The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Human dignity is a human nobility that distinguishes it from other creatures on earth. The purpose of writing this article is to describe human dignity in the perspective of counseling. The method used in this writing is literature study. The data collection technique in this article is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Based on the results of the author's search, humans are not born in an empty state where humans are given a noble spirit by God, the proof of which is the Qur'an as in its content, humans are created in the best possible shape and perfect. Human dignity is influenced by the conditions chosen by the human being, but if it is taken from the word nobility, humans must do and become a better person.

This study aims to identify the factors that determine the success of a learner in language learning. The study used library research methods through procedures, namely data collection, reading and recording data, and data processing. Data collection technique used was documentation with instruments in the form of data cards. Data analysis technique used content analysis. The results showed that the success of learners in language learning was influenced by several factors, namely factors related to students, factors related to teachers, factors related to the learning environment, and factors related to the social environment. Therefore, language teachers must identify the factors that can influence the success of language learning in their class and accommodate all the factors that influence the success of language learning, otherwise the factors that influence failure must be avoided.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.

This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

This research was motivated by the low motivation of the participants in participating in the 3 in 1 embroidery pin training at the Padang Industrial Education and Training Center. The goal is to see a picture of the motivation of the participants in following the pinhead embroidery training. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people consisting of training participants for pinhead embroidery training generation II and XIII. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to follow the training participants of the 3 in 1 head embroidery training is still low, namely 71% for 40 respondents.

<p>This research is going to explain the characteristics of spiritual and social values in saman dance culture in gayo community in Aceh. Saman Gayo dance is not only unique but also has original Indonesian cultural values which is one of the media for delivering da'wah messages which contains religious values, manners, togetherness, and educational values. This research on the characteristics of spiritual and social values in the Saman Dance culture in the Gayo community is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this paper refers to the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data collection, data processing, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique in this paper is to use data collection methods that are literature study to more accurately research from a scientific perspective. The results of this paper shown that the Gayo Saman Dance has various philosophies such as singing, movement, types of Saman Dance, to its function which of course must be maintained and preserved. In the other hand, Saman Dance is used to strengthen Local Identity, good values ranging from values in the field of education, unity and integrity, friendship.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of teachers in MIN Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used is quantitative which aims to test hypotheses using statistical techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 26 teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung. While the data analysis technique uses simple correlation statistical tests. The results of the research are that the better the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management will increase the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN Bandar Lampung City. The strength of the influence of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung is 0.690 which is categorized as having moderate / moderate influence.

The purpose of this research was to describe the image of women in Hanindawan's drama script Lampoe Plenthong 15 Watt. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis. The data was from Hanindawan's Lampoe Plenthong 15 Wattdrama script. Data collection techniques used library techniques, listen and take notes. The data analysis technique used an interactive technique with a stylistic approach. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the form of women's image included the role of women as individuals, the role of women as mothers, the role of women as wives, the role of women as workers and the role of women in community life.

This study aimed to describe the character values in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik Srambang Park motif in art learning based on cultural diversity in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects of this study were three Ngawi Batik craftsmen. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique with 4 stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research showed that there are values of religious character, hard work, peace-loving, friendly (communicative), environmental care, social care, responsibility, respect for achievement, love for the country, and independence in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik for Srambang Park motif. The use of Batik Srambang Park motif for learning in elementary schools had two relevance. First, character education values were reflected in Batik Srambang Park. Second, Srambang Park Batik was a two-dimensional regional art work. Thus, the learning is not only teaching about the concept of understanding the material but also teaching character values.
