The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the state of motivation, discipline,leadership style employee performance and organizational performance, (2) the influence ofmotivation, discipline and leadership style either simultaneously or partially on theperformance of employees, (3) the influence of motivation, discipline and style leadership bothsimultaneously and partially on the performance of the organization and (4) the effect ofemployee performance to organizational performance and (5) the indirect effect of motivation,discipline and leadership style of the performance of the organization through employeeperformance Personnel Board Education And Training Aceh. This research was conducted atthe Personnel Board Education And Training Aceh, whereas the object of this study was theinfluence of motivation, discipline, leadership style, employee performance and theperformance of Civil Service Agency of Education and Training Aceh. This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The optimal performance of civil servants is the target of every state government organization. This aim aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and competence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Service Office of West Sulawesi Province. The research method used is multiple regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; Competence hasn’t a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation and competence have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstrak Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh Diklat dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) merupakan sesuatu kekuatan yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pembinaan sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi, kemampuan dan tingkat profesionalisme yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja dan pembangunan menjelang pasar bebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengkaji dan menganalisis 1). besaran hubungan diklat dan kompetensi karyawan; 2). Mengkaji dan menganalisis besaran pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat dan kompetensi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3).Mengkaji dan menganalisis besaran pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat dan kompetensi karyawan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai dengan disain penelitian asosiatif. Sumber data diambil dari PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, sebagai populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek sebanyak 1190 orang. dengan menggunakan rumus dari Taro Yamane diperoleh sampel sebanyak 300 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Mehtod Successive Interval(MSI), program komputer MicrosoftExcel 2007, dan SPSSversi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Hubungan korelasional antara diklat dengan kompetensi karyawan memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat dan searah atau positif; 2) diklat secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi karyawansecara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Diklat dan kompetensi karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan dan Latihan (Diklat), Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study about the effect of Training and competence on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Education and Training (Diklat) is a force that is expected to accelerate the development of human resources with the competence, ability and level of professionalism in accordance with the needs of the world of work and development ahead of the free market (AFTA). The purpose of this study is to review and analyze 1). the magnitude of the relationship of training and employee competence; 2). Assess and analyze the magnitude of the effect of the implementation of training and competence partially on employee performance; 3) .Majaji and analyze the amount of influence of the implementation of training and employee competence simultaneously on employee performance. The research method used is survey method with associative research design. Source of data taken from PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, as the population is all employees of PT. Fertilizer Kujang Cikampek as many as 1190 people. using the formula of Taro Yamane obtained sample of 300 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were Path Analysis with the help of Mehtod Successive Interval (MSI), MicrosoftExcel 2007 computer program, and SPSSversion 16. The results showed that: 1) Correlational relationship between training and employee competence has a strong enough relationship and direction or positive; 2) training partially significant positive effect on employee performance and employee competence partially significant positive effect on employee performance; 3) Training and employee competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract- The research objectives were to determine: 1) The description of performance, organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation of Indonesian National Police members at the Traffic Directorate of East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police; 2) The influence of organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation on the performance of Police members at the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The study was conducted on all members of the East Nusa Tenggara Police Traffic Directorate with 145 respondents. The data collected were analyzed descriptively based on the results of processed data using the method of Structural Equation Model. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the achievement of the indicators for each variable is as follows: Performance = 67.68 (Good Enough), Organizational Culture = 68.84 (Good), Competence = 67.93 (Good Enough), Education and Training = 67.45 (Good Enough), and Work Motivation = 68.55 (Good). Furthermore, the results of SEM analysis showed that Organizational Culture, Education and Training, Competence and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the investigated Police Members. This research is still limited to the 4 variables used so that testing is needed on other variables such as; leadership style, compensation, work atmosphere, work facilities and others with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.
