This article discusses the extreme importance of peer educators participating in collaborative research, as it enhances professional dialogue and mutual risk, which gives educators the chance to “learn to learn” and explore why something works and doesn’t work in different contexts. Thus, the contribution of research to professional growth of the teacher is potentially very high for improving the quality of learning outcomes for students. It has been proven that the involvement of practitioners in research and their participation contributes to the successful improvement of the school in various ways: through the exchange of information on effective practice; involving practitioners in testing new ideas, implementing and monitoring.

The most important thing in teaching a language is teaching culture. Language teaching and culture are inextricably linked. Although differences between cultures are a prerequisite and basis for cultural exchange, they also cause conflicts and communication barriers when different cultures come into contact with each other. It is an intercultural language teaching activity. Students should not only learn the Russian language itself, but also face various cultural factors in the context of the Russian language, therefore, resolving cultural conflicts is an urgent task for teaching languages. This article summarizes previous research, takes linguistic and cultural studies as a theoretical basis, analyzes cultural conflicts in language teaching, considers cultural conflicts as a research subject, and analyzes and analyzes the causes of conflicts in order to find suitable ways to reduce conflicts and promote healthy development of Russian teaching. language.

We look at the challenges of developing lexical skills when teaching a foreign language for business communication to future specialists in logistics facing fewer hours and growing amount of unsupervised work of students. We suggest revising the contents of the conventional stages of teaching vocabulary. We substantiate the advisability of using the didactic potential of the online service Quizlet for teaching professional terminology to students of non-linguistic universities.

In elementary school mathematics, the application of many methods is less common in high school practice. Therefore, in this study, we studied the opinion of students who will become teachers in primary school mathematics about the application of many methods in mathematics. Before and after the elective course, students are asked questions to determine the advantages and disadvantages of using several methods and interviewed, analyzed the results and made conclusions.
