An institution that works for individuals or is fretful with fulfilling the requirements of students may have a climate where the teachers sense an assured egotism and self-importance, have their place in that organization. Various factors are involved to get the highest competence and output from the teachers i.e. service safety, positive institutional climate, and good income. The self-confidence of professors and a positive university climate play an important role to give the students a quality education. This study identified the university atmosphere and examined the influence of the university environment on the confidence of professors. A mixed-methods approach was used to perform the study. The initial seven plus ten declarations on the tool signify the exposed environment, and the preceding seven plus ten avowals represent the confined environment. A self-developed morale scale and face-to-face meetings were steered for data collection. The population of the study was 4210 teachers and 350 heads of departments in Punjab province. The sample was 35 leaders, 255 male and 171 female teachers from public sector universities in Punjab, using proportional, and stratified random sampling techniques. Tested the readability test of the revisions with participants, the null hypotheses were tested. Both data were analyzed with quantitative and qualitative analytical tools that followed the content analysis technique. The results showed that most public sector universities in Pakistan have an open climate like a closed university climate. However, it was found that noteworthy variance existed in the ethical level of teachers working in open and closed atmospheres.

The intent of this research is to analyse female students’ perspective on online education in public sector universities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan. To get a better understanding of these perceptions, the Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) (Kohat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan), has been selected for this qualitative, exploratory, and interpretive study. The data for the study was analysed using the discourse analysis technique, and themes were extracted from the data. This analysis enabled us to delve into specific issues linked to female students’ experiences regarding online learning. This goal was achieved by relating access to and use of technological resources and the effectiveness of online classes. Keeping in view the application of online classes, both pros and cons are discussed as compared to face-to-face classes. The findings indicate the need to adapt and adjust the methodology’s implementation by taking into account not only its unique characteristics but also its merits and demerits. To sum up, incorporating such a technique into the educational environment may be justified if specialised training is obtained to maximise the potential of online classes.

Abstract: The background of this research is the lack of students understanding of Islamic economics and to find out the role of students in the development of Islamic economics within the University. The development of Islamic economics can increase, if students can apply Islamic economics well. Students are believed to be the nation's successors who are genius, creative and intelligent, have a high spirit of spirit that can foster a sense of self-confidence. In Indonesia itself, the sharia economy is growing over time, and it has been proven because there are practices such as debt by contract without usury. The business that is currently trending in Indonesia is online buying and selling contracts, because it is considered more practical. In Indonesia, there are also many Islamic banks based on the Qur'an and hadith that have been set by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). With this research, students have an awareness of the importance of Islamic economics and can apply it both in the university environment and in the general environment. This work presents research related to the learning strategies used in a university environment in face-to-face education, the strategies mentioned are the active master class, the case study, the debate, the game of roles and project-based learning. Methodology: A descriptive design was used, carrying out data collection through the "University Students Learning Strategy Assessment Questionnaire". Results: Students have enough learning strategies to achieve the objective of their university studies successfully. In addition, there is acceptance by students of the implementation of the various strategies in a face-to-face course, as it allows them to address the issues using the strategy that allows better learning. Conclusions: Given the process of applying the educational model in Higher Education, learning environments should be created that facilitate innovation and student participation in the teaching-learning process, considering both the component teaching as the human dimension. In in-person students, the results demonstrate better information storage skills.

Sexual violence within university populations is a well-known problem, however relatively little is known about the experience of sexual violence among New Zealand university students. There is even less known about women‟s experiences of sexual violence occurring in university halls of residence. This thesis addresses this gap in knowledge and understanding. Influenced by feminist perspectives and adopting a qualitative framework, this research employed semi-structured face-to-face interviews with four victims/survivors of sexual violence in university halls, and six key informants who work with students living in student accommodation or at the wider university. This study found that sexual violence occurring in halls had devastating impacts for women, affecting their personal, emotional, social and academic worlds. Further, this study also found that women were unlikely to disclose through formal channels such as the Police, but disclosure to informal supports was common. As well as this, data suggested that responding to sexual violence in this context is complex, as the needs of both alleged victims and alleged perpetrators must be carefully balanced. This complexity has meant that current responses to sexual violence are in many ways reactive rather than proactive and need to be comprehensively developed to respond to the unique challenges provided within the university environment. The findings from this study support the development of robust sexual violence response processes and the widespread delivery of education about sexual violence among university students, as well as for those charged with managing students‟ welfare.
