The type of research being used is descriptive and quantitive research. The data is descriptive research and path analysis. The samples are taken from 53 respondents, using the simple random sampling method. These respondents are employees of Trading Business Barokah Trenggalek. The result of the Path analysis tests show that there is a significant negative direct relationship between ambiguity about the job role and employee satisfaction. Moreover, there is a significant positive relationship between ambiguity nd employee job stress. Job stress impacts negatively on employee job satisfaction. Based on the given result, the researcher argues that maintaining communication about good work between employees and supervisors will avoid misunderstanding and reduce work stress at the trading business Barokah Trenggalek. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

The Study made an attempt to identify the work stress and job satisfaction among headmasters of bilingual school in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Work stress and Job Satisfaction are vital organizational issues affecting performance and growth of an organization in emerging competitive environment. Descriptive research design was adopted and simple random sampling with a sample of 40 headmasters of bilingual schools in Muscat was chosen for the study. The data was collected through two structured questionnaires on job satisfaction and work stress. The data was analyzed and reported through descriptive statistics. Result indicated that the headmasters of bilingual schools were more likely to experience stress at work and had a high level of Job satisfaction in their challenging work.

Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive, while unproductive people tend to experience stress on workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with motivation as an mediation variable on Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency, the number of samples in this study were 92 civil servants with saturated sampling method. Path analysis technique is used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the study found that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on job satisfaction. This means that despite work stress but if supported by high motivation, maximum job satisfaction will arise.

Organizational commitment is attitude from employees to remain members of an organization and work hard for goals and sustainability of organization. Purpose of this study is to determine effect of job stress on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of work stress on organizational commitment. Study is conducted at The Grand Santhi Hospital with 50 samples, using saturated sampling. Data are analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that job stress has negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job stress has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction able to mediate job stress on organizational commitment. Company needs to pay attention to workload and work capacity and evaluate the salary given to employees to match the workload so as to increase organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. Institutions must pay attention to work stress experienced by their employees so that the psychological well-being of employees can be well maintained and will have a good impact on employee job satisfaction.

One of the things that leaders must pay attention to is the employee's organizational commitment. Therefore, companies need professional and trained employees to be able to deal with various work pressures. One of the factors that influence organizational commitment is job stress and job satisfaction. Work stress is a tension that causes an imbalance in the psychological condition of workers. Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards aspects of work that can lead to pleasant or unpleasant feelings. By improving the work stress system and employee job satisfaction is the key to success in maintaining employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The sample size used in this study was 40 respondents and this study used SmartPLS 3. With the results of the study, work stress had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemimpin adalah mengenai komitmen organisasi karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan karyawan yang profesional dan terlatih agar dapat menghadapi berbagai tekanan kerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi yaitu stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Stres kerja merupakan suatu ketegangan yang mengakibatkan suatu ketidakseimbangan pada kondisi psikologis pekerja. Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap karyawan terhadap aspek-aspek pekerjaan yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan. Dengan memperbaiki sistem stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kunci sukses menjaga komitmen organisasi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dan penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate, work motivation, and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study was as many as 150 people, the number of samples was 86 employees of the Jimbaran Beach Keraton Hotel with the sampling method using simple random sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by the first validity and reliability test and the classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the analysis show that organizational climate, work motivation, and work stress have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction of Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort Bali employees. The implication of this research is for the management of Jimbaran Beach Resort Bali Keraton Hotel to pay more attention to their employees, because the progress of an organization or company is influenced by employees. To improve employee job satisfaction, companies should encourage their employees' work motivation, for example by providing financial bonuses, giving the best employee titles and giving vouchers on family vacations regularly for outstanding employees so that it will increase the competitive attitude of employees in the company. The problem in this study is how the effect of work conflict, work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Representative Office of the Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) North Sumatra. This study aims to determine partially the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress affect employee job satisfaction and the effect of work conflict, work environment, and job stress simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. associative and quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample to 84 permanent employees. The data collection technique used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research uses classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used statistical software SPPS 20. The results showed that based on the results of the t test, the conflict variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the results of the f test in this study, simultaneously the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress have an effect on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry. In this study used associative research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry, with a sample of 30 people with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression through SPSS version 23. The findings of this study that there is a significant influence between work stress on job satisfaction, where both variables have a strong and positive correlation. The magnitude of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction is 86.2%. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 3). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai structural penerima tunjangan kinerja di Kantor  Kemenag Kabupaten Malang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuesioner menjadi isntrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Variabel penilaian kinerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2). Variabel penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 3). Variabel Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk itu maka Kankemenag disarankan untuk bisa mengimplementasikan program penilaian kinerja dengan baik kepada pegawai sehingga pegawai dapat merasakan manfaatnya sebagai umpan balik tentang berbagai hal seperti kemampuan,   kelebihan,   kekurangan,   dan   potensi   yang   pada   gilirannya bermanfaat untuk kinerja mereka. Selain itu, kinerja merupakan sesuatu yang penting yang dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan, untuk itu kepuasan kerja pegawai di jaga dengan baik melalui penilaian kinerja yang objektif.   Kata Kunci: penilaian kinerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai struktural     Abstract   This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction; 2). To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, and 3). To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of structural employees receiving performance benefits at the Malang Regency Ministry of Religion. To achieve this goal, this research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach and the questionnaire becomes the main instrument in data collection. The results of the study using path analysis showed that: 1). Performance appraisal variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2). Performance appraisal variables affect employee performance, and 3). Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion is suggested to be able to implement a performance appraisal program well for employees so that employees can feel the benefits as feedback about various things such as abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and potential which in turn is beneficial for their performance. In addition, performance is something important that is influenced by satisfaction, for that employee job satisfaction is well guarded through an objective performance appraisal   Keywords: performance appraisal, job satisfaction, structural employee performance
