Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 3). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai structural penerima tunjangan kinerja di Kantor  Kemenag Kabupaten Malang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuesioner menjadi isntrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Variabel penilaian kinerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2). Variabel penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 3). Variabel Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk itu maka Kankemenag disarankan untuk bisa mengimplementasikan program penilaian kinerja dengan baik kepada pegawai sehingga pegawai dapat merasakan manfaatnya sebagai umpan balik tentang berbagai hal seperti kemampuan,   kelebihan,   kekurangan,   dan   potensi   yang   pada   gilirannya bermanfaat untuk kinerja mereka. Selain itu, kinerja merupakan sesuatu yang penting yang dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan, untuk itu kepuasan kerja pegawai di jaga dengan baik melalui penilaian kinerja yang objektif.   Kata Kunci: penilaian kinerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai struktural     Abstract   This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction; 2). To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, and 3). To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of structural employees receiving performance benefits at the Malang Regency Ministry of Religion. To achieve this goal, this research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach and the questionnaire becomes the main instrument in data collection. The results of the study using path analysis showed that: 1). Performance appraisal variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2). Performance appraisal variables affect employee performance, and 3). Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion is suggested to be able to implement a performance appraisal program well for employees so that employees can feel the benefits as feedback about various things such as abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and potential which in turn is beneficial for their performance. In addition, performance is something important that is influenced by satisfaction, for that employee job satisfaction is well guarded through an objective performance appraisal   Keywords: performance appraisal, job satisfaction, structural employee performance

Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

This study discusses the impact of work compensation on employee performance during the Covid 19 pandemic with job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job compensation on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and the effect on job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance partially and to see the effect of job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously and for the simultaneous influence. direct and indirect compensation variables on employee performance and compensation. This study aims to analyze how compensation and workload effect on job satisfaction; compensation and workload effect on employee performance; and job satisfaction effect on employee’s performance at the PT. Kepsindo Indra Utama Padang. Type of this research is quantitative research. The samples are 80 employees of the PT. Kepsindo Indra Utama Padang using saturation sampling technique. Methods of data collection is using questionnaire. This research is using path analysis. The results showed that: 1) compensation has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, 2) workload have negative and significant impact on job satisfaction, 3) compensation has positive and significant impact on employee performance, 4) workload has negative and significant impact on employee performance, and 5) job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee  performance. The results showed that the direct path of job compensation has the most powerful effect on employee performance demonstrated by having the highest impact regression coefficient (dominant) amounted to 0,664.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik, profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian yang dikemukakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini disajikan dengan angka-angka, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur.  Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik dan profesionalisme berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan profesionalisme hanya bepengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of public service motivation, professionalism on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research proposed is a quantitative research type, because this research is presented with numbers. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study are that public service motivation and professionalism have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of public service motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of professionalism on employee performance, while professionalism only has a direct effect on employee performance.

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

Competence is the ability of an individual to carry out a job correctly and has an advantage based on matters relating to knowledge, expertise, and attitude.This study aims to determine the effect of competencies, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. The approach in this study is a quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C. amounting to 48 people. The method of data collection is done using observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (5) The mediation test results that indicate that job satisfaction can affect the influence of competencies on employee performance in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (6) The mediation test results that show that job satisfaction can influence the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (7) The mediation test results that indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance in the company PT. This research aims to find out and analyze the magnitude of the effect of causality between organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance of Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Based on the research objectives above, this type of research can be classified as an explanatory research (exsplanatory). Through surveys using questionnaire and interview instruments for data collection and probability sampling methods as well as purposive sampling techniques for sample selection, 111 respondents were obtained as research samples. The results by using path analysis indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Thus it can be said that the drive to improve organizational culture will increase the level of performance and subsequently the drive to increase job satisfaction will increase the level of employees’s performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kinerja karyawan belum optimal dikarenakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya yang didukung oleh teori serta hasil penelitian yang relevan menjadi dasar pemikiran penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pencatatan dokumen. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan,  (5) Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 80,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.   This research was carried out on CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Indragiri Hulu Regency. Employee performance is not optimal because the factors that can influence it which are supported by the theory and relevant research results are the rationale for the authors to conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, competence on performance, job satisfaction on performance and the effect of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study used 21 people as sample. To collect all the data, this study used: interviews, questionnaires, and recording documents. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS Software. The results of this study indicate: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Compensation has a positive effect and significant to employee performance mediated by satisfaction, (5) Employee performance is influenced by compensation and job satisfaction by 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

The type of research being used is descriptive and quantitive research. The data is descriptive research and path analysis. The samples are taken from 53 respondents, using the simple random sampling method. These respondents are employees of Trading Business Barokah Trenggalek. The result of the Path analysis tests show that there is a significant negative direct relationship between ambiguity about the job role and employee satisfaction. Moreover, there is a significant positive relationship between ambiguity nd employee job stress. Job stress impacts negatively on employee job satisfaction. Based on the given result, the researcher argues that maintaining communication about good work between employees and supervisors will avoid misunderstanding and reduce work stress at the trading business Barokah Trenggalek.
