This article presents the author’s position on the use of modern financial technologies (FinTech) in the practice of managing domestic industrial companies. In particular, the use of modern financial technologies is possible in the current (operational) financial and economic activities of companies, as well as in their investment and financial activities. The authors considered the key aspects of the development of financial technologies, while identifying five waves of active development of FinTech in Russia. The authors set out the results of a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms of functioning of FinTech in the modern economic conditions of domestic industrial companies using the example of e-commerce. The features of existing e-commerce systems are considered: B2B, B2G, B2C and C2C. An overview of the possibilities of using various instruments of financial technologies in various types of activities of Russian industrial companies is given. Based on the analysis of actual data from 156 largest industrial companies in Russia (out of 17 industries) included in the Expert-400 rating of the country’s four hundred largest companies, the directions of the formation of modern financial relations, including the supply of goods and services based on the digitalization of management processes using modern tools: e-commerce, including blockchain platforms, as well as Big Data, mobile applications for employees or clients, machine learning. It is shown that practically all the largest industrial companies in Russia – the leaders of their industries – are actively introducing and using all modern financial technologies in their activities. The directions of transformation of business processes of industrial companies in Russia are investigated within the framework of the concept of sustainable development of their business in terms of using a variety of FinTech tools and digitalization. Prospects for the use of modern financial technology tools in industrial production in the first half of the XXI century are considered

Today, due to the negative transformation processes that have affected the management system of the Russian industry, government regulation does not bring the desired effect in the chemical industry. This leads to the fact that the rates of development of hydrogen energy are significantly lower than the potential ones. In this work, the development of the chemical industry in the twentieth century and its role in the Russian industry were investigated. During the twentieth century, this industry went through several important levels and in the 1960-1970s a global revolution took place in it. The article describes the structural changes that took place from 1965 to 1980, when, with the help of L.A. Kostandov, the most powerful and gigantic state chemical concern was created. The authors also studied the methods of hydrogen production in different countries, presented the advantages and disadvantages of water electrolysis, the use of energy from nuclear power plants during the period of low loads in the USA, Europe, and Japan. During the study, the problems of the chemical sector in Russia were identified and the negative consequences that can result from ignoring them. Also, the main factors hampering the development of the chemical industry were identified, which determined the relevance of considering the issues of reforming the Russian chemical complex.

Abstract The use of information technologies in construction makes it possible to assess the strength capabilities of various classes of reinforcement in order to use the full strength potential of steels laid down at the production stage. The information obtained during the study of the properties of steels is important both for building structures and for metals used in the manufacture of load-bearing car bodies, in the construction of which high-strength steels are also used. In terms of the quality of the steels produced, the Russian industry is among the leaders in the world along with the largest European companies. The high characteristics of steel make it possible to expand the range of their application, both in conditions of elevated and in conditions of low temperatures.

The paper analyzes the main directions of the investment policy in Russia in 2020. The author makes an  overview of the federal laws and legislative initiatives adopted during this period under consideration. The paper  outlines the prospects for the application of a new type of investment agreements, namely, agreements on the protection and encouragement of investment. It also explores changes in the current legislation concerning the  strategic areas of the Russian economy and migration. The author proposes innovations in terms of lifting the ban  concerning the establishment of control in some sectors of Russian industry by a foreign investor and analyzes  initiatives to simplify the procedure for the accreditation of branches and representative offices of foreign legal  entities and the procedure for a foreign investor to obtain a residence permit in Russia. The author concludes that  the investment policy of the Russian Federation is aimed at ensuring a favorable investment climate and at increasing  the interest of foreign investors in the Russian jurisdiction, including the industries in particular need of development.

The article discusses the main uses of bacteriophages as an alternative or supplement to antibiotic therapy. The authors characterize the drugs of bacteriophages and perfume and cosmetic products containing bacteriophages presented on the pharmaceutical market of the Russian Federation. Prospects and algorithms for the extemporal manufacture of medicinal forms with bacteriophages for personalized therapy, developed in countries of Europe, USA, China, Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of scientific publications on the main international databases shows the interest of the developers in the problem of the creation of new bacteriophages preparations with stable titer in different medicinal forms for routes of medication administration. One of the problems of pharmaceutical development of such products is the insufficient regulatory framework. It was noted that for the first time in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation a general pharmacopaedic article Bacteriophages medicinal-prophylactic and private pharmacopaedic articles about the main bacteriophages and their cocktails produced by the Russian industry were introduced. It has been shown that expansion of the range of medicinal forms and ways of introducing bacteriophages, extemporal manufacture of effective and stable preparations along with their industrial production an attainable task.

The article analyzes the factors that impede the development of the processes of investment of fixed capital in the Russian industry. It is substantiated that the forces restraining the modernization, renewal of fixed assets and the introduction of high technologies are mainly concentrated in the external environment of the industrial company. Based on the calculation of the coefficients of variation, the Herfindahl-Hirschman index, and growth indices, the article analyzes the influence of the policy of sanctions pressure, the level of diversification and regional differentiation of the Russian economy on the processes of investment of fixed capital. A noticeable negative impact of the sanctions pressure on the Russian economy was noted. It was expressed in a decrease in the growth rate of investment in fixed assets. The positive impact of reciprocal protectionism was expressed in an increase in the diversification of the Russian economy and a decrease in regional differentiation in terms of investments in fixed assets.

В статье проводится описание алгоритмов и методики создания универсального контрольно-измерительного программного комплекса, применяемого в высокотехнологичном судостроении при монтаже и наладке бортового оборудования изделий. Комплекс решает задачу импортозамещения подобных программных продуктов для Российской промышленности. Проводится расшифровка применяемого в сети протокола, с помощью авторского программного монитора, и передача данных по состоянию каждого элемента бортовой системы на авторский визуализатор, где информация по состоянию элементов отображается в цифровом, графическом или анимационном виде. Комплекс строится на базе отечественных компонентов оборудования (адаптеров сетевых протоколов). Рассматриваются, предложенные автором, концепция и принципы компоновки программных модулей и новый алгоритм обработки данных циклического буфера примененных адаптеров. Приводятся результаты сравнительного анализа информационного потока комплекса и графиков реального изменения показаний датчиков контролируемых величин, подтверждающие адекватность работы созданного программного обеспечения. The article describes the algorithms and methods for creating a universal control and measuring software complex used in high-tech shipbuilding during the installation and adjustment of onboard equipment of products. The complex solves the problem of import substitution of similar software products for the Russian industry. The protocol used in the network is deciphered using the author's program monitor, and data is transmitted on the state of each element of the on-board system to the author's visualizer, where information on the state of the elements is displayed in digital, graphic or animation form. The complex is built on the basis of domestic equipment components (network protocol adapters). Considered, proposed by the author, the concept and principles of the layout of software modules and a new algorithm for processing the data of the cyclic buffer of the applied adapters. The results of a comparative analysis of the information flow of the complex and graphs of the real change in the readings of the monitored quantities, confirming the adequacy of the work of the created software, are presented.
