This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethics and work environment on employee performance. The method in this study was causal research with a quantitative approach with using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this research is all employees working in PT. Henry Union. The sample size used in this study was 40 respondents. This study uses SmartPLS version 3.0.0. By using purposive sampling, in this study shows that work ethics and work environment on employee performance have a positive and significant effect. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ethos kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Henry Union di Jakarta. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0.0. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethos kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, determine the effect of motivation and leadership on job satisfaction at the directorate general of rural area development, determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, and determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, knowing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the directorate general for rural area development, knowing the effect of motivation on employee performance at the directorate general for rural area development through job satisfaction, knowing leadership on employee performance at the directorate general for regional development rural areas through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the directorate general of rural area development at the ministry of villages, development of disadvantaged areas, and transmigration. The data collection technique used a saturated sample involving 163 civil servants at the directorate general of rural area development and then analysis using path analysis. The results of this study indicate the findings: first, motivation and leadership affect employee performance; both motivation and leadership affect job satisfaction; the three motivations affect employee performance; the fourth leadership affects employee performance; fifth, job satisfaction affects employee performance; the six motivations have a more significant direct influence on employee performance, so it can be said that the job satisfaction variable is not intervening; The seven leaderships have a more significant influence on employee performance, so it can be said that the job satisfaction variable is not intervening.

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive verification. The sample is 45 people, which is the entire population. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model with Smart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance. For indirect influence, competence and influential workload positive and significant impact on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Merauke.   Keywords: performance, work environment, workload, work stress

Organization usually sees an average worker as the source of quality and productivity gains. Any organization that does not put the welfare of its employee first such organization is endangering its performance and productivity. The study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and employees’ performance and the relationship between job satisfaction and employees’ commitment. The sample size used for the study was drawn from the staff of MTN Nigeria. A structured questionnaires were then used to elicit data from these staff.The chi-square was used to analyse the elicited data and the study findings revealed that job satisfaction has significance influence on both employee performance andemployees’ commitment. Thus, the study recommends that organisations should intensify efforts in the area of non-financial rewards as a mean of influencing greater performance from the employees as well as getting the employees to be committed the organisation.

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.
