Research on the relationship of self efficacy with stress levels in compiling the final project (thesis) FKIP .Islamic University Jember Year 2016 .Batch  Year with 31 students surveyed. The method used for data collection .ncludes observation, interviews and questionnaires, the analysis used is Product Moment correlation analysis. Based on the observation results obtained a description of the psychology of students when preparing their thesis, followed by interviews with 8 FKIP students, there were 6 students who experienced stress when facing thesis. The distribution of questionnaires to 31 students was continued, as many as 8 students in the category of high self-efficacy and moderate stress, 5 students in the category of moderate and high stress self-efficacy, and 18 students in the category of moderate self-efficacy and moderate stress. In this study students who are preparing the final project are in the medium category, meaning that between self efficacy and stress faced by balanced students. This proves that between self efficacy and stress levels students have a relationship. Keywords :Self Efficacy, Student Stress

30 subjects kept daily diaries of sleep-duration and stress levels for 4 mo. From these data, it was determined that during periods of high stress, sleep was reduced by about one standard deviation while during periods of low stress, sleep increased by about one-half a standard deviation. The relationship of these results to the relevant sleep-stress literature was briefly discussed.

During the severe phase of the pandemic, COVID-19 emergency workers were engaged in long and numerous shifts of duty, resulting in exposure to various stress factors. A high stress level is associated with risk of burnout. Resilience and personal accomplishment can effectively help mitigate and reduce emergency stress levels and emotional exhaustion. The main aim of this study was to analyze the relationship of emergency stress and hardiness with burnout among emergency workers. The participants included 494 emergency volunteers from the Red Cross Committee in Veneto, Italy, engaged in various health, emergency, and social activities aimed at COVID-19 patients and people at risk of contracting the virus. Questionnaires used to measure emergency stress, hardiness and burnout were administered on an online platform. We analyzed the influence of age, sex, weekly hours of service, stress risk factors, and use of personal protective equipment. To verify the predictive effects of risk and protective factors on burnout, correlational and multivariate analyses, and regressions were conducted. Hardiness showed an effect in reducing emergency stress levels, emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization and simultaneously increased personal accomplishment.

Kata kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kesiapan Kerja This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy with working readiness on students who are preparing a thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat. The sample in this study are 49 students of Psychology Department who are preparing thesis taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection uses a scale consisting of self-efficacy scale and working readiness scale. Analysis of the data used is using correlation analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with working readiness of 35,7%, so that the higher self efficacy, the higher the working readiness on students who are preparing thesis in Psychology Department of Medicine Faculty, University of Lambung Mangkurat. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Working Readiness

Purpose: to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and anxiety with learning motivation. Methodology: quantitative type with analytic design and cross sectional approach. Results: respondents in this study were 123 respondents, the distribution of the highest learning motivation variables with moderate learning motivation levels (69,9%), while for the highest self-efficacy variables with high self-efficacy levels (97.6%) and for variables anxiety is highest with moderate anxiety level (57,7%). The results of correlation analysis on learning motivation variables with self-efficacy obtained P 0,000 and the results of the correlation coefficient r 0.527. While the results of correlation analysis on variables Motivation learning with Anxiety obtained P  0.025 and the results of the correlation coefficient r -0.203. Conclusion: there is a relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety with learning motivation.

Abstract. This study aimed to investigate the relationship of employee strengths use with thriving at work by proposing a moderated mediation model. Data were collected at two time points, spaced by a 2-week interval. A total of 260 medical staff completed strengths use, perceived humble leadership, self-efficacy, and thriving scales. The results of path analysis showed that strengths use is positively related to thriving, and self-efficacy mediates the relationship of strengths use with thriving. In addition, this study also found perceived humble leadership to positively moderate the direct relationship of strengths use with self-efficacy and the indirect relationship of strengths use with thriving via self-efficacy. This study contributes to a better understanding of how and when strengths use affects thriving.

SummaryAs part of a population study on chronic lung disease in the Netherlands, an investigation is made of the relationship of both age and sex with indices describing the maximum expiratory flow-volume (MEFV) curve. To determine the relationship, non-linear canonical correlation was used as realized in the computer program CANALS, a combination of ordinary canonical correlation analysis (CCA) and non-linear transformations of the variables. This method enhances the generality of the relationship to be found and has the advantage of showing the relative importance of categories or ranges within a variable with respect to that relationship. The above is exemplified by describing the relationship of age and sex with variables concerning respiratory symptoms and smoking habits. The analysis of age and sex with MEFV curve indices shows that non-linear canonical correlation analysis is an efficient tool in analysing size and shape of the MEFV curve and can be used to derive parameters concerning the whole curve.

College students are sleeping less during the week than reported a few years ago. Lack of sleep among college students has been identified as one of the top three healthrelated impediments to academic performance by the American College Health Association’s National College Health Assessment survey; and it is associated with lower grades, incompletion of courses, as well as negative moods. This research examines the underlying dynamics of lack of sleep on academic motivation, a key predictor of academic performance. Specifically, the relationship of sleep habits with self-efficacy, performance versus mastery goal orientation, persistence, and tendency to procrastinate were investigated. Findings indicate that 42% of the participants (159 students out of a total of 377) experience excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS); and those identified with EDS tend: (1) to be motivated by performance goals rather than mastery goals; (2) to engage in procrastination (a self-handicapping strategy) to a greater extent than students who are rested; and (3) to have decreased self-efficacy, as compared to students not reporting EDS. Several recommendations for campus health professionals to consider for a Healthy Campus Initiative are made based on the findings.
