Personality is very influential on individual behavior, especially in social matters and in solving life's problems. Every individual has a different personality. The personality of each individual can be influenced by the sharing of factors that give rise to social phenomena in interacting with others every day. This study aimed to describe the character values in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik Srambang Park motif in art learning based on cultural diversity in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects of this study were three Ngawi Batik craftsmen. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique with 4 stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research showed that there are values of religious character, hard work, peace-loving, friendly (communicative), environmental care, social care, responsibility, respect for achievement, love for the country, and independence in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik for Srambang Park motif. The use of Batik Srambang Park motif for learning in elementary schools had two relevance. First, character education values were reflected in Batik Srambang Park. Second, Srambang Park Batik was a two-dimensional regional art work. Thus, the learning is not only teaching about the concept of understanding the material but also teaching character values.

Film Blue Spring Ride have flow in which the stiry of the past the main character related to the stiry now that cause change stance in the main character. This study aims to describe the intrinsic elements and moral messages contained in the film Blue Spring Ride by Takahiro Miki. In this study, examining the intrinsic elements, namely the theme, plot, characterization, and background contained in the Blue Spring Ride film with the structuralism theory put forward by Nurgiantoro. This study uses the observation method in data collection, namely the observation and note technique. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive method. Presentation of the results of data analysis uses informal methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a time setting and a place setting, the theme is to tell the life of teenagers who are looking for love. The flow contained in the Blue Spring 6 Ride film is the mixture flow.

The purpose of this research was to find out how to Motivate and Training Facilities of Bengkulu Province Athletes for PON XX Papua. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study was all Bengkulu Province sports branches for PON XX Papua with 83 athletes and 16 trainers.  The instruments and data collection techniques that i used in this study was questionnaire and member check. The data analysis technique that i used was descriptive analysis with a percentage. The result of this research declared that athlete  training motivation is 85,40 % with the very well category and facilties-infrastructure training atlhete 1 branch of rock climbing was 6,25%  with the very well category 9 branch of volley ball, badminton, tennis, silat, boxing, wrestling, karate, diving PABBSI is 56,25% with good category and 6 branch football, muay thai, kempo, Athletic, swimming, and biliard is 37,5 % with the medium category based on result of this research can be concluded that motivation atlhete with very well category and facilities-infrasturcture with good category.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. This study aims to determine and describe the shape of the motifs in the works created by Rendy Handycraft. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 3 piggy bank crafts with motifs produced by Rendy Handicraft. The shape and decorative pattern of the piggy bank were the object of this research. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique. Based on the results of interviews, observation and documentation, the conclusion in this study is that Rendy dominantly uses tea dregs as the main material for his painting. Not tea bags but dry tea powder/powder. Apart from good powder with a slightly coarse and smooth texture for dark colors, there are also other ingredients such as coffee powder, egg shells as well as additional ingredients as colors enhancers such as turmeric powder as a yellow dye, pine wood powder as a white dye as well as the base color and stones gravel.

Abstrak Bencana dapat terjadi kapan saja, dimana saja dan kepada siapa saja. Potensi bencana dapat terjadi tidak terkecuali di kawasan bekas Danau Purba Borobudur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bencana di kawasan bekas Danau Purba Borobudur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik.  Analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi bencana alam di kawasan bekas Danau Purba Borobudur meliputi gempa bumi, erupsi gunungapi, tanah longsor dan banjir.   Abstract Disasters can happen anytime, anywhere and to anyone. Potential disasters can occur not least in the area of the former Borobudur Ancient Lake. This study aims to determine the potential for disasters in the area of the former Borobudur Purba Lake. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used technical triangulation. Data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model. The results showed the potential for natural disasters in the Ancient lake Borobudur former include earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides and flooding.

This study aims to determine the application of Permendagri No. 113/2014 About Village Financial Management About Village Financial Management on Village Financial Management in Bojongasih Village, Parakansalak District, Sukabumi Regency which includes planning, administration, implementation, reporting, accountability, as well as coaching, and overseeing village financial management. The qualitative-descriptive method is used to describe and interpret data on village financial management found in the field and then a conclusion is drawn. Data collection was carried out with documentation and interview studies. Then the data analysis technique is how to reduce, present and verify the data. The results of this study are, in general, financial management of Bojongasih Village, Parakansalak District, Sukabumi Regency, which is not yet fully in accordance with Permendagri Number 113/2014. Some of the obstacles faced by Village Planning include not timely submitting a Raperdes about the Village’s Budget. In the implementation of financial management contrary to Permendagri and not in accordance with Permendagri. Then, monthly reports are not submitted to the Village Head. As well as coaching and supervision from local governments that are less than optimal.
