This study aims to determine the strategy of developing financing products in an effort to increase the capacity of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Islamic people’s financing bank (BPRS) UMMU in Bangil Pasuruan. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results of this study ate the existence of BPRS UMMU in Bangil Pasuruan is very beneficial for the community especially thosr who have small an medium micro businesses because with the financing can help in terms of capital, increase the capacity to trade and help sustain the economy in Bangil Pasuruan.

The phenomenon of this research is that entertainment tax revenue in DKI Jakarta has not been maximized. this is because there is still a lack of awareness of taxpayers and entertainment tax collection that has not been running optimally. This study aims to determine the analysis of strategies for increasing entertainment tax revenue in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate: (1) the strategy for entertainment tax revenue can be increased due to cooperation with other agencies and extensification of entertainment tax objects, as well as monitoring and collection. (2) the obstacle is the lack of awareness of taxpayers and resources, and (3) the efforts that have been made, namely by increasing the quality and quantity of resources both within the organization and the taxpayer itself.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of Intangible Assets of Intellectual Property of Small and Medium Enterprises as objects of credit guarantees, and the concept of appraisal institutions in assessing the valuation of intangible assets of intellectual property of Small and Medium Enterprises as objects of credit guarantees in order to improve the creative economy of the community. The method used in this research is empirical juridical. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques data collection through library research and field studies (through questionnaires, focus group discussions, and interviews). The results of the study found that the five factors that affect the effectiveness of Intangible Assets intellectual property of Small and Medium Enterprises as objects of credit guarantees are legal factors, law enforcement, infrastructure, society and culture. The legal factor that affects is there is no special legal product for public appraisers of IPR Intangible assets. In the practice, IPR intangible assets have not been accepted by all banks as objects of basic guarantees but only as objects of additional guarantees. It is caused by no trust from the bank toward the value of IPR as basic guarantees, there have been no appraisal institutions, and there is not intellectual property rights market yet, that makes IPR is not commonly used by banks and SMEs as IP owners. The concept of appraisal institutions in assessing the valuation of intangible assets of intellectual property of small and medium businesses as objects of credit guarantees, in order to improve the creative economy of the community, is necessary to form an appraisal agency through the products of laws and regulations. These regulations, among others, regulate the intangible assets of IPR, the purposes and objectives of the IPR assessment, the requirements to become an IPR appraiser, the function and authority of IPR assessment, the valuation method used, and so on.

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments

Academics are interested in exploring small and medium business actors both from a macro perspective that examines external factors in developing small and medium business actors, as well as from a micro perspective on internal determinants that contribute to the performance for small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial character on external funding and the development of small and medium business actors. This research is a quantitative study that explains the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Research location in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. The population in this study were 136 entrepreneurs who made loans to banks (State-owned enterprises) in the city of Makassar. The sampling of this study used the census sampling method (saturated sample). The data collection method uses a survey method with primary data collection in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modelling. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character variable had a significant effect on external funding and the development of small and medium business actors. Therefore, based on research findings, efforts to enhance the development of small and medium business actors in further research can develop further models.

This research is aimed to evaluate  the implementation of Micro, Small and medium enterprise development Program in PT Freeport Indonesia. The method used for this research was qualitative descriptive, using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. Primary data was obtain through interviews and observation, and secondary data document study. The results showed that Program Context, Input and process were classified as high category, while   outcomes as moderate categories. The overall evaluation shows Moderate categories.The Program was rendered effective to achieve the goal of enhancing the Micro, Small and Medium enterprise Development.It should be continued and further enhanced by the management to acquire better enterprise graduates.Keywords: Evaluation of Program, Micro, small and medium enterprise, PT Freeport Indonesia

Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.

This research paper addresses the challenges and opportunities in building resilient Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Zambia. The paper also examines the different forms of resilience and there implications on organisational resilience. The findings indicates that challenges encountered by MSMEs in building resilient business organisations can be addressed in different ways including through the development and implementation of monitoring and response capabilities, learning abilities and anticipation. The research study relied on secondary data sources and was able to conclude that building resilient MSMEs was vital for the survival of these business organisations.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>
