The article is devoted to the effective analysis of trench and trenchless pipeline laying technologies. In the course of the work, an analytical review of pipeline assembly was performed, the main technological parameters, the scope of each method, and their advantages and disadvantages were determined. List of considered pipeline laying methods: trenching, horizontal directional drilling, mechanical puncture, hydraulic puncture, microtunneling and punching. The article analyzes the classical trench method and the most widely used trenchless ones: horizontal directional drilling; mechanical puncture; hydraulic puncture; microtunneling; punching. Each of these methods has several advantages and disadvantages. The choice of the optimal method of laying the pipeline depends on many factors: the physical and mechanical properties of soils and hydrogeological conditions, the length and diameter of the pipeline, the presence of other communications, buildings and structures, as well as the budget that customers have. Work time is the last deciding factor. Based on the results of the analysis of pipeline laying technologies and expert survey of construction industry experts, the cost table of each method was compiled, outlining the main characteristics of the technology: length of pipeline, speed of work, scope, cost, and the advantages and disadvantages of each of the considered methods. The conclusions about the use of each of the pipeline laying methods were made. Each of the methods has its advantages and disadvantages, so to choose the method of work it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive assessment of technological parameters, cost, scope and timing of work. The cost of lay-ing the pipeline consists of the following factors: conducting research; selection of diameter and determination of pipeline length; choice of laying method and equipment necessary for the works; selection of equipment, shut-off and control equipment and other materials arranged on the pipeline; terms of performance of works. Taking into account these factors, an estimate is made, which determines the cost of installation of a particular pipeline. After the analysis, we can conclude that among the methods of trenchless laying of pipelines can be identi-fied horizontally directional drilling, it is this method of laying the pipeline will be appropriate to use for our region. The drilling technique allows to carry out pipelines under obstacles, to pull long segments of networks, to repair site damage. This method is universal and can be used in almost any environment. Additive technologies that allow creating volume objects of different complexity are becoming popular in different industries. There is an increase in the scale of introduction of 3D printing technologies in the construction industry, including in the production of ceramic products. With the help of modern additive technologies, different models, products and designs are created. They can be complex and can be made from different materials. Experts are wondering what the future holds for additive technologies in construction, as well as in ceramic production, as these technologies can save resources, reduce the time of the technological process and form complex shapes. The article presents an analytical review of the global application of additive technologies in construction, as well as in the manufacture of ceramic products. The advantages and disadvantages, the possibilities of 3D printing are considered. The creation of ceramic three-dimensional products is still a rare area of additive technologies that requires research. The production of ceramic products, superior to other materials in terms of high temperature strength, hardness, chemical and thermal resistance, has a high potential for the use of additive technologies. The types of construction 3D printers and raw materials for them are analyzed. The results of a study of the properties of clay raw materials of the Sannikovsky, Namtsyrsky and Kangalassky deposits of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are presented.

This paper is dedicated to the analytical review of the historical evolution and the contemporary state of steel-concrete composite constructions, their advantages and disadvantages, a brief review of the specifics of methods for calculating and studies of steel-concrete composite constructions. The main goal of the research is to give a justified assessment of the actual situation of the steel-concrete composite constructions in modern construction. To achieve this goal the analysis of the object of research was used. Based on the results of the conducted research and study of literature and regulatory documents it is possible to draw the main conclusion about the prospects of using steel-concrete composite constructions for Russia due to the high efficiency of structures made of this material. In Russia the regulatory framework in the field of steel-concrete composite constructions is gradually expanding, and it creates the prerequisites for their wider application.

The problem of automatic speech generation from a text file is considered. An analytical review of the software has been completed. They are designed to recognize texts and convert them to an audio stream. The advantages and disadvantages of software products are estimated. Based on this, a conclusion was drawn about the relevance of developing a software for automatic generation of an audio stream from a text in Russian. Models based on artificial neural networks, which are used for speech synthesis, are analyzed. After that, a mathematical model of the created software is built. It consists of three components: a convolutional encoder, a convolutional decoder, and a transformer. The architecture of the software is designed. It includes a graphical interface, an application server, and a speech synthesis system. A number of algorithms have been developed: preprocessing text before loading it into a software, converting audio files of a training sample and training a network, generating speech based on arbitrary text files. A software has been created, which is a single-page application and has a web interface for interacting with the user. To assess the quality of the software, a metric was used that represents the average score of different opinions. As a result of the aggregation of different opinions, the metric received a sufficiently high value, on the basis of which it can be assumed that all the tasks have been solved.

Currently, an important item on the global agenda is the achievement of sustainable development, which is impossible without a transition to sustainable production and consumption patterns. Effective business models for ensuring more efficient resource use are offered by the concept of a circular economy (circular economy). Indicators other than those used in linear economics are needed to monitor progress in the transition to a circular economy. The article presents the results of an analytical review and comparison of the most common methodological approaches in English and Russian-speaking scientific research to assessing the circular economy at the local level. The advantages and disadvantages of these approaches, their areas of possible application are indicated. The conclusion is made about the narrowness of the interpretation of the concept of circular economy in the analyzed works and the need to develop a special tool for assessing the circular economy of an enterprise.

Introduction. This article refers to the authors’ calculation method for studying the effects UF6 (uranium hexafluoride, UHF) on the human body. A review of this method’s main ideas and the features of the approach to solving the problem at certain stages of the movement of UHF from being released into the air before entering the body is offered. The possibilities of the proposed method and its place in many well-known studies in this direction are described. Material and methods. The research material is UHF. It serves as the primary working substance in technologies for enriching natural uranium with the 235U isotope. UHF, due to various circumstances, appears in the production room in a gaseous state. A method for studying the effects of UHF on humans is to describe the distribution processes of UHF molecules in the volume of the working room, chemical transformations of UHF, physical transformations of the resulting products, i.e., all processes accompanied by the delivery of toxic substances and their transfer from the source to the person and before excretion from the body in a natural way. The description of these processes is carried out analytically. Results. Lists the results that can be obtained by calculation. Discussion. A discussion of the results is carried out in the following areas. The issue of the possibility of using the described calculation method to solve the problems of ensuring labor safety at work is considered. The question of trust in the calculated values characterizing the effect of UHF on the human body is being studied. To solve this problem, we compared the calculated results obtained for a particular process and the experimental ones implemented in a similar process. Conclusion. A conclusion is made regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the method under investigation for studying the effects of UHF on humans and determining their place among existing methods.

The purpose of this work is to create an automated system for recording the availability and use of natural resources in the Republic of Belarus. To achieve this goal, the following main tasks were solved: to conduct an analytical review of similar information systems, to highlight their advantages and disadvantages, to develop a new improved version of the system, taking into account previous experience of use, to test the received tool for assessing the environmental friendliness of nature-intensive production and technology. The article provides an analytical review of modern software tools for automation of accounting and rational use of natural resources. It is shown that their application is not possible for a qualitative solution of urgent problems in our country. Three versions of the automated system designed for collecting, storing, processing and presenting subject data on the availability and use of natural resources are consistently described. Comparative analysis with existing analogs is carried out. The distinctive features and advantages of the proposed solution are indicated. With the use of the developed system, the nature of projects in the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 20011–2015 was evaluated. The Ministry of Energy is pointed as the state customer of the most resource-intensive use projects and  technologies. Thus, it is shown that the proposed automated information system for recording the availability and use of natural resources makes it possible to collect, store, analyze and display the subject information, and is an actual basis for supporting the adoption of management decisions in the field of natural recourses management and environmental protection. The obtained results were used by the State Committee for Science and Technology for the evaluation of projects as part of the State Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2011–2015 for the sake of natural recourses cost-effectiveness.
