The purpose of this study is to determine the style of leadership and work discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. The research used multiple linear regression technique. The results showed that the variables of leadership style and work discipline affect positively and significantly on the performance of employees simultaneously. Partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. R Square is 0.192. This shows that the variables X1 and X2 explain to variable Y is 19.2% and the rest of 80.8% is determined by other factors outside the independent variables of this study such as delegation of authority, employee maintenance, incentives

Faktor fundamental dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan: Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Kata Kunci :  Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Beta.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine and examine the influence of fundamental factors and systematic risk on the company's stock returns incorporated in the LQ45 index. Fundamental factors in this study are proxied by: Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Whereas systematic risk is proxied by Beta (β). The sample of this study consisted of 26 companies which for 5 consecutive years were incorporated in the LQ45 index, from 2014-2108. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study is a multiple linear regression technique with the following results: 1) Simultaneously the independent variables used in this study affect stock returns, 2) Partially the variables that affect stock returns are Beta (β) , 3) Partially Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables have no effect on stock returns. Keywords :   Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Beta.

This study aims to identify the influence of attitude variables, subjective norms, religiosity, entrepreneurial knowledge, and demographic factors on entrepreneurial interest. The population of this study were all active students of IAIN Salatiga. While the number of samples used were 374 students. Multiple linear regression technique was applied in this study to analyze the data. The results obtained from this study are simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. While partially, the variables that have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship are attitudes, subjective norms, entrepreneurial knowledge, study programs, and entrepreneurial experience. While the variables of religiosity, gender, age, entrepreneurship courses, and campus organization partially have no significant effect. The advice that can be given based on this research is that the IAIN Salatiga institution should continue to encourage students to grow interest in entrepreneurship, these efforts can be made through strengthening entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurial training.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of Riau Province ..Data analysis in this research is done by using descriptive and quantitative method. Descriptive method of data analysis by decomposition of theories contained in the bibliography and associated with the data obtained from the results of research that will be collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusions. And the quantitative method with linear regression technique sedrhana .. The sample taken in this research is amounted to 69 people, Based on the above output obtained t-count value of 9.626 while for the value t_tabel obtained the value of t_hitung (9,626)> from t_tabel (1.99601), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of supervision on employee performance, obtained the value of R_square or coefficient of determination of 0.580, which has the meaning of the influence of supervisory variables against the kiner ja of 58.0% while the rest of 42.0% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study it is expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.

The study sought to examine the extent to which directive and achievement-oriented path-goal leadership styles influence employee performance of coffee trading companies in Kenya. The positivism philosophy was adopted and the design used was a descriptive correlational research design. The population for the study was 180 senior managers of coffee trading companies in Kenya. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation while the inferential statistical analysis included correlational analysis, chi-square and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that directive leadership style negatively and significantly predict employee performance, R2= 0.035, F(1, 114) = 4.141,  p≤ .05, β = -0.153, p≤ .05. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that achievement-oriented leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee performance, R2= 0.161, F(1, 116) = 20.686, p ≤. .05, β = 0.391, p≤ .05. The study provided a unique contribution to the theory and practice of leadership by contributing to knowledge in the application of Path-goal leadership styles in coffee trading companies. The study findings led to the conclusion that the use of a directive leadership style in coffee trading companies can adversely affect performance and leaders should exercise caution if they have to use this style.
