Education, motivation and compensation are important things that can improve performance. This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study it is expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.

The influence of both research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance in BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH is influenced by motivation education and compensation. The remaining 31.0% employee performance in BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH is influenced by other variables that affect Employee performance.

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk mendukung jalannya bisnis perusahaan dibidang properti. Sehingga penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai dasar kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui variabel lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksploratif dan software SPSS for Windows versi 24. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependent sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Kompetensi (X2) dan Kompensasi (Y) sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Jasamarga Properti dengan populasi sebanyak 64 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga seluruh karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. (1) Persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,419 + 0,313 X1 + 0,199 X2 + 0,187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0,759, F = 59,844 (2) Lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Kompetensi dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil dari Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 1,419. Apabila X1, X2 dan X3 dianggap nol maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,419 dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk kategori sangat tidak baik.     Abstract: Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. The variables are Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable,  Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2) and Compensation (X3) as independent variables. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). The results obtained from this study are the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, compensation has an effect on employee performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency. and the work environment has a more dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sport, Majene Regency.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance</em></p>

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak”Kutai Kartanegara.”The results of”the multiple linear regression test partially found that training and development had a significant influence on the performance of the production department“employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara”. The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

The automotive industry is one of the mainstay sectors whose development continues to be prioritized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 45 respondents. Statistical tests use simple linear regression equations, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and significance tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, based on the results of data analysis shows that from the correlation of 0.619 it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between leadership style on the employee performance of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the leadership style contributes 38.3% to employee performance, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. Simple linear regression equation Y = 1.454 + 0.629X In the hypothesis test tcount 5.163> ttable 1.68 then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at the PPIC Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang.

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok. The influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land of South Solok and the influence of work motivation, work discipline and leadership on performance at the Department of Employment General, Spatial and Land Affairs of South Solok Regency. The sample used was 51 people against employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression which measures the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this research indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok, Work discipline does not have a significant effect on Performance at the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok Regency and Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership influence the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency.

This study is shown to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at PT. Safco Multi Trading Medan. Price and product quality as independent variables and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research. Data obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression equation with the equation Y = 4.020 + 0.378X1 + 0.500X2. This analysis includes the t test in the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 3.619 with Sig 0.001 and the t test in the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 5.639 with Sig 0.000, R-Square of 0.391, f test of 26.355 with Sig 0.000. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading. Product quality has a positive and significant effect of 39.1% on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading, purchasing decision is a moderating variable in influencing product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Shafco Multi Trading so that 60.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

The purpose of this study is whether job training, career development and work environment have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Persada Indonesia's Persada Welfare Foundation. The population in this study came from the number of employees who worked, namely 43 people. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 43 respondents with multiple linear regression methods. In this study, using a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees encountered. The results showed that the variables of job training, career development and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Persada Persada Indonesia Welfare Foundation, either partially or simultaneously.
