An increase in awareness of healthy living through health promotion in the Kindergarten of Sentul Village, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo District is a form of education in the form of counseling aimed at fostering and enhancing healthy behavior early, especially in recognizing good and proper hand washing procedures. The activity was held on November 27, 2018 at the Kindergarten of Sentul Village, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. The target is the students of the Kindergarten of Sentul Village, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. Before the implementation of these activities, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 41 students and 4 teachers, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conduciveness, the activities could be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Handwash health promotion, kindergarten, healthy life awareness.

An increase in awareness of healthy living through health promotion in the Kebonsari Elementary School, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo District, East Java Province is a form of education in the form of counseling aimed at fostering and improving healthy behavior in children early, especially in carrying out clean and healthy behaviors (PHBS) with 6-step hand washing. The activity was held on December 12, 2017 at Kebonsari Elementary School, Kebonsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. With the aim is fourth grade students at Kebonsari Elementary School, Kebonsari Village, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo District, East Java Province. Before the implementation of the activity, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 52 female students and 1 teacher, participants participated in the activity enthusiastically and conductively, the activities could be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Handwash health promotion, healthy life awareness, elementary school, 6-step hand washing.

Health Promotion Activities with the title Clean and Healthy Lifestyle with Hand Washing at SDN Rangkah Kidul Sidoarjo Sidoarjo District Sidoarjo Regency is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and improving healthy behavior in children from an early age, especially in PHBS Hand Washing. The implementation of these activities on November 15, 2018 took place at Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The target is students of Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of licensing to the relevant parties. Samarinda is one of the big city in Kalimantan since it is a capital city of East Kalimantan Province. Its population is about 988,943 in 2015, but only 28.62 percent of the whole households were applying clean and healthy living behavior. To encourage this behavior to the society, it needs some health promotions to be introduced to them. In order to know the pattern of clean and healthy behaving households with respect to time, so this research is aimed to perform a mathematical model of the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior which involves health promotion. Runge-Kutta is the used model to solve this model. The result informs that the rate of change of the households which implement a clean and healthy life, called as good people, increases for all sub-districts in Samarinda City. In contrast, households that do not know and do not behave clean and healthy life, called as bad people, are reduced because of the promotion. In order to minimize the spread of Covid-19, students must learn from home. However, studying from home online is often ineffective. In addition, the existence of Covid-19 requires awareness of a healthy lifestyle. This activity aims to help the learning process from home and growing Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in elementary school students. Methods of problem solving were carried out by socialization, training, and assistance to partners. Activities carried out include hand washing practices, socialization about Covid-19, training in making hand sanitizers, face shields, and tie dye masks. Furthermore, this activity was able to optimize the learning process from home and form a new awareness of the importance of clean and healthy living habits.

Health promotion activities on Healthy Living Behavior by Avoiding Smoking in Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing children's knowledge about how to avoid smoking for both active smokers and passive smokers. The activity was carried out on November 29, 2019 at the Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo. The target is grade IX students of Al Islam Middle School, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of counseling to submitting permits to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 30 students of class IX, participants took part in the activity happily and looked very enthusiastic, health promotion activities could run on time and smoothly. Keywords: Knowledge, health care, health behavior, avoiding cigarette.
