This study aims to determine the degree of accuracy of the Altman Z-score method in predicting the bankruptcy of a company. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach through accuracy and error type tests. Where the samples used are companies that are members of the coal mining sub-sector during the 2015-2019 period. Purposive sampling method was used in sampling with a total sample of 19 companies. The Altman Z-score method has an accuracy rate and type error of 11% and 42%, which indicate that the method is not good for use in companies that are members of the coal mining sub-sector.

This study aims to predict financial distress in pulp and paper companies in Indonesia. The data used are the financial statements of each pul and paper company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis with three methods of financial distress prediction, namely the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski methods. The results showed that the Zmijewski method is a prediction method with the highest accuracy rate of 100%, with an error type of 0%. The Altman Z-Score method has an accuracy rate of 28.6%, with an error type of 71.4%. While the Springate method has an accuracy rate of 14.3%, with an error type of 85.7%. Therefore an accurate prediction method to predict the potential for financial distress is the Zmijewski method.

Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information in term of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcy possibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness.  This research studies manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

The purpose of this research study is to determine the result of prediction analysis of potential bankruptcy on eleven insurance companies sector which has been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015 to 2018. Bankruptcy is a condition when a company experiences insufficient funds to run its business. Bankruptcy is uncertainty about the ability of a company to continue its operations if the financial condition held has decreased. In fact, not all companies experience financial management problems that often lead to bankruptcy. Based on the result and conclusions of the analysis using Altman Z-Score method that: in 2015-2018 there were several companies that were safe, namely: PT. Bina Dana Arta Insurance Tbk, PT. Harta Aman Pratama Insurance Tbk, PT. Jasa Tania Insurance Tbk, PT Indonesian reinsurance airline Tbk, PT. Panin Insurance Tbk, PT. Panin Financial Tbk, PT Victoria Insurance Tbk. Then there are companies that in 2015- 2017 are healthy but in 2018 in prone conditions, namely: PT. Bintang Insurance Tbk,and PT. Multi Artha Guna Insurance Tbk, but different from PT. Mitra Maparya Insurance Tbk which in 2015 was in vulnerable condition but in 2016-2018 is safe. And PT. Ramayana from 2015-2018 is in vulnerable condition.

Coffee is one of the main commodities of Indonesian plantation crops. During 2012-2016 South Sumatera Province is the largest coffee producer with a contribution 28.80%. Beside as coffee producer, South Sumatera Province has a coal mining potential as much as 38,5% from the national total supply (22.240,4 million ton). The development of coal industry causes coffee land conversion. The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors that determine the farmer’s decision to sell their cropland to coal mining investor. The research was conducted in Lahat Regency, South Sumatera Province on February-March 2018. The sampling method used simple random sampling, with a total sample of 52 respondents. The research showed that land aggregates, total farmer’s income, number of families and age of coffee plant significantly influence farmer’s decision. Land conversion is a natural phenomenon that could not be prevented, but it could be controlled with restricting the license of coal mining, space arrangement (RTRW) and provide incentives to farmers as a form of support from the Government.

Purpose of the study: This study aimed to determine and predict potential bankruptcy in coal mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2016. Methodology: This study to using the Altman Z-Score method, with five (5) ratios, namely Working Capital to Total Asset, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, Earning before interest and tax to total assets, Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt, and Sales to Total Assets. The ratio of working capital to total assets (X1) is a ratio of liquidity which measures the extent of working capital that is used to finance the total assets. Main Findings: The result showed, by the Z-Score value in 2016 from the coal mining companies studied, four companies fall in the category of potential bankruptcy, three companies in the grey area, and four in the healthy category. Applications of this study: Data sources in this study were coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2016. Novelty/Originality of this study: There are 11 coal mining companies taken as sample based on purposive sampling. The result shows, by the Z-Score value in 2016 from the coal mining companies studied, four companies fall in the category of potential bankruptcy, three companies in the grey area, and four in the healthy category.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the level of banking health on the ratio of liquidity coverage in the corporate banking sub-sector included in the category of commercial banks based on business activities (BOOK) 3 during the 2017-2018 period with each period only taking 2 quarterly data. The sample in this study was a banking company listed on the IDX and included in a commercial bank based on business activities (BOOK) 3 consisting of 19 banks selected using the purposive sampling method, with a total of 76 data units. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of partial hypothesis testing indicate that the ratio of liquidity coverage is influenced by the level of health with the Altman Z-Score modification method and the Grover G-Score method.

The aim of this study was to determine the factors of teacherpreneurship determination and their relation to innovation and teacher’s competitive advantage in the disruption era. This study will adopt the Strategic Entrepreneur model is used to analyze the excellence of entrepreneurship in a company. The concept of teacherpreneurship is used to replace entrepreneurship in the world of education, in this case, school as a company. The proposed models Also were adapted from the theory of Strategic Entrepreneurship and Resource Base View (RBV) the which emphasized the importance of the human resource component in organizational progress. The research method used refers to path analysis with quantitative research with a total sample of 187 respondents. The results of this study are that teacherpreneruship is able to contribute to improving the internal factors of the teacher in the form of teacher efficacy and need for achievement towards the power of innovation and teacher creativity in the era of disruption. This study discusses the use of bankruptcy prediction model that does not exist applied in Indonesia and determine the accuracy of each model. The research objective is to analyze the differences in outcome prediction and know the model that has the best accuracy level between the model Altman Z-Score, Bankruptcy Index, and IN05 Index. This type of research is a comparative study, the population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 to 2015. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method so acquired 28 companies, and the total sample is 140 years old company. Data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The analytical method used is the analysis of different test-independent k-sample test, descriptive statistics and the accuracy of the model using post hoc test and the type of error. The results show that: 1) there are significant differences between the model of the Altman Z-Score model Insolvency Index, and models IN05 index on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. 2) The model has the best accuracy by post hoc test is a model of the Altman Z-Score and by type of error is the most accurate models are models IN05 index.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Insolvency Index, IN05, Bankruptcy

Human resource management is one area of management that specifically studies the relationships and the role of humans in the organization. Human resource management can also produce a good performance in a company by way of valuation, reward service in each individual member organization in accordance with its work ability. Revenue earned by each individual will be different, including bonuses or incentives that are very useful to improve work motivation. Incentives given to each employee certainly not the same from one to another. This incentive calculation process requires the index as a factor factor in its final outcome. One method that can be used in the determination of the index is by using the Altman Z-Score method. This method can be used for determining the value used for the determination of bonus incentives.

PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana is a company engaged in the export-import field. The production division is a division with a large workload and generally has the highest employee turnover compared to other divisions. Employee turnover can be suppressed by increasing perceived organizational support. This is because perceived good organizational support is directly proportional to organizational commitment and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance on production division employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. This research uses causal quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of the production division at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. Research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an R-Square value of 0.9123 (91.23%). Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.8997 (89.97%).
