The results of multiple regression analysis provide evidence that CARhas a significant positive effect on ROA. Operational efficiency and cost efficiency (BOPO) has asignificant negative effect on return on assets (ROA). LDR has a significant negative effect on ROA.For the biggest contribution proven in CAR, that CAR has a dominant effect on ROA.

Bank Victoria Syariah as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Data used in the study was obtained from the Quarterly Financial Report 2011-2016 period issued by PT. Bank Victoria Syariah. The total sample of 21 with the technique of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test and F test with a significance level of 5%, which preceded the classical assumption. The results showed the dependent variable profitability (ROA) of 94.7% can be explained by variations in four independent variables (NPF, CAR, FDR and ROA) .In partial NPF and ROA significant negative effect on ROA, CAR significant positive effect on ROA, and FDR was not significant positive effect on ROA. Simultaneously NPF, CAR, FDR and BOPO effect on ROA. Keywords : Non Performing Financing (NPF) , Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) , Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) , ROA and Return on Assets (ROA)

The data used in this study is a monthly time series data that is from June 2009 until June 2015 in the monthly financial statements Islamic Banking Statistics published by Bank Indonesia. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regressions. The results of data analysis showed that the variables simultaneously deposit fund, capital adequacy ratio, inflation, exchange rate and the level of revenue sharing significantly influence the composition of financing. Partially deposit funds and the exchange rate significant positive effect, while capital adequacy ratio had a negative effect. Variable inflation and the level of revenue sharing do not significantly influence the composition of financing. This result implies that Islamic rural banking should increase the deposit funds to increase the mudaraba financing.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v16i1.4638

This study aims to analyze and identify the effects of inflation and rupiah exchange rates on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia with mudharabah deposit as the mediator. Using secondary data that are published by the central bank of Indonesia and financial services authority, the method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square. The result indicates the inflation variable, exchange rate, and mudharabah deposits simultaneously give a significant influence toward profitability (ROA) of the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. While partially, inflation and exchange rate have no significant effect on profitability (ROA). While mudharabah deposits have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Inflation has a significant negative effect on mudharabah deposits and the exchange rate has a significant positive effect on mudharabah deposits. The path analysis result shows that the mudharabah deposit variable is unable to mediate the effect of inflation and te exchange rate to profitability (ROA)
