In the context of the globalization of the world economy, the issue of ensuring the financial security of the state is a condition of its national security and acquires special significance. The article examines the indicators of financial security, establishes a system of precursors - indicators of the financial security of the state, allowing to predict the onset of negative consequences. the main indicators of the financial security of the Russian Federation were assessed.

The article is devoted to the study of information security of Ukraine in the conditions of hybrid war, confrontation of hybrid threats from the Russian Federation, as well as priority directions for the effective provision of information security in our country. The analysis of this problem shows that the current state of Ukraine's information security system is characterized by an increase in existing threats, and on the other hand by the emergence of new challenges. Technological innovation processes, information breakthroughs, globalization of the world and tendencies of regional integration, along with providing enormous opportunities for the country's progressive development, have many negative consequences. One of the consequences has been the intensification of hybrid warfare between world countries, including against Ukraine. States' capacity to conduct information and information-psychological operations, to increase the sensitivity of society to the death of civilians and to the loss of military personnel in military conflicts are increasing. In the current conditions of globalization, the technological basis of which is the global information and telecommunication networks and a single information space, there is a tendency to change the principles and methods of management, including in military affairs. The ability of information to influence people's worldview and moods gives them the opportunity to gain an advantage over an adversary without engaging in a forceful confrontation with him. In fact, the correct method of working with information has become a new way of conducting an armed struggle, namely a hybrid war. In this regard, the leading countries of the world are undergoing a gradual transformation of approaches to the formulation of military policy of the state, which are practically embodied in ensuring the information security of the state in the conditions of hybrid war. The full-scale information war of Russia against our state has demonstrated the importance of ensuring information security as one of the main components of national security. In view of the above, the state and military authorities of the country were tasked with developing effective measures to neutralize the negative information impact of the Russian Federation and counteract its further deployment. The article also analyzes well-known approaches to improving the effectiveness of state response to national security threats in the information sphere in the context of the current armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. It is established that in order to achieve the appropriate level of information security it is necessary to create a single state mechanism for ensuring information security. A method for solving problems arising in this field is proposed.

This article describes the various approaches to the analysis of the current situation and the justification of the further development prospects of the Russian industry represented at the round table on June 21,2018 inthe State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on a subject: «Legislative providing industrial policy of the Russian Federation: technologies, innovations, investments». Attention had also been drawn to issues requiring the globalization, the industrial development inequality of the countries of the world and the Russian regions, the dependences of economic growth on the state of the knowledge economy, the industrial and monetary and credit policy interrelations, the changes in the system of the state regulation of the Russian industry, the business moods, the technological updating results of the industrial enterprises, the features of the investment projects financing in Russia and in industrialized countries, the prospects of the introduction in Russia of the digital technologies of the industrial production management. Among offers of the situation significant improvement there are: the providing for the economic relations participants of the equal competitive opportunities; the completion of the Federal law «About Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation», the involvement in the economy of free money, the updating on the basis of the problems settlement with the financing of the enterprises of the fixed assets, the selective development of the import substitution, the distribution of the positive experience of the successful industrial companies. The author points to a need of the involvement in the discussion and the other important questions concerning the comprehensive analysis of the reasons of the serious lag of the Russian enterprises from the enterprises of the industrialized countries generating the negative consequences; the labor productivity at the industrial enterprises of the different countries of the world and factors of its growth; the influences of the developed bureaucracy, the administrative barriers, the corruption on a situation in the various industries, the applications of the concept of the economical production, the energy productivity and a resource conservation, etc.

Against the background of increasing the factor of power in international relations of the states of the Euro-Atlantic, Eurasian and Asia-Pacific regions, undermining the system of global security, it is becoming clearer that the role of the Russian Federation lies in maintaining the strategic balance and balance of power in the world. This trend is becoming a key one in ensuring the stability of the system of international economic relations. Theoretical and methodological experience of past generations influenced the world community on adequate understanding of the real threats to national security. The analysis of the processes of interconnections and interdependences of military and economic security (as components of national security) revealed the mobility of the configuration of and shifting towards the priority of successful and prosperous economic development of the individual and society. The emphasis on solving the large-scale tasks facing the Russian state in the economy, social sphere, and infrastructure is stipulated by both the inefficiency of the processes of militarization and the arms race from a military point of view, and the unjustified costs from an economic point of view. The desire of Russian Federation for the effective functioning of the state policy is now confirmed by the concentration of efforts of the individual, society and the state on the introduction of outstanding achievements that underlie promising military developments in high-tech industries. When predicting the course and outcome of the processes of saving human civilization on our planet, it is logical and useful for the world community to take into account the expediency of extrapolation of the positive trend set by Russia, and the firm consolidation of this trend for many years.

he article attempts to formulate the criminal law component of the problem of support national security, based on the National Security Strategy approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 2021. The authors consider the formation of the national security domestic paradigm, highlight the stages of creating a system of national security legal regulation in the Russian Federation, and assess the effectiveness of such regulation. It is concluded that the negative consequences of the reforms carried out in Russia partly themselves pose a threat to its national security. The article studies the formation of the state criminal law policy; the development of criminal law measures against terrorism, extremism, economic crime and corruption; countering the malicious use of artificial intelligence and robotics as priority areas of countering threats to national security by criminal legal means. The formation of an effective criminal legal framework for countering economic crime and corruption is associated with the development of the modern criminal and criminal-legal policy concept. The changes in Russian legislation aimed at ensuring national security through the tightening a number of the Criminal Code norms in relation to terrorist and extremist crimes after the coup d’état in Ukraine in 2014 are illustrative. The risks of malicious use of artificial intelligence require a proactive reaction of the domestic legislator. Analyzing the sphere of development of the economic foundations of the state and society, it is necessary to focus on the conditions of fierce competition from foreign goods, works and services. At the same time, it is impossible not to take into account the fact that competition is often associated not only with scientific and technological advantages, but also with various kinds of abuses on the part of legal entities, which brings the authors back to the discussion on the introduction of the institution of legal entities criminal liability in the Russian Federation.

В статье автором изучен такой общественно опасный феномен как коррупция, в частности, коррупционные правонарушения сотрудников УИС, вызывающие наибольший резонанс и создающие реальную угрозу не только пенитенциарной, но и национальной безопасности государства, поскольку именно сотрудники УИС должны являться гарантом обеспечения законности, правопорядка и справедливого исполнения наказаний. Показывается, что в борьбе с данным негативным явлением одним из эффективных средств является правовое просвещение и воспитание, поскольку причиной многих коррупционных правонарушений, совершаемых в УИС, является правовая безграмотность сотрудников. На основе проведенного анкетирования были изучены содержание, формы и методы работы сотрудниками УИС по правовому просвещению в рамках профилактической деятельности в борьбе с коррупцией в УИС. Автор приходит к выводу, что достижение реальных результатов в деле формирования атмосферы нетерпимости к коррупционным проявлениям, подрывающим авторитет государственной службы в Российской Федерации, возможно только путем консолидации всех усилий, а проводимый комплекс информационно-пропагандистских и просветительских мероприятий дает положительные результаты. In the article the author studied such socially dangerous phenomenon as corruption, in particular - corruption offenses of CES employees, causing the greatest resonance and creating a real threat not only to penitentiary, but also to national security of the state, since it is the CES employees should be the guarantor of legality, law and order and fair execution of punishment. It is shown that one of the effective means to combat this negative phenomenon is legal enlightenment and education, since the cause of many corruption offenses committed in the CES is the legal illiteracy of employees. The content, forms and methods of work on legal education as part of preventive anti-corruption work with employees of prisons have been studied on the basis of the questionnaire. The author concludes that the achievement of real results in the formation of an atmosphere of intolerance to corrupt practices that undermine the authority of public service in the Russian Federation is possible only through the consolidation of all efforts, and the ongoing set of outreach and educational activities gives positive results.
