         Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan efektifitas kinerja di kantor SAMSAT Kota Padang dengan cara memberikan informasi biaya BBNKB kepada masyarakat yang akan melakukan transaksi balik nama. Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) termasuk salah satu transaksi yang paling banyak dilakukan pada kantor SAMSAT Padang. Saat ini media pendukung untuk biaya balik nama kendaraan belum ada, sehingga orang wajib pajak tidak mengetahui berapa biaya yang harus mereka bayar. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut perlu dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) berbasis SMS Gateway. Pengembangan software berbasis SDLC dengan metode XP (Extreme Programming). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net, dan database MySQL sebagai menyimpan data serta Gammu sebagai konfigurasi SMS Gateway. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan bagi  wajib pajak agar mengetahui jumlah biaya balik nama kendaraan bermotor, yang dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja pada kantor SAMSAT kota Padang.   Kata kunci: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming   Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve public services and effectiveness of performance at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang by providing information on BBNKB costs to people who will conduct transactions behind the name. The cost of transferring motor vehicle names (BBNKB) is one of the most widely carried out transactions at the SAMSAT Padang office. At present there are no supporting media for the return of vehicle names, so that taxpayers do not know how much they must pay. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an Motorbike Name Return Fee Information System (BBNKB) based on SMS Gateway. SDLC based software development with XP (Extreme Programming) method. This system was developed with the VB.Net programming language, and the MySQL database as a data store and Gammu as an SMS Gateway configuration. The results of this study are an application that can be used for taxpayers to find out the amount of return costs for motorized vehicles, which can improve work efficiency at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang.   Keywords: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming

This paper tries to look at the root cause of low ridership in public transport in the city of Malang, locally known as Angkutan Kota (Angkot), in a kind of non-traditional perspective. The decreasing interest of the people of Malang City towards the use of public transport was presumed partly due to the transportation tax and retribution policies that are somewhat not too restrictive. This study explains that 80% of people in Malang City consider the amount of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) is cheap and reasonable which is believed to drive people away from utilizing Angkot. On the other hand, surprisingly, parking fees for motorized vehicles for most people are considered quite burdensome. Thus, this study suggests that in addition to the need to improve the quality of public transport services, adjusting the amount of tax and the cost of parking for motorized vehicles in the city of Malang needs to be reconsidered to increase the interest of the people of Malang in using public transport.

Abstract- FIF group is one of company that moves in financing motor vehicle in the city Bandar Lampung .One of the activities done by FIF group is conducts an auction motor second .To bid process are needed a system information based information technology .The object is to expanding access auction which makes it easy for those interested in to follow auction motor second in FIF group city Bandar Lampung . E-lelang information system second a motor vehicle developed with the methods eXtream program. Used is a design usecase diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. Programming language used to auction development application in adobe dreameweaver, HTML MySQL database  support. The end result of development this is a system e-lelang a motor vehicle second in FIF group city Bandar Lampung. Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

This research produced an Palembang Exlore application which is an application for tourism promotion in Palembang City. Tourism here is not only historical sites, but also can be other tours, including historical or famous places / buildings in a city, where you can buy souvenirs or souvenirs, where to buy special foods from a region or culinary, and so on. This application is useful for tourists, both domestic and foreign who will visit the city of Palembang. So that tourists are expected to know all the tourist attractions that can be visited, ranging from tourist places or historic buildings to culinary tours of the city of Palembang. The method used in making this application or software uses the Extreme Programming method which consists of several stages, namely planning, design, coding and testing. The application is made using HTML 5 programming language. This application is used through the Android operating system

Technological developments encourage business actors to be more creative in their competition to provide the best services to their consumers. In the field of motor vehicle sales today, however, brochures are still widely used in introducing their products. In light of this, PT Samudera Jaya Benelli wants to have an android-based e-catalog that contains information on their motorbike products so that it will facilitate the process of delivering information to potential customers who visit the showroom. Additionally, the use of e-catalogs can help the company save on the cost of printing brochures and catalogs, which has been the common practice so far. Furthermore, the development of this e-catalog information system uses the User-Centered Designing (UCD) method. The purpose of using UCD is to produce applications that have high use value, which includes the convenience in the usage, management, and effectiveness of the application, as well as the compatibility of the application to users' needs. Therefore, it is expected that this Android-based (mobile) e-catalog application will be able to increase efficiency and provide convenience in displaying products in the form of a digital catalog that has a modern, complete, and simple appearance

There are so many public facilities (FasUm) and social facilities (FaSos) spreading all over the city. So that, many people do not know how to find and reach the location. Therefore, a mobile application becomes necessary to help solving problems in introducing and informing the location of those important facilities; thus, discovering and locating them can be simplified. This study aims to develop an android application providing information of public and social facilities. The application was built utilizing Google’s features consisting of Google Sign In, Google Places API, Google Custom Search Engine, and Google Map. The application was developed in several steps; requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application provides information, routes, related news, and location markers of public and social facilities from the app contributor and Google Services. The developed application has been compared with Google Map application. The result shows that it provides some features which are better than the existing app.

The scrum method is the most important thing in building software. The following research builds a management information system on Ma'had Huffadz Bilingual Darul Hikmah under Darus-Sa'adah Al Mardliyah Foundation. The institution, which is one of the Boarding Schools Tahfidzul Qur'an located in the city of Malang, East Java. The following research uses the Scrum framework. The implementation of the scrum method in the following research uses three sprints. The process of working on each sprint takes no more than a month. The software development in this research is web-based. Work on application programs using the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language. The results showed that the scrum method is very effective in building a boarding school management information system. Scrum is more dynamic, and the results of this scrum implementation can be seen from the system that has been developed. So that by implementing Scrum can produce a system that suits the requirements of the user.

ABSTRACT Background: Efficiency while paying attention to service quality is the top priority of the hospital. The efficiency in radiology installations has also not gone unnoticed. The implementation of Picture Archiving and Commucating System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) is one of the efforts to control costs in radiology installations, especially in consumables’ efficiency (BHP). Bukittinggi National Stroke Hospital (RSSN), as one of the vertical hospitals located in the City of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, has become a precursor to the implementation of PACS and RIS in this province. This study aimed to determine effect of material using ct scan and mri after use of picture archiving and communicating system and radiology information system at radiological installation of Bukittinggi national hospital, West Sumatra. Subjects and Method: This was a descriptive study conducted at Radiological Installation Of Bukittinggi National Hospital, West Sumatra from July 2020. The data were collected by observation and monthly report data. Results: The results of the analysis of the use of PACS and RIS had a significant impact on the cost efficiency of BHP CT scans and MRIs in the RSSN radiology installation reaching 97.9%. Conclusion: Transfer of CT scan and MRI results from film to DVD-R for internal RSSN patients with considerable efficiency. Keyword: PACS, RIS, cost control, BHP Correspondence: Widya.
