ABSTRACT- This study aims to design interactive multimedia for computer client server programming with Android-based so that it can be accessed via smartphone. Client server programming course is one of compulsory subjects in Informatics Engineering course. With the realization of multimedia is expected to shorten the learning time of students, and students can more easily understand the material of client server programming rather than through the tutorial tutorial as usual, and is expected to improve learning achievement. This multimedia realization chose to use the Android operating system to be accessible through smartphone that is currently widely used by the students. This interactive multimedia presents theories, simulations and problems as the evaluation of client server programming learning. The results of this interactive multimedia will be tested through the test instrument to the students on the study program of Informatika Technique of Asahan University. Instrument test used to know student achievement. Test instrument used is a questionnaire instrument to determine the quality of interactive multimedia computer network courses. Multimedia is designed using the main software such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Authorware and Eclipse 4.2 along with supporting applications. The material to be delivered on interactive multimedia is tailored to the syllabus of client server programming courses on Strata 1 level. The expected research output is in the form of teaching materials for the enrichment of client server programming subjects and multimedia technology and will be socialized through the national seminar in the field of informatic engineering. Keywords - interactive multimedia, Android, client server programming

ABSTRAK Ditemukan masalah masih rendahnya kompetensi mahasiswa dalam pemeriksaan HB dengan metode sahli dalam mata kuliah asuhan kehamilan di program studi D-III Kebidanan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. Teknologi multimedia mampu meberikan kesan yang besar dalam bidang komunikasi dan pendidikan karena dapat mengintegrasikan teks, grafik, animasi, audio dan video. Multimedia telah mengembangkan proses pengajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif berbantu aplikasi lectora terhadap peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran asuhan kehamilan di program studi D-III Kebidanan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Eksperimen posttes only berupa intervensi teknik pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia berbantu aplikasi lectora untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran asuhan kehamilan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Tingkat I semester II program studi D-III Kebidanan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut dengan jumlah sample 44 mahasiswa ditentukan dengan rumus teknik sampling slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai R=0.694 hal ini menunjukan besarnya koefisien korelasi dengan besar pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh R Square (R2) sebesar 0.482. Koefisien korelasi ini termasuk ke dalam kategori kuat. Pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif berbantu aplikasi lectora berpengararuh positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran asuhan kehmailan. Rekomendasi: Disarankan penelitian dan pengembangan produk penelitian lebih lanjut pada meteri yang lebih luas untuk mengetaui pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi’ Interaktif Lectora; peningkatan kompetensi; MahasiswaABSTRACT Found the problem is still low student competence in HB examination with sahli method in pregnancy care subject in STIKes Kart Husada Garut Dental Study Program. Multimedia technology is able to give a great impression in the field of communication and education because it can integrate text, graphics, animation, audio and video. Multimedia has developed a teaching process. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of interactive multimedia-based learning assisted lectora application to increase student competence on learning of pregnancy care in the program D-III Obstetrics STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. The method used in this research is quantitative method with research design Posttes only experiment in the form of learning technique intervention using multimedia assisted lectora application to know its influence to increase student competence on learning of pregnancy care. Population in this research is all students of Level I semester II of D-III Obstetrics of STIKes Karsa Husada Garut with total sample of 44 students determined by slovin sampling technique formula. The result of this research shows that the value of R = 0.694 indicates the magnitude of correlation coefficient with big influence shown by R Square (R2) of 0.482. This correlation coefficient belongs to the strong category. Interactive multimedia-based learning assisted lectora application positive effect in improving students' competence on learning care kemmailan. Recommendation: It is advisable to research and develop further research products on a broader meteri to know its effect on increasing student competence.Keywords : Communication; Lectora Interactive Multimedia; Increased competence’ Student

The purpose of this research is to (a) develop teaching materials for Indonesian language courses for Master of Elementary Education (Dikdas) students, (b) to create Indonesian language lecture materials that support students' abilities as candidates for Masters in Basic Education, (c) availability of references Indonesian language material that can be used by students in lectures and the completion of their final project (thesis), and (d) the availability of various references to Indonesian subjects. In addition, the teaching materials for this Indonesian Language Course can be used for research activities; (a) increasing the literacy competence of teaching staff in the Primary Education Study Program, (b) increasing the quality of Indonesian language course material content, and (c) increasing libraries in the S-2 Dikdas Study Program, in improving the quality of lectures and student learning outcomes. This study was designed using a Research and Development approach. Research data collection techniques; interviews and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The research output is expected to be; (a) a draft of Indonesian Language Course teaching materials for Master of Basic Education students, and (b) the results of the research will be published in the S-2 Basic Education journal, (c) a printed reference book, and (d) obtain an IPR.

When evaluating Quality of Science (QoS) in the context of development initiatives, it is essential to define adequate criteria. The objective of this perspective paper is to show how altmetric and bibliometric indicators have been used to support the evaluation of QoS in the 2020 Review of the Phase 2-CGIAR Research Programs (CRPs, 2017–2022), where, for the first time, the Quality of Research for Development (QoR4D) frame of reference has been utilized across the entire CGIAR CRP portfolio. Overall, the CRP review showed a significant output of scientific publications during the period 2017–2020, with 4,872 articles, 220,101 references, and 7.1 citations per article. Additionally, wider interest in scientific publications is demonstrated by good to high altmetrics, with average attention scores ranging from 70.8 to 806.9 with an average of 425.1. The use of selected bibliometrics was shown to be an adequate tool, for use together with other qualitative indicators to evaluate the QoS in the 12 CRPs. The CRP review process clearly demonstrated that standardized, harmonized and consistent data on research output is paramount to provide high-quality quantitative instruments and should be a priority throughout the transition toward One CGIAR. Therefore, we conclude that the QoR4D framework should be augmented by standardized bibliometric indicators embedded in measurement frameworks within the new One CGIAR. Finally, its practical utilization in monitoring and evaluation should be supported with clear guidelines.

AbstractThe world’s largest community of scientists disintegrated following the dissolution of the Soviet Union. With extremely scarce resources and limited academic freedom as starting points, researchers in this region have been creating new knowledge; they have been building on rich scientific traditions in selected disciplines and, at times, paving new paths in non-traditional disciplines. At present, the cumulative contribution of post-Soviet countries to global research output is only three percent, indicating that these countries are not key players on the global research scene. This study uses bibliometric methods to offer novel empirical insight into the quantity and impact of academic publications; it also looks at the quality of journals in which the output is published. The findings reveal that fifteen post-Soviet countries differ considerably in terms of how much they have prioritised research, as well as the quantity, quality, and impact of their publications. The research productivity across the region has not been high and, taken together, these countries have produced publications of considerably lower quality and lower impact when viewed in the context of global research output. At the same time, researchers from post-Soviet countries tap into international collaborative networks actively, resulting in an exceptionally large proportion of publications from this region being internationally co-authored. In the historical context of Soviet research being known as one of the least collaborative globally, this finding indicates that researchers in the region are attractive to international collaborators and may be seeking such partnerships due to relatively modest research capacity at home.

В статье представлены результаты модернизации ранее разработанного клиент-серверного приложения для исследования характеристик корпоративной сети. Результаты проведенных исследований позволили сделать вывод о том, что усовершенствованный программный продукт можно применять для сбора статистических данных о характеристиках сетевого подключения при передаче информации в корпоративной сети компании. The article presents the results of the modernization of a previously developed client-server application for the study of the characteristics of the corporate network. The results of the conducted research allowed us to conclude that the improved software product can be used to collect statistical data on the characteristics of the network connection when transmitting information in the corporate network of the company.

The quality and performance of lecturers apart from the quality of their education, are also obtained from the surrounding academic environment, which is related to the workspace environment in conducting Tridarma activities. The lecturer workspace is Tridarma's activities take place, it is also a space for lecturers to actualize themselves through their fields of expertise, science and works. The layout of the lecturers' workplaces related to scientific fields at the Faculty of Creative Industries differs from one another, due to the results of work activities, research carried out, and the resulting paperwork varies from dimension / size in the field of expertise / science. The standard of work space for lecturers in general is the same for all fields of science. This research method is carried out with a qualitative approach, starting by observing empirical facts about the working space of the lecturers in the Faculty of Creative Industries, and then explaining the existing conditions and analyzing in accordance with applicable standards. The results & findings of this study conclude that the activity patterns and layout in the Tel-U lecturer workspace at the Faculty of Creative Industry are associated with the field of knowledge of each study program have the same cubical pattern and facilities, with a centralized orientation circulation in the middle of the room, there is no no special work storage space.

There are many of rice field which is located near the industrial area. The industrial waste contains heavy metals (chromium) which will cause contamination of rice if the waste isn’t treated properly. The used of chemical fertilizers can cause chromium contamination. It needs an effort to do remediation, such as using phytostabilization mechanism. This research aimed to determine the role of chelator in chromium phytostabilization and its influence on the growth and quality of rice. The study was conducted in Waru village, Karanganyar in May to October 2018.  This research was factorial design used completely randomized block design with two factors, namely chemical fertilizers and chelator (<em>Agrobacterium </em>sp. I<sub>26</sub>, and manure). The parameters observed are chromium content and uptake by plant tissues (roots, shoot and rice), plant height and a number of clumps. Research output was without chemical fertilizer-chelator <em>Agrobacterium </em>sp. I<sub>26</sub> that can increase the chromium uptake in roots as big as 95.38 %, increased up to 10 %  in the shoot and decreased up to 92.38 % in rice compared to control. Application of <em>Agrobacterium</em> sp. I<sub>26</sub> can be recommended to produce good quality and quantity of rice (good growth and free from harmful pollutants such as chromium metal).

Abstract: According to demands of curriculum 2013, assessment carried out on school should have led to increasing of higher order thinking skill. The lack of availability of questions are specifically designed to develop student’s higher order thinking skill causes students are not really proficient in solving higher order thinking skill questions. This study was research and development research purposing to determine development steps and quality of higher order thinking skill test instrument in one of high schools chemistry topic, i.e. colloid. The process of developing a higher order thinking skill test instrument used a formative research designed by Tessmer through 4 stages, namely: preliminary, self-evaluation, prototyping (expert reviews, one-to-one and small group) and field test. The data were obtained from the results of filling out validation sheets by expert reviews, questionnaires filled out by students, and test/trial of higher order thinking skill test instrument on students. The results of the development were categorically valid logically and empirically. The reliability of the test instrument was 0,65 with the high category. The item’s difficulty level was in the medium category. Six questions had good distinguishing power and one question had enough distinguishing power. The higher order thinking skill of students were in excellent, good, adequate, lacking and very poor categories respectively: 15,14%;  12,12%;  42,42%;  24,24%;  6,06%.
