With the growing popularity of exergames, researchers have noted the importance of presenting players with customizable avatars to encourage the long-term adoption of healthy behaviors offline. However, the “idealized” avatar bodies presented in avatar customization interfaces can represent limited body types and often problematically represent gender as binary. In this paper, we present a systematic analysis of the avatar customization interfaces of six console-based exergames. Results of our analysis indicate that customization options tend to be limited in exergames, especially with regard to body type and gender. Implications for avatar self-priming, self-identification, and healthy behavior adoption are discussed.

ABSTRACTRobust regression on M estimation and S estimation is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression on the data outlier. East Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a high case fatalitiy rate (1.34%). The raising of  Dengue Haemoragic Fever (DHF) in East Java has been influenced by climate, population density, human behavior, and environmental sanitation. This study aimed to compare robust regression research by using M estimation and  S estimation on the factors that affect IR DHF. This was done to get the best model regression on the data outlier based on the biggest R2 adjusted and the smallest MSE. This study utitlized observational research with a non-reactive research design using secondary data. The independent variable consisted of population density, healthy behavior, healthy living environment house, and precipitation in East Java in 2017. The dependent variable was incident rate of DHF in 2017. The population included 38 regencies in East Java, while the sample was 35 regencies/cities selected using simple random sampling. The analysis used robust regression on M estimation and S estimation weighting by Tukey’s Bisquare. Robust regression on S estimation was found to be the best robust regression on data outlier with R2 adjusted (0.996) and MSE (0.229). Robust regression on S estimation  was = 54.826 + 0.011 (population density) – 0.136 (% healthy behavior) - 0,404 (% healthy house ) - 0,005 (precipitation). Some factors that affect IR DHF can be the main focus for the prevention and control of DHF for the government and society.  Keywords: robust regression, outlier, estimation, estimation, DHF

Hypertension is one of the most common causes of morbidity and mortality  all over the world, also known as “the silent killer” because people with hypertension are without symptoms. West Sumatera Province reported that the prevalence of hypertension at the age 18 years has increased from 25,8% in 2013 to 31,7% in 2018. Successful strategies to manage the blood preasure depends on patients self-care management or the ability and willingness of the patient to change and maintain certain behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of self-education management of hypertension patients in the working area of primary health care in Bukittinggi.Design of this research is a quasi experimental design with pretest-posttest with control group. The sample which used were 62 respondents consist of 31 people in the intervention group and 31 people in the group control. Sampling was done by consecutive sampling technique. Data was analyzed Wilcoxon signed rank test and Mann Whitney test. The result of this research shows that there isn’t any effect of self education management to healthy behavior which includes exercise and healthy diet of the intervention group and the control group at community health center in Bukittinggi (mean rank after the intervention < 10; p> 0,05). Based on the result of this research it can be concluded that the habits of respondents who carry out light and medium activities every day and also education provided by primary health care  have given big impact to respondent’s habits where they always do exercise and healthy diet in their daily life. The result of this research can be used as an input for primary health care to maintain and improve education of healthy behavior for hypertension patients.

Kata Kunci: Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, Masalah Psikososial, Pandemi COVID-19, Perilaku Sehat   ABSTRACT Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) not only affects a person's physical condition, but also has a psychological impact. The incidence of COVID-19 is still increasing and accompanied by an increasing cure rate, this condition does not guarantee that people are free from the psychological impact of COVID-19. Psychosocial problems such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are still experienced by many people. The aim of this study is to obtain an overview of the application of adaptation to new habits and changes in psychosocial problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive case study method involving six respondents who were measured for psychosocial problems, provided psychosocial mental health support related to COVID-19, and measured the application of their new habit adaptations. Measurement of psychosocial problems using the Self-Reporting Questionnaire instrument and the application of new habit adaptations calculated the average increase in behavior, and both were measured before being provided with COVID-19 psychosocial mental health support, day 7 and day 14 after being given psychosocial mental health support . The results showed that there was an increase in the average healthy behavior adaptation to new habits (92.38% - 97.02%) which includes increased physical immunity, increased mental immunity, prevention of physical transmission of COVID-19, prevention of mental health problems related to COVID-19. in individuals, families, and communities. The results also showed that there was a change in psychosocial problems in three respondents who previously experienced mental emotional disorders (50%) and PTSD (50%) to be healthy (100%) both physically and psychosocial. The application of adaptation to new habits that are integrated with daily activities is very important to avoid transmission of COVID-19 and psychosocial mental health problems due to COVID-19. This new behavior is expected to become a culture of healthy behavior in adapting to changes caused by COVID-19.   Keywords: Adaptation to New Habits,COVID-19 Pandemic, Healthy Behavior, Psychosocial Problems
