This study aims to see an overview of digital marketing communication strategies through the role of an influencer applied by Little PEP Jaya. Based on the research theme, a suitable research method for digging up the data or information needed uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in research are through semi-structured interviews conducted with informants who are closely related to the theme of this research, including influencers and management staff at Little PEP Jaya. research findings the researcher also conducted a literature study, either through communication books or through online sources relevant to this research. The results of this study are Little PEP Jaya's digital marketing communication strategy planning through influencers using Instagram social media as a medium for disseminating information. In planning the marketing communication strategy, Little PEP Jaya has communicators, namely influencers according to the character of the product, they have an age segmentation that is in accordance with the Little PEP Jaya brand image, namely children's and young parents' clothing, In the implementation of marketing communication strategies through influencers, Little PEP publicity Jaya asked for a message to be conveyed by communicators, namely influencers, those who designed it by adjusting the personality of the Influencers, but did not have a deadline.

This research is about marketing communication strategies  by Matoa Watches in increasing brand awareness. Marketing communication conducted by Matoa is more focused on marketing communication activities on social media and internet but also done through advertising (advertising), exhibitions, publications, sales promotion and direct marketing to rise a brand awarenes.. In this research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using in-depth semi-structured interviews to obtain complete information in accordance with what is needed by researchers. This study raises the marketing communication strategy carried out by the Demandailing management in building the Demandailing Cafe brand image. This study describes the digital marketing strategy carried out by Demandailing Café in building a brand image on Instagram social media to the public, especially Demandailing Cafe consumers located in Surabaya. The benefits obtained from this research are as an academic reference on digital marketing in building a practical brand image on Instagram social media. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with an analysis of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and digital marketing. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study concludes that in carrying out the Demandailing digital marketing strategy to build a brand image on Instagram social media, it is determined by how the products offered are highlighted in terms of the promotional content of the Demandailing Café product itself. Submission of the brand image itself indirectly becomes an interpersonal communication from Demandailing with customers who see Instagram. Demandailing always makes innovations in building a brand image that is not done by other cafe entrepreneurs, both in terms of soft selling and hard selling.

ABSTRACT The development of consumer culture in the era of technology has a direct impact on business competition in the hospitality sector. To be in a superior position in winning the competition, it requires the implementation of strategic planning. With the significant growth of internet users, the hotel industry must make good use of the situation, namely promoting digital marketing communication strategies. The purpose of this research is to design a digital marketing communication strategy for the Golden Tulip Legacy Hotel in Surabaya to overcome the postmodern era challenges. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The study is focused on the website and Instagram design, because it is the main access to information distribution of the Golden Tulip Legacy Surabaya. The informants in this study are selected speakers based on criteria that fit the purpose of the study. The method of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the design of innovative digital marketing communication strategies that can be made with a management calendar, content formulation system, updated website features, optimized Instagram, and following the latest trends. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang berfokus pada website dan Instagram karena merupakan akses penyaluran informasi utama Golden Tulip Legacy Surabaya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah narasumber yang terpilih berdasarkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perancangan strategi digital marketing communication yang inovatif dapat dibuat dengan kalender pengelolaan, sistem perumusan konten, pembaharuan fitur website, pengoptimalan Instagram, dan mengikuti tren terkini. This article aims to develop an appropriate strategy for halal tourism at the complex of Gus Dur’s cemetery. The aim of the study is to find out an appropriate marketing communication strategy that can be applied for halal tourism particularly in religious tourism complex, around Gus Dur’s cemetery. This study used descriptive qualitative method through a mapping approach in finding the data. The finding of the study is that the implementation of an appropriate marketing communication strategy of halal tourism around Gus Dur’s cemetery should consider several aspects including advertisement role, sales promotion, event enhancement, maximizing social relationships, social publicity, direct marketing with digital utilization, and growing good tourist image with the role of word of mouth. The marketing communication strategy that will be developed should refer to the concept of halal tourism; the so called Muslim-friendly environment. Throughout this marketing communication strategy, this will maximize the existence of religious tourism around Gus Dur’s cemetery both for local and international tourists.

Digital marketing is a strategy that is quite impactful to increase the number of consumers in the organic fertilizer business sector in an era like today. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy of organic fertilizers and the increase in the number of consumers. The research method used was escriptive methods, namely data collection and questionnaires. Methods of data collection carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. The questionnaire was used in analyzing consumers who use organic fertilizers on chilies. The results of this research show that digital marketing as marketing communication is useful in increasing selling power and promotion. This study discusses the use of digital marketing in marketing communications and whether consumers prefer organic fertilizers or not.

Marketing Communication Strategy is a planning to consume products to targeted markets to achieve the company goals. Through marketing communication strategies, companies try to disseminate information, influence, persuade or remind the target market about a message of the company and its products to be accepted, buy the products offered by the company. This research used descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at Hotel Kartika Graha Malang, with a purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques. While the technique of data collection was done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawing. The results of this study showed that Kartika Graha Hotel Malang used the IMC theory which implemented Marketing Commucation, Sales Promotion, and Marketing Event and also used the Kotler theory included the marketing mix with four P (4P) namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. While the supporting factors in marketing communication strategies were the solid and also the application of elements of marketing communication  maximally  and adequate products and facilities. The inhibiting factors in implementing the marketing communication strategy were the lack of human resources such as driver and technicians that caused clashes with other departments and also budget problems such as the late disbursement from the specified date.

This research aims to find out the digital marketing communication strategy of the property business during the Covid-19 pandemic at Kartika Residence. The methods in this research use qualitative research using the theories Diffusion of Innovation and E-marketing. The analysis was conducted with the theory of Diffusion of Innovation and E-Marketing. The results showed that digital marketing communication in the Kartika Residence property business is a container in building branding on digital media and promoting products. E-marketing, although helpful as a sales support tool, but the sales process will be able to be done if consumers have visited the location. So that the use of digital marketing is only at the stage of branding, promotion, prospecting, and then follow up.

This chapter focuses on an analysis of the communicative marketing strategies carried out by Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through their digital media channels (websites, blogs, Twitter, and Facebook profiles). The content analysis allowed the authors to identify strategies of inbound marketing and engagement with users on social networks. Regarding the latter, they identify whether the paradox of the positive can be fulfilled. The methodology included, on the one hand, a qualitative analysis of corporate web communications in different social media. On the other hand, the content of messages was categorised into elements of digital marketing. The results obtained show the Spanish web panorama of interaction, engagement, and communication strategies of entrepreneurial SMEs in COVID-19 context, during and after lockdown.

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of agrotourism marketing, in the Curup village of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, by using the concept of integrated marketing communication. Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, in the last two years, many new tourist spots have emerged with the concept of agrotourism whose management is still individual. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The informant selection uses purposive sampling technique. The data conclusion technique used is observation, interviews, and literature study. Data validity test used is source triangulation. The results of this study are that from the general condition of tourism in Rejang Lebong Regency has experienced development every year. Agrotourism potential in this area is very potential to be developed. The marketing communication strategy that has been carried out by agrotourism in the Rejang Lebong Regency of Bengkulu is by utilizing social media Facebook as a form of promotional activities. Facebook is a owned media, which is social media that is managed by agrotourism managers in the form of status posts, photos, videos, visitor testimonials and live broadcasts. But in Facebook management it is still not maximal, sometimes in a few months no information is posted on its Facebook status. This is because the management of agrotourism is still an individual, a family business and that manages only the owner, there are no employee..
