The research objective was to obtain an overview of farming costs and revenue and analyze the feasibility of cassava farming income in Mojo Village. The research was conducted from March 2019 to April 2019. The type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% with a sample of 53 farmers as respondents. Data analysis techniques include cost analysis, revenue analysis, and business feasibility analysis R/C Ratio and Break-Even Point. Data types use primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that the total cost was IDR10.836.545, revenue was IDR39.865.508, and income was IDR29.028.963 per hectare in 1 planting season. The feasibility of cassava farming is based on the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 3.68, which means that cassava farming is feasible to be implemented. The Break-Even Point shows that the production BEP is 8.014 kg, the price BEP is IDR383. In comparison, the average production of cassava farming in Mojo Village is 28.424 kg, with an average price per kg of IDR1.403, more significant than the calculated value. BEP for production and BEP for a price indicate that cassava farming is feasible to be implemented.

This research is aimed to determine plants species in 3 hotels, by grouping them into rare plants, medicinal plants, water-saving plants and how to manage them. The sample was obtained by a simple random sampling technique on the entire starred hotels in Ubud. The hotels which are the object of research are the Four Seasons, Maya Ubud, and The Royal Pita Maha. Data collection is done by doing observation, literature study, document checking and interviews. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data with the types of data sources are primary and secondary. Data analysis which used in this study are descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this research in  Four Seasons hotel are found 38 plants species from 24 families which 17 species grouped into rare / protected plants, 14  medicinal plants species and 15 water-saving plants species. Next, in the Maya Ubud hotel found 48 plants species from 27 families which grouped into 26 species of rare / protected plants, 15 medicinal plants species and 18 water-saving plants. The last, at The Royal Pita Maha hotel found 45 plants species from 24 families which grouped into 27 rare / protected plants species , 8 medicinal plants species and 21 water-saving plants. Plants management method of those hotels is loose ground, selecting superior seeds, cleaning weeds, using organic fertilizers, pest controlling, and arranging watering schedules.

Parents are the first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior, but actually there are acts of violence and deviant behavior of parents in educating children in Banda Aceh City, this is not in accordance with the values of the educational trilogy initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara and educational goals. namely, among others, so that children have noble morals and the duties of parents who act as first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior.  This study is to get a scientific answer to how the actualization of educational trilogy values is applied by parents in educating children in the city of Banda Aceh. The author uses secondary data, data from field research. The sampling technique for the object under study consisted of the parents of the father / mother who had children with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques using literature study, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used to answer the problem formulation and to test the hypothesis is to use a quantitative form of description through the Means test (Average). The results of the hypothesis study show that: 1) actually the values of the education trilogy (with means and categories), namely, parental exemplary (73.3, high), teaching to worship (33.01, high), parental care for children (28.44, high), the responsibility of parents to children (25.97, high), direction to kindness (29.64, moderate) have been implemented by parents in educating children; Therefore, the authors conclude that this study is a new approach to see actually the values of the educational trilogy that Ki Hajar Dewantara has applied by parents in educating children in families in Banda Aceh City.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

In this study will be discussed how the consideration of judges in deciding this case and land management measures HGB assets. This research is an analytical description with normative juridical approach, by studying library materials (literature study) that the data used is secondary data, which includes the primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary.  The judges consider that the vulnerable period from 2009 to 2016 the land was returned to state control because certificate of HGB have expired in 2009 and was not renewed due to the occurrence of the land dispute. So PT CMJT and occupants of the home office, the same is not so entitled to the house. But in 2015, PT CMJT has committed an unlawful act that is with noticeboards statement of ownership and forcible emptying of the occupants of the house. Then the judges ruled on compensation of 100 million rupiah to PT CMJT the residents were harmed. This research aims to analyse the practice of halal labels as well as the process of consumer choice when choosing Halal products at Indomart Panumbangan. The data used in the study is primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is obtained directly from the survey dissemination to the research respondent. Secondary data is derived from literature, journals, or data related to research purposes. The population in this study is the consumer of Indomart Panumbangan, a sampling technique is a simple random sampling, a sampling of 50 people. Methods for collecting data using questionnaire or poll. The data analysis techniques in this study are validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analyses as well as linear coefficient (R) analyses and determinations (R2).  The results of the study showed the halal Label on each packaged food product offered at Indomart Panumbangan 90% of the official halal Label, the rest of which are labeled halal but not in accordance with the provisions of LPPOM MUI. The selection process on products labeled halal, consumers influenced cultural factors. From a variable X R2 test (Halal label) it affects 29.8% against Y (consumer choice). From simultaneous test results and variable X partial tests significantly affect the consumer's preference (Y).

First of all, environment and environmental problems, one of the reason why the green marketing emerged. According to the American Marketing Association, green marketing is the marketing of products that are presumed to be environmentally safe, To analyse the factors influencing the green marketing products in Coimbatore city.Objectives of the study, To analyse the factors influencing the green marketing products in Coimbatore city. The describptive research has used this study. Primary as well as secondary data has been used in this study. Primary data collected from structured questionnaire. Secondary data were collected from journals, magazines, news paper etc. Simple random sampling technique adopted in this study.Suggested this study, Consumer needs to be made more aware about the merits of Green products. The consumer needs to be educated and made aware of the environmental threats. It should be made sure that the consumer is aware of and concerned about the issues that your product attempts to address. Green Marketing campaign and green advertising is good step toward it. Conclude this study, an environmental committed organization may not only produce goods that have reduced their detrimental impact on theenvironment, they may also be able to pressure their suppliers to behave in a more environmentally responsible fashion.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the pre purchase behavior of car consumers in Nepal. In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, a sample of 400 consumers were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. Both primary and secondary data were explored and analyzed through descriptive analysis. From the analysis, it was concluded that the respondents owned a car as a necessity item, they had a cause need to manage money for time gap between car purchase and need assessment, friends and relatives were the primary source of information. This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. The growth of accomodation number in Canggu Village is very significant and happen on the seashore. Canggu village is a strategic place for investors to invest today. One of accomodation that has been built by investors in this village is Canggu Intercontinental Hotel. The building process of this hotel experienced many problems caused by violation of agreement between investors and local people. Thus, this research aims to determine the conflicts between local people of Canggu village and tourism investors. This research conducted in Canggu village, Kuta Utara subdistrict, Badung regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. The data source used are primary and secondary data. The data collecting technique used are in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The method used to determine informants is purposive sampling technique, and the informants are chief of Banjar Canggu and head of orderliness and peacefully section of Kuta Utara subdistrict. This research is limited by concept of agreement, concept of local people, and theory of conflict. The result of this research is that the conflicts between local people and tourism investors about access of Batu Mejan and Canggu cemetery in Canggu village, Badung regency are manifest and latent conflict. The manifest conflict is in the form of road blockade to Canggu Intercontinental Hotel construction which done by local people. The latent conflict is in the form of local issues that emerged among local people which can lead them to do physical actions or manifest conflicts with the investors. Those conflicts are proofs of disagreement between local people and investors regarding to the access of local cemetery and Batu Mejan Temple in Canggu village.
