Berry tea is a perennial vine. Its scientific name is ampelopsis grossedentata. It belongs to vitaceae and is widely spread in the Tujia people of Xiangxi, Hunan Province. By adopting appropriate agricultural planting technology, rational use of organic selenium fertilizer and nutritional conditioner, we can produce high-quality berry tea with more healthy and even medicinal value and high selenium content, and realize double protection of human health with high selenium content and high flavonoids. Under the existing planting system, through the supplement of breeding links, constructing ecological recycling agricultural system combining planting and raising, not only can greatly enrich the supply of table agricultural products, but also can effectively ensure the high quality and high safety of agricultural products, and can effectively enrich the local agricultural industrial structure.Key words: berry tea; selenium-enriched; ecological agriculture; industrial revitalization and economic development

In conditions of climate change, when temperature and precipitation fluctuations occur more and more frequently during the growing season, it is necessary to obtain high quality seedlings with "immunity" to various stress factors, including high weediness, the damage from which is associated with a decrease in yield (by 25 -35%) and with a deterioration in the quality of agricultural products. Due to the imbalance in production technology, seedlings are often weakened, overgrown, with a low yield per unit area and survival rate in the field. One of the solutions to this problem is the use of PP for pre-sowing seed treatment to increase the competitiveness of seedlings in the field.

In connection with the constant growth of demand for high-quality food products, there is a need to develop effective methods for storing agricultural products, and the registration and predicting infection in the early stages. The studying of the physical properties of infected plants and seeds has fundamental importance for determining crop losses, conducting a survey of diseases, and assessing the effectiveness of their control (assessment of the resistance of crops and varieties, the effect of fungicides, etc.). Presently, photoluminescent methods for diagnosing seeds in the ultraviolet and visible ranges have not been studied. For research, seeds of winter wheat were selected, and were infected with one of the most common and dangerous diseases for plants—fusarium. The research of luminescence was carried out based on a hardware–software complex consisting of a multifunctional spectrofluorometer “Fluorat-02-Panorama”, a computer with software “Panorama Pro” installed, and an external camera for the samples under study. Spectra were obtained with a diagnostic range of winter wheat seeds of 220–400 nm. Based on the results obtained for winter wheat seeds, it is possible to further develop a method for determining the degree of fusarium infection.

The purpose of the article is to develop instrumentarium for determination ofthe level of food security. In order to achieve the set goal, the authors use method ofmonitoring and economic & mathematical modeling of manufacture and consumption ofagricultural products. In the process of the research, the authors test this method by theexample of modern Russia and determine the existence of the problem of food security. Inorder to solve this problem, the authors develop recommendations for stabilization ofagricultural production, as a basis of country’s food security. The authors also conductanalysis of agricultural development of developed countries and determine primary tasks, solution of which will stipulate provision of the required level of food security. As a resultof the research, the authors come to the conclusion that the developed recommendationscan be directions of unified state approach to solving the problem of achievement of foodsecurity and formation of agrarian policy. At that, it should be noted that policy which isaimed at achievement of national-level goal cannot be formed without relevantinformational provision. Therefore, agriculture authorities must possess full, high-quality,and actualized information. Elements of state policy in the sphere of achievement of foodsecurity can stipulate achieving indicators which are determined by national doctrine andform optimal level of cooperation of national agriculture production and foreign partners.

This article examines the sectors of the economy of countries during the pandemic, as well as the issues of growing and exporting agricultural products. The article examines the processes of production of vegetables and fruits in the agricultural sector, their processing high - quality supply of the population, and export. In this article, the authors emphasize the importance of reforms and measures taken in our country not only to save the economy in the event of a pandemic but also to protect our greatest wealth from threats, to ensure their dignified life and long-term development.

The proposed solar dryer (S / D) has a polycarbonate coating, which is actually a combined dryer. By drying an agricultural products in the proposed apparatus, it is possible to get ecologically pure and high quality food. The "greenhouse effect" in S / D ensures the temperature under the glass is 15-25°C, higher than the ambient temperature. In windy weather, the product to be dried cannot be left in the open air due to strong winds, in this device drying in windy weather occurs no less intensively than in hot weather, although the air temperature in S / D is not high. During wind it is recommended to locate the S / D with the inlet towards the wind. The high drying speed occurs due to the increased convective movement. The wind creates a fan effect both at the inlet S / D and at the outlet - at the end of the pipe. In the proposed installation, it is possible to dry various agricultural products, both in direct sunlight and without them.

AbstractIn this study, famous Zhejiang teas were evaluated as a well-advertised source of selenium. The 25 samples from provinces around China and Asia were purchased in Warsaw tea shops. The speciation analysis of selenium as well as the evaluation of catechin content in water tea infusions was performed using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS/MS). It turned out that all of tested samples can be a great source of organic selenium species (no traces of inorganic selenium was found), however, Zhejiang teas did not differ much among others. Such a conclusion can also be drawn when comparing the antioxidant capacity of the tested samples, obtained with the application of four methods (Folin–Ciocalteu method, scavenging of the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical, hydroxyl radical scavenging and cupric reducing ability assay). What is more, no correlation was found between the selenium content and the antioxidant activity of studied teas. The results obtained for the six samples from Zhejiang Province were very varied, which shows that it is very difficult to interpret the results and compare them with the results of other authors.
