .To bid process are needed a system information based information technology .The object is to expanding access auction which makes it easy for those interested in to follow auction motor second in FIF group city Bandar Lampung . E-lelang information system second a motor vehicle developed with the methods eXtream program. Used is a design usecase diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. Programming language used to auction development application in adobe dreameweaver, HTML MySQL database  support. The end result of development this is a system e-lelang a motor vehicle second in FIF group city Bandar Lampung. Roads are one of the factors that support the development of the region as a whole. Management of reporting of damaged roads at Bandar Lampung Public Works Agency still uses paper documents and the dissemination of road information to the community is not good enough. Therefore, in this study a geographic information system (GIS) will be developed as an innovation to simplify the process of reporting damaged roads to be more efficient and to better disseminate information to the public. GIS is a system designed to work with data that is spatially referenced or geographic coordinates. The design of this system uses Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The system implementation uses Google Maps API and is developed using PHP and Javascript programming languages and MySQL database. Based on the results of the analysis of system testing, the average value of the overall test obtained was 3,78. Which is looked Based on interval table of the Likert scale, the final value of test shows that GIS was successful. The results of the black box test also show that each function in each menu on the system has been running according to the procedure.

         Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan efektifitas kinerja di kantor SAMSAT Kota Padang dengan cara memberikan informasi biaya BBNKB kepada masyarakat yang akan melakukan transaksi balik nama. Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) termasuk salah satu transaksi yang paling banyak dilakukan pada kantor SAMSAT Padang. Saat ini media pendukung untuk biaya balik nama kendaraan belum ada, sehingga orang wajib pajak tidak mengetahui berapa biaya yang harus mereka bayar. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut perlu dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) berbasis SMS Gateway. Pengembangan software berbasis SDLC dengan metode XP (Extreme Programming). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net, dan database MySQL sebagai menyimpan data serta Gammu sebagai konfigurasi SMS Gateway. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan bagi  wajib pajak agar mengetahui jumlah biaya balik nama kendaraan bermotor, yang dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja pada kantor SAMSAT kota Padang.   Kata kunci: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming   Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve public services and effectiveness of performance at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang by providing information on BBNKB costs to people who will conduct transactions behind the name. The cost of transferring motor vehicle names (BBNKB) is one of the most widely carried out transactions at the SAMSAT Padang office. At present there are no supporting media for the return of vehicle names, so that taxpayers do not know how much they must pay. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an Motorbike Name Return Fee Information System (BBNKB) based on SMS Gateway. SDLC based software development with XP (Extreme Programming) method. This system was developed with the VB.Net programming language, and the MySQL database as a data store and Gammu as an SMS Gateway configuration. The results of this study are an application that can be used for taxpayers to find out the amount of return costs for motorized vehicles, which can improve work efficiency at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang.   Keywords: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming

The clinic is one of the public services engaged in the health sector which is inseparable from the development of information technology. Smart Medica Clinic in data processing is still done manually where information about the Smart Medica clinic is difficult to obtain, such as information about the doctor and also the doctor's schedule on duty while the Smart Medica clinic is one of the largest clinics in Sekayu Regency and also already famous and has many patients. With this situation, web-based information systems are built so that services to the community can be comprehensive and the Smart Medica Clinic can provide information that is needed by patients up to date and also patient satisfaction is fulfilled. This information system was built using the WaterFall method, using the PHP programming language and the My Sql database.

To generate an information system which is in accordance with the needs of company requires an analysis of business processes by observing the running system. Solutions for problems found when doing the business are observed using the systems approach. Object-oriented analysis and design is a method currently used to build an information system. The system development with "Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)" method stated by Satzinger includes making activity diagram, event table, class diagram, usecase diagrams, usecase description, state chart diagram, deployment and software architecture, first-cut design class diagram, simple sequence diagram (SSD), the sequence diagram (first-cut, view layer, data access layer), communication diagram, updated design class diagram, package diagram, persistent object, user interface. The result obtained after performing all phases is an information system that fits the company needs which is expected to improve the performance and effectiveness in business processes and also support the company's business goals.

Urban planners play an important role, communicate plans with developers on behalf of the city and its inhabitants. They also function as shepherds for a developer's development application, communicating with civic technicians, who ensure adherence to bylaws, civic committees, and the public. As a communication proxy between all these different stakeholders, urban planners often find themselves at the center of miscommunications, often due to assumptions and discussions made over paper-based sketches. This study employs interviews and observations with twelve urban planners from a major Canadian city to investigate the communication challenges around technical activities of the design review process, also to explore tools and technologies that are used within the design review process. Thus, the goal of this study is to arrive at a set of design recommendations to create a mobile, interactive communication medium that can potentially support the participatory communication and technical activities of the design review process.

The study at 40 cooperation in the city of denpasar with 93 respondents. The technique of determination sampling method is used purposive with the questionnaire. The analysis using moderating regression analysis technique ( mra ) found results that prove the variable the use of accounting information system has positive effects and not significant on the performance of individual and information technology had a positive impact on the performance of individual .The ability of users variable technique can be moderating the influence of the use of accounting information system on the performance of individual and on the next outcome, technique variable the ability of users cannot be moderating the influence of information technology on the performance of individually on cooperation in  Denpasar. The development of technology information and communication has a positive impact in the way of accessible information as we need. Companies should apply this information system in their activities to win the competition. One of the parts to which the system information is considered applicable is in the system of remuneration. Though the implementation of remuneration information system, it is expected to enable to handle the remuneration transaction in the way that it can run well and be done in minimal errors. This research aims at developing a remuneration information system that includes data processing of the employee’s salary and the report. The tools that are used to perform the analysis and the design is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) while the programming language used to design the system is PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is a computerized remuneration information system that can be used to conclude that the proposed system can effectively meet what the management of a company wants.

The research aims to know the design of system information completeness of charging the informed consent of the patient's Poly. teeth to use microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in UPT Puskemas Talagabodas the city of Bandung. The research method used is the method of qualitative techniques of collecting data field studies, interviews, the library and browsing the internet. Methods of use is a waterfall. From a study found no problems, namely : The process of completwness analysis  of charging the informed consent is still not running, The informed consent in Poly. teeth are not filled with complete, the lack of socialization of the creation and filling the informed consent, especially in Poly. teeth. The advice is give, namely :  start to do the analysis of the completeness of charging the informed consent in accordance with SOP,  the medical records that there can be re-socialization  back about the creation and filling the informed consent to all staff of other medical right to send out the,  should the institution has a system information that can rock the performance of staff medical records more effective in terms of analyzing the completeness of the informed consent and facilitate the creation of the,quipment.

ABSTRACT e-Governement in Indonesia is a must this time. Good E-Governments certainly have the ability to provide good information to the public and fulfill aspects of confidentiality, integrity and availability, Kediri in East Java is one of the government that use e-Government. To measure these three aspects the system must be measured. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) is an application that is used as a tool to analyze and evaluate the level of readiness (completeness and maturity) for implementing information security in an organization in accordance with SNI ISO / IEC 27001 criteria. Government of Kediri the score for the electronic system category was 20, for the governance assessment the score was 75, risk management score 18, the information security framework was 58, asset management 74, and the application of security and information technology had a value of 83, and the results measurement says the City Government of Kediri needs to improve the system management.<br />Keywords: Index, KAMI , Security, Information Technology<br />ABSTRAK Penerapan e-Governement dalam tata kelola Pemerintahan di Indonesia saat ini merupakan sebuah keharusan. E-Governement yang baik tentu memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan Informasi yang baik kepada masyarakat dan memenuhi aspek kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability), Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kediri adalah salah lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan e-Government. Untuk mengukur ketiga aspek tersebut sistem haruslah diukur. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menganalisa dan mengevalusi tingkat kesiapan (kelengkapan dan kematangan) penerapan keamanan informasi di sebuah organisasi sesuai dengan kriteria pada SNI ISO/IEC 27001. Untuk Pemkot Kediri didapatkan skor kategori sistem elektronik (SE) adalah 20, untuk penilaian tata kelola skornya adalah 75, pengelolaan resiko skornya 18, kerangka kerja keamanan informasi nilainya 58, pengelolaan asset 74, dan penerapan teknologi keamanan dan informasi memiliki nilai 83, dan hasil pengukuran menyebutkan Pemkot Kediri perlu meningkatkan system pengelolaan system yang dimiliki.<br />Kata Kunci : indeks, KAMI, keamanan, teknologi informas
