The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. This study aimed to describe the struggle for stereotypical elimination of women in Javanese society in the novel Entrok by Okky Madasari. This research was conducted by means of descriptive qualitative and uses a feminism approach. The data source was the novel of Entrok by Okky Madasari. The data in this study were in the form of sentences, paragraphs, dialog citations and discourses that describe the form of the struggle for stereotyped disappearances. Data collection techniques used are documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis or content analysis, namely, research that is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written information. The results of the study show that there is an effort by the main character in removing stereotypes against women in Javanese society, especially in the field of work. The conclusion obtained is that efforts to eliminate stereotypes against women in Entrok's novel occur because the main character wants to show that women are capable of being equal to men, especially in the field of work. Women are able to prosper and elevate their social status without the help of men.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

In the interactions carried out by traders and buyers in the process of buying and selling transactions in the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market, there are speeches that violate the principle of politeness in language. This has prompted researchers to analyze language politeness in the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market. This study aims to describe the level of politeness in the use of community language in the Samarinda Veterinary Traditional Market and describe the violation of the politeness principle spoken by the Samarinda Animal Market community. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are tapping techniques, listening techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses a pragmatic equivalent technique. The data in this study are the speeches of traders and buyers at the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market which violate the politeness principle and the politeness scale proposed by Leech. The results of the analysis of the analysis of language politeness violations in buying and selling transactions in the traditional animal market of Samarinda in terms of politeness resulted in an analysis of the Leech politeness scale consisting of cost benefits or the scale of loss and gain, optionality scale or scale of choice, and indirectness scale or indirectness scale. This study also resulted in violations of Leech's six politeness maxims which consist of the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of acceptance, the maxim of humility, the maxim of agreement and the maxim of sympathy

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of violations of the principle of cooperation of conversation in the event of Mata Najwa on Metro TV. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this research is Najwa Shihab speech and its speaker in Mata Najwa on Metro TV. The data in this study were three episodes of Mata Najwa  events in June, August, and December namely: the episode of "Luhut Controversy" which aired on June 1, 2016, "Miscellaneous Lawyers" which aired on August 31, 2016, and the episode "Moves Demi Hak "which aired on December 21, 2016. Data collection techniques use the documentation method. Data analysis technique in this research is done through the steps, that is transcribing data, identifying data (encoding), classifying data in table form, interpreting data, and concluding research result. The results of the study found 130 violations of the principle of conversational cooperation with details, 56 (43%) maxim quantity violations, 10 (7.8%) maxim quality violations, 34 (26.5%) maxim relevance breaches, and 30 (22.6% ) Violation of the way maxim. In this study, it was classified into two forms of violation of the principle of conversational cooperation, namely the single maxim and multiple maxim violations, with details of 75 utterances with single maximal offenses and 26 speeches with double maxim breaches. Factors behind the breach of the principle of conversational cooperation in Mata  Najwa on Metro TV, namely: maximizing wisdom, maxima agreement, maxim of simplicity, maxim of generosity, maxim of appreciation, maxim of conclusion, the concept of negative face and face rescue.

The purpose of this research is to explain and describe the form of id, ego, and superego in the main character in the Mata di Tanah Melus novel by Okky Madasari. The method used in this study was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data source in this study was a document in the form of Mata di Tanah Melus novel by Okky Madasari, which was published by Gramedia Pustaka in 2018. The data used in this study were dialogues in the novel. The data analysis technique used in this study was the analysis of documents to find the form of id, ego, and superego in the novel. The results of this study indicate that there were forms of id, ego, and superego in Okky Madasari's Mata di Tanah Melus novel which were reflected by the main character. The forms of id, ego, and superego were found based on Sigmund Freud's personality theory. Through the form of id, ego, and superego, it can be seen how the personality of the main character in the Mata di Tanah Melus novel by Okky Madasari.

This study aims to find a conspiracy in Indonesian politics novels. This study uses a sociology conspiracy study to reveal the concepts of conspiracy in the novel. The research approach used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using library techniques. The data analysis technique used hermeneutic and heuristic methods. And the data validity technique uses time triangulation. The results show that conspiracy in Indonesian politics novels is related to conflicts creation, scenarios-paranoid creation, and the manipulation of events.

The purpose of this study was to describe the strategies used in improving 6S in SD / MI. This journal uses a descriptive approach, observation data collection techniques, and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model. Then test the validity of the data using data triangulation. And the strategy used is to use posters, slogans and posters that are displayed in class and outside the classroom. The results of this study are proven by showing a friendly and fully open attitude with good character, the language style starts from the greeting sentence. which is an example applied by the teacher when going into the room to shake hands and pray together. So it can be concluded that the existence of posters and slogans can increase the attitude and attitude of grade III students

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab pengungsi Mamuya lebih memilih tetap tinggal di Desa Wari dibandingkan dengan kembali ke desa asalnya di Mamuya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) rata-rata pengungsi Mamuya yang mengungsi di Desa Wari, sebagian besar beragama Kristen, ada juga sekitar 5 keluarga Protestan dengan jumlah keseluruhan tiga ratus penduduk. Persamaan agama dengan penduduk desa Wari menjadi salah satu pertimbangan khusus bagi para pengungsi untuk tetap tinggal; 2) pengungsi Mamuya merasa senang, dan menikmati hidup di Desa Wari, karena kedua desa masih memiliki ikatan keluarga.ADAPTATION AND TOLERANCE OF MAMUYA REFUGEES IN TOBELO NORTH HALMAHERA This study aims to determine the factors that cause Mamuya refugees to prefer to stay in Wari Village compared to returning to their home village in Mamuya. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques carried out by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique was performed using the interactive data analysis technique of the Miles & Huberman model. The results showed that: 1) on average, Mamuya refugees who took refuge in Wari Village, most of them are Christians, there are also about 5 Protestant families with a total of three hundred inhabitants. The similarity of religion with the villagers of Wari is one of the special considerations for the refugees to stay; 2) Mamuya refugees feel happy and enjoy life in Wari Village because the two villages still have family ties.

Curriculum 2013 is one of government’s strategic to decrease the quality of education. SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga is one of school that has implemendted the curriculum since 2014. This evaluation research departs from the problem that found on implementation of curriculum 2013 at SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga, especially on math. The purpose of this study is to describes the implementation of curriculum 2013, especially on math subject at SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga. The subjects of this research are the student and math teachers in SMP Negeri 7 Salatiga. Data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study describes how the implementation of curriculum 2013 in schools is based on model of countenance stake evaluation and is guided by the standards that used. The results showed that: 1) at the antecedents stage, 100% meet the standards of the kurikulum 2013 tools and lesson planning; 2) at the transaction stage, 40% have not met the standards for learning implementation and 40% have not met the standards for the authentic assessment; 3) at the outcomes stage of 83.3% not meeting the standards for authentic assessment results.
