Quality of educational institutions is supported by several elements of the system including educational supervision carried out by school principals as supervisors as mandated by the Minister of National Education Regulation (Permendiknas) Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standards for Principals who must supervise education in the form of supervision and assessment of teacher performance. and employees who aim to assist teachers and employees in achieving educational goals ranging from planning, implementation and evaluation so that they can be optimal in carrying out institutional tasks within an organizational frame that leads to institutional quality. Educational supervision functions to coordinate all school efforts including all stakeholders in the school organization and expand experience through giving constructive criticism from the principal to teachers and employees. References for educational supervision include curriculum components, curriculum content and curriculum development strategies, improvement of teaching references in terms of making lesson plans, optimizing educational functions and educational goals as stated in the school's vision and mission.

In its development, the supervisor of the education unit is more directed to owning and understanding even demanded to be able to practice what is contained in the ministerial regulation on oversight. One of the demands is about competence in understanding the methods and techniques in supervision. A supervisor is a professional person when carrying out their duties, he acts on the basis of scientific principles to improve the quality of education. Teachers are one component of educational resources requiring supervision services. The importance of educational supervision assistance to teachers is deeply rooted in the life of the community. [1] To carry out supervision requires strengths that can see sharply to problems in improving the quality of education, use sensitivity to understand it and not just use ordinary eye sight, because what it observes is not concrete, visible problems, but requires sensitivity to the inner eye. A supervisor fosters improved academic quality related to efforts to create better learning conditions in the form of academic aspects, not merely physical material problems. When supervision is faced with the performance and quality control of education by the supervisor of the education unit, it certainly has a different mission from supervision by the school principal. It aims to provide services to school principals in developing the quality of educational institutions and facilitating school principals to be able to carry out institutional management effectively and efficiently. In this educational supervision paper will be discussed regarding the notion of educational supervision, the purpose of educational supervision, the function of educational supervision, basic principles of supervision and types of educational supervision.

In improving the quality of education at the school level one of them is educational leadership because it is one of the strategies that determine the emergence of changes in institutions to a better one. leadership must be improved in quality from time to time to advance the world of education at the national level through a system of values. In order for educational goals to be realized in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Because there is still a lot of education in schools that is implemented poorly because it does not see national education quality standards, the Quality of National Education will be measured through the attainment of all National Education Standards, including standards of content, process, competency, education and education, facilities and infrastructure education funding and assessment (PP RI No. 19 of 2005).One element of the quality of educational institutions is the quality of services carried out by these institutions to their stakeholders. the quality of service is part of the implementation of TQM education that is implemented by the leadership of the institution to its customers, so that in improving the quality, educational institutions must have several elements such as Tangible, intangible, Reliability, Responsive institution. Public leadership is related to the ability to establish cooperation and become a reference for the public with functional and operational management systems including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling in internal and external activities, with reference to the vision and mission of the institution.

this article describe about curriculum administration. administration originates from the Latin language, which consists of the words ad and ministrare which means to help, serve or direct. The word administration can be interpreted as any joint effort to assist, serve and direct all activities, in achieving a goal. The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the content and learning materials as well as the methods used to guide the implementation of learning activities to achieve certain educational goals (Law No.20 th 2003 on the National Education System). To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

It is necessary for Islamic educational institutions to have the power of changing themselves to be able to take part in determining the ideal and success of national education. Precisely, today, Islamic educational sys­tem is perceived weak and powerless in the dynamic of social changes have been occurring in the society. Even, this situation, it is frequently assumed as the burden of national education. Why can it be so? Aren't Islamic educational providers are also referring to the only one Law, that is, Law Number 20 year 2003 regarding National Educational System? What is wrong with Islamic education ? How is the quality of human resources of these providers? This article tries to answer those questions. This article also deals with analogue of Islamic Education as a subsystem of national education with family system in Islam. Fam­ily is a system. Child is a subsystem of the family. The more the child is matured and independent the better his/her family is.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has come out with the draft of ‘National Education Policy (NEP) 2016’ in April 2016. The new NEP 2016 seeks to create conditions to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and promote transparency in the management of education in the country. The policy prescriptions enunciated in the policy document are critically examined in the context of the objectives set out in the document. An attempt is made to survey some of the recommendations of the report and examine issues related to higher education in the country. The issues include financing education and the policy initiatives, language policy and higher education, accreditation and quality assurance in higher education, International linkages in higher education and autonomy of higher educational institutions. The general trend seen in the document in support of private investment and justification of moving private involvement from periphery to the centre in higher education is critically commented in the paper.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>
