Health Promotion Activities about the Dangers of Smoking in Adolescents at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and improving healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the dangers of smoking for health. The activity was carried out on November 21, 2018 at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The target is students of MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to the relevant parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 40 students and 2 teachers, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conducive, the activity can be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Adolescent knowledge, smoking hazard, health promotion.

Menstrual Health Promotion Activities for Adolescent Women at the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo is a form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and enhancing healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the phase of menstruation in adolescent women. The implementation of these activities on December 4, 2018 took place at the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo. The target is 7th grade students of the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of licensing to the relevant parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 44 students and 1 teacher, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conducive, the activity can be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Women’s youth knowledge, health promotion, menstruation.

The implementation of these activities on November 15, 2018 took place at Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The target is students of Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of licensing to the relevant parties. The activity was held on November 27, 2018 at the Kindergarten of Sentul Village, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. The target is the students of the Kindergarten of Sentul Village, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. Before the implementation of these activities, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. Health problems that often occur in the elderly is rheumatism. Rheumatism is a disease that attacks the joints and bones or supporting tissues around the joints, this disease group is an autoimmune disease that is mostly suffered by the elderly. Initial survey conducted at Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha  Province found that most of the elderly suffer from rheumatism. current partners, among others, the Information and Education Communication Media , such as rheumatism gymnastics posters, are still lacking. Some elderly people do not understand the traditional methods of treatment for rheumatic pain prevention. Targets and outcomes: In addition to the outputs in journals, the targets in this community service are Carrying out health counseling activities for the elderly about managing rheumatism with traditional ingredients (Ginger therapy) by 80%. Rheumatic sufferers understand how to make ginger therapy ingredients, making media (posters) and rheumatism exercises. Implementation methods include education about rheumatism, rheumatism exercises, educational media. The results obtained by the elderly understand about rheumatism, prevention and traditional treatment with grated jage, and man to carry out routine anti-diphythmic dip. It is hoped that the orphanage staff will be able to monitor, motivate and improve the health of the elderly through health promotion activities, especially regarding rematies.

With the aim is fourth grade students at Kebonsari Elementary School, Kebonsari Village, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo District, East Java Province. Before the implementation of the activity, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. Health promotion activities on Healthy Living Behavior by Avoiding Smoking in Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing children's knowledge about how to avoid smoking for both active smokers and passive smokers. The activity was carried out on November 29, 2019 at the Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo. The target is grade IX students of Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of counseling to submitting permits to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 30 students of class IX, participants took part in the activity happily and looked very enthusiastic, health promotion activities could run on time and smoothly. Keywords: Knowledge, health care, health behavior, avoiding cigarette.

Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.
