Рассматривается решение одной из важнейших проблем при посеве зерновых культур – равномерность распределения семян по длине и глубине борозды, при исключении забивания выходного отверстия семяпровода. Приведены теоретические исследования сошника с гасителем скорости семян для посева зерновых культур, а также описана конструкция разработанного сошника. Отмечен ряд существенных недостатков современных сошников зерновых сеялок. В результате теоретических исследований составлены уравнения для определения времени движения семени, расстояние между центрами масс от первого удара до второго, скорость семени при падении, время падения семени при выходе из семяпровода, уравнение движения семени при выходе его из семяпровода, а также получены значения выше указанных значений, которые обеспечат повышение качества работы сошника, что скажется на повышении равномерности распределения семян по длине рядка и урожайности зерновых культур. In the article, one of the major issues of planting crops is considered. It is the problem of the uniform distribution of the seeds along the length and depth of the furrow, when excluding the clogging of the outlet of the grain tube. Theoretical studies of a coulter with a seed velocity suppressor for planting grain crops are presented, and the design of the developed coulter is described. Several significant disadvantages of modern coulters of grain seeders are noted. As a result of theoretical studies, the equations to determine the movement time of a seed, the distance between the centres of mass from the first strike to the second one, the seed velocity in the fall, the fall time of a seed when leaving the grain tube, the equation of the seed motion at its leaving from the grain tube are composed. Moreover, the values of these equations are obtained, which ensure improved coulter quality. It can have an impact on increasing the uniformity of seed distribution over the length of the row and grain yields.

In this paper we consider the structural and technological process of the combine used in the process of separate harvesting of grain crops, as well as a number of its parameters. Among the main units of the combine, we allocate a conveyor and devices for removing beveled stems from under the wheels of the vehicle. The principle of operation of the conveyor at different phases of the Reaper and especially the removal of cut stems from under the wheels of the vehicle during operation of the Reaper. The results of theoretical studies on the establishment of the optimal design of the parameters of the belt conveyor are presented, the ranges of their optimal values are considered and determined. Studies on the establishment of optimal parameters of the screw divider in the Reaper, which is the main component of the device for removal of beveled stems, are presented. Taking into account the optimal design and mode of operation of the screw divider, the correct work is provided to remove the cut stems from under the wheels of the harvester.

The article presents the results of theoretical studies of the technological process of operation of multi-blade working bodies of rotary type, intended for the distribution of solid organic fertilizers. To determine the length of the blades of the last row of rotors, and accordingly the overall dimensions of the spreader, theoretical dependences of the range of fertilizer particles on the radius of the blades are obtained, which made it possible to determine the size of the blades that provide the required performance of the rotary spreader. Considering the uniform distribution of fertilizer particles over the sieving width, the dependences of the “limiting” zone of loading of the blades (the maximum thickness of the layer of fertilizers captured by one blade) on the angle of their inclination at different lengths of the blades were obtained, which showed that when applying fertilizers with medium and large doses, several rows of blades. Computational experiments were carried out, during which, the number of rows of blades and the ratio of the lengths of the blades of different rows were determined to obtain the smallest unevenness depending on different doses of fertilizer application. As a result of mathematical modeling, the dependences of the working insertion width on the angle of inclination of the blades of the rotor rows relative to the radial position are obtained for various second-time supply of material, using which rational values of the angle of inclination of the blades are found.

The applied methods of applying fertilizers for cotton in Uzbekistan do not fully ensure the supply of nutrients to the plant's root system. The study aims to substantiate the technological process of uniform distribution of fertilizers in the root development zone and the parameters of coulters. When the fertilizer is distributed in the root development zone in tiers and the right ratio, the coefficient of their use increases, and the yield of cotton increases. The research uses the laws and rules of theoretical mechanics, mathematical statistics, mathematical planning of experiments, and the methods given in existing regulatory documents. The technology of forming new ridges instead of existing ridges and new furrows instead of existing furrows in fields with harvested husk with simultaneous fertilization and an improved chisel cultivator-fertilizer with comb-forming agents for its implementation, as well as the results of theoretical studies to substantiate the main parameters of the tuk coulter chisel-cultivator are presented. The study determined the parameters of universal fertilizer Coulter chisel-cultivator of fertilizer: the base cone of the diffuser in the form of an ellipse with minor axis width 10 mm, height tool provider relative to the upper base of the truncated cone of 60 mm, and a diameter of a half-cylinder of 20 mm.

The paper presents the determination of main parameters and operating modes of scattered centrifugal devices of technical units when using them in the technology with scattered sowing when performing the technological operation of sowing rice in liquid-flexible soil. Theoretical studies of the dependence of design features of the blade of a spreading disk on the number of blades installed on it and the radius of curvature of the end bend on the height of blades are carried out. The values of the diameter of the disk of a centrifugal dispenser and parameters of blades are set, which will increase the uniformity of distribution of seed material for a given width of a gripper and reduce its consumption.

Abstract The article provides the objectives for the need to study the influence of the shaper on the seed velocity, as well as the influence of the arrangement of its rods on the grain speed at the outlet of the seed flow shaper. The general scheme of the seed flow shaper, its description, 3D model and its arrangement on the seeder are given in the article. It also describes the method of measuring the velocity of seed material. As a result of the study, the dependence of the velocity of sunflower seeds on the distance of the placement of rods, as well as the velocity of grains without a flow shaper, is presented. It was found that as the distance between the axes of the rods increases from 5 to 30 mm, the seed velocity at the outlet from the diffuser increases insignificantly, being in the range of 3.2 – 2.7 m/s. The results of using the seed flow shaper of the proposed design on the seed line of the Amazone DMC Primera pneumatic seed planter for sunflower sowing are also presented. As a result of the assessment of the uniform distribution of plants in rows by seedlings, it was concluded that the quality of seeding improved, the coefficient of variation of intervals between plants was 61.2 and 78.4% with and without the use of a shaper, respectively.

The article considers the issue that further improvement of the grain combine design with the classical threshing-separating device is possible due to the development of its technological scheme based on the principle of modular construction and stationary process of threshing grain mass. To achieve this goal, the problems were solved, by which laws were revealed and a mathematical description of the technological process of the combine harvester was given, as well as patterns characterizing the effect of straw on the process of grain mass threshing were revealed. In the course of research and evaluation of the effectiveness of the combine harvester’s usage the basic laws characterizing the technological process of combine harvester with the classical threshing-separating device are established. The change of the working speed of the combine depends on the technological properties of grain crops. It is revealed that the coefficient of solomitol grain mass δс is possible to reduce during combining grain crops through the application of high-cut stems. It was found that with the increase in the height of the cut of the stems (wheat) from 0.10 to 0.20 m, the coefficient of straw content of the grain mass decreases from 0.726 to 0.578. The additional material of experimental studies to determine the coefficient of straw content of the grain mass δc depending on the diameter and length of the pinned part of the stem is presented. When harvesting grain crops by the method of combing, a grain-bearing mass is formed, which is characterized by a random ratio of the fractions of the straw of the stalk of the annular part. The chaotic structure of plant parts temosolomida mass poses new challenges to supply it in the threshing-machine combine harvester with a classic threshingseparating device.

This article discusses the possibility of mathematical modeling andoptimization of parameters of the process of buckwheat. As a result of the research,a regression equation was obtained, which allows to predict the optimal extrusionparameters of buckwheat and reduce the number of experiments. Extrusionprocessing is one of the most attractive methods of processing grain crops to obtainsemi-finished products. The efficiency and effectiveness of the use of this equationis proved in laboratory conditions. The influence of all factors was studied duringthe extrusion of buckwheat grain, pressure, temperature, processing time andhumidity of the feedstock on the yield of blasted cereal, the content of watersoluble substances, the swelling and density of the extruded raw material. Amathematical model of the process of extrusion of buckwheat grain made itpossible to find rational process parameters allowing to obtain extrudates with highconsumer properties.

The grain market is a sphere of grain circulation, strategic interests for multinational corporations, which includes its processing. The growth in demand for wheat is due to the growing population in the world and other factors that affect the country’s food security. Communication interaction between producer and consumer creates an organizational system in the form of various forms of markets: markets, fairs, auctions, exchanges and more. The trend of increasing the cost of grain is observed around the world because production volumes are insufficient to meet all the needs of the population. The grain market is the main lever in the Ukrainian market. The strategy for the development of grain crops affects the reproduction of the country’s economy as a whole and changes in macro and microeconomic indicators. The climatic conditions of the regions are important factors for the prosperity of the grain market and ensuring yields. A favorable political climate is impossible without the export of domestic products, namely grain. Many countries cannot produce enough grain and import it. A significant share of grain production is concentrated in developed countries, so ensuring it is an important issue around the world, the solution of which is to finance the import of grain crops, including wheat. Ukraine has a huge land potential (chernozems), as well as the prospects and opportunities to expand areas for sowing, thus increasing grain production and strengthening its position in the world market. Grain is an important type of product and has its own versatility, a number of countries around the world annually purchase significant volumes of sourdough products. Ukraine fully meets its domestic needs and is one of the exporters of grain to the EU and the world. Increasing grain yields will help increase production. Due to its uniqueness and long storage time, grain remains a necessary component of the population’s life. Not every country is able to increase production, for this it is necessary to apply strategic measures, in particular in agricultural policy. This is intervention in the grain market, agricultural subsidies and others. Grain resources consist of stocks of previous periods, production and imports. In Ukraine, grain production is increasing. Demand for quality products exists in both domestic and foreign markets. High commodity grades of wheat can be produced under favorable natural conditions, so additional investment in growing quality products is a significant economic lever that ensures the economic growth of the country. Methodology. The purpose of the article is to analyze the grain market and study the role of the state in building a strategy for the development of grain exports. Empirical research methods were used in the study. A comparison of the main indicators of the world grain market and Ukraine’s place in it was made. Due to the use of theoretical research methods, in particular analysis and synthesis, the main features of the grain market were identified and characterized. The main factors influencing the development of the world grain market were identified. High quality of grain production and processing increases the country’s competitiveness on the world market. Results. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that over the past year, despite the trends of coronavirus in the country, Ukraine has strengthened its position and taken a leading position in the production and export of cereals. Factors that affect grain yields in the world also affect yields in Ukraine. Practical implications. During the strategic analysis in our case, we found that the world grain market is affected by many factors: reducing the area for planting in developing countries, increasing grain use, wheat is beginning to occupy a leading position as a food crop, increasing cereal consumption by traditional rice producers, especially in China. The volume of export resources and competitive products is an important advantage of Ukrainian products on the world market. Practical studies have shown that the volume of production and export of Ukrainian grain to international markets also depends on the world grain market. Value/originality. These studies make it possible to determine the country’s place in grain exports to international markets and factors influencing the development of international trade.
