This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This study is concerned with how the effect of extrinsic and intrinsic reward to performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward extrinsic and intrinsic job satisfaction and performance either partially or simultaneously, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance as well as find out more where the effect directly reward extrinsic and intrinsic to the performance of employees with indirect influence reward extrinsic and intrinsic rewards to employee performance. Respondents of this study consist of 100 employees. The employed data of this study are primary data. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data is analyzed by regression analysis and path.The results show that partially or simultaneously reward extrinsic and intrinsic are significant positive effect on job satisfaction and performance. There are positive and significant impact on job satisfaction toward employees performance as well as an indirect effect (reward extrinsic and intrinsic to the performance of employees through job satisfaction) greater than a direct effect (extrinsic and intrinsic reward to employees performance). This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variables in Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. The population of the study is based on managerial & staff job positions consisting of 62 respondences from 161 full-time employees of Indonesia state-owned telecommunication company, Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. This research used quantitive methods. The primary data were collected by the questionnaire as the instrument to prove the results of the study. By using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS), the analysis of collected data revealed and to test the hypotheses. According to the findings of this research supported the positive effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction through employee performances. The hypotheses analysis in the study has no significant effect of leadership style on employee performance, whereas job satisfaction as partial mediating.

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, competence and work motiva­tion on employee performance at CTO Office Group PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta. The research population is all employees of CTO Office Group PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta, which is 100 people. Sampling methode using the census technique, that is because the population size is relatively small then all members of the population is taken into the sample research. Primary data were collected using questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journals, archived documents and literature. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression statistic technique. The results of hypothesis testing proved that the variables of training, competence and motivation of each work partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Coefficient R2 = 0.727, which shows the findings that the variables training, competence and work motivation simultaneously able to explain significant variations of changes in employee performance variables of 72.7%.
