Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. To achieve a company goal, its important to looking for employee performance, work environment, and work motivation. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by the work environment and  motivation, as  well  as  the  Burger  King  company  in  East  Surabaya. Burger  King Company is a company engaged in FnB. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of Burger King East Surabaya crew. The hypothesis in this study is that the work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods and uses PLS as a test tool as well as data collection methods by  conducting surveys. Respondents in  this  study  were  50  respondents using  a  saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of the study revealed that th e work environment partially had no significant effect and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
